I got recommended to bring my car here as other center were asking me to drop my car for 30 !!! Or more cause parts were not available and people would take their cars some where else and leave them with the parts. Place understood I only had 30 day rental and offer to help me out if it need more time. They also order my parts on the spot and got them to be deliver the next day. These made my day. Raymond must be the last honest mechanic on earth. My 2008 Smart Car was recently the victim of a minor parking collision and I brought it to Green Tech Collisions for repair. I had initially dropped by Alonso's due to the positive reviews on Yelp, but Alonso was not a body shop and referred me to Green Tech Collisions which was right down the street. I decided to have Raymond fix my convertible top as well--which had never worked since I purchased the vehicle. I had initially purchased the vehicle from Express Auto Bros in Monrovia, and the seller, Chris, was a complete scumbag, intentionally withholding information of faults with the vehicle--but that's an entirely different tale which has yet to finish--be on the look out for my review once I am completely finished with my business with Express Auto Bros. Raymond@Green Tech Collisions initially quoted me a ballpark price of $1600. Since Mercedes was closed, Raymond could not give me an accurate price quote. But the following Monday. Raymond informed me that Smart Car parts were a lot cheaper than he had anticipated and his new quote was nearly half off! Every step of the way, Raymond provided me updates and showed me exactly what part needed replaced and the labor involved. I was almost happy to have been involved in this minor accident because I feel so fortunate to have met Raymond. Raymond also let me know of other problems with my vehicle that he discovered during the repair. And to top it off, he detailed my car before handing it back to me. This place used to be one of my favorite body shops. I've met and spoken with the owner on many occasions. He's also done excellent work for my BMW, Infinity, and Aston Martin in the past. The shop, however, has become extremely unreliable in the past 2-3 years. I have personally brought my cars to the shop at least three times during this period, each time the staff asked me to submit my personal information, which they should already have. Each time an estimate was promised but never delivered. Each time I was told by the guys working in the shop that the owner was on site but when I asked to speak with him, he would magically disappear. I understand that people get busy and overlook things but that's not an excuse for repeatedly blowing off an old customer for simple repairs.
