The owner here really cares about his business and his customers. It's been some time since I've been treated so well. Very personable and competent. Price was fairly average maybe a little below the other guy Ive been to. Ive only had two phones repaired before - so I don't really know what's pat for the course. Ur out of the two I've been to - this store is miles ahead! He had my phone repaired and working smoothly again in no time at all. This was such a breath of fresh air after my previous repair in a store in auburn, the guy broke my home button when he repaired my screen. Took my Bose Wave in to have the cd player fixed, January 27, 2026. They said it needed a new cd drive. Part was ordered and should have been fixed within a couple of weeks. I called every two weeks to check status; he often seemed confused as to which Bose was mine, but always promised to have it done soon. FOUR MONTHS later I went in to the store. Still not fixed. PLUS, now the RADIO function does NOT work!! All the bottom screws were missing; AND they tried to tell me that I had broken the clips so they couldn't put the bottom back on! Nonsense!! This is really a VERY POORLY run business. $50 non-refundable deposit wasted, Plus my radio is now completely broken. Terrible experience! read more

After hearing and seeing a lot of positive reviews, I brought my phone to Fix My Gadget for a broken screen. Immediately, the clerk alerted me that my Battery was swollen and in danger of exploding!!! I brought my older iphone 8 in to be repaired and was given a loaner sim card, after the phone was fixed and it was noticed that my sim card wasn't working. Turns out the whole phone was bad and I was able to get a used phone and they deducted the cost of the repairs for my old phone and applied that to the cost of the new phone.
