I would zero star if it's a Option but it's not, worst service there possibly is, if you have a regular store that fixes your phones stick to it because this is the worst store you can possibly take it to. Took my phone to get repaired and was told it would be done the next day, I show up the next day and they tell me one more day come tomorrow so I do as they say give them one more day I show up and they're closed so now theyve made me come twice for no reason, I then give them 2 more weeks additionally because they need it to fix my phone, I gave them a total of 3 weeks and half basically 1 whole month and not only did they not fix my phone they then gave it back to me in worse condition then it initially was, I took it to another store to get repaired but they couldn't fix it they said whoever worked on this phone really messed it up and that it would not work and that I should get my money back, I would have to see anyone be without there phone for a month because they're supposedly working so hard fixing it just to not fix it, please don't make the mistake I made of going here to fix your gadget if youd like to fix your phone this place is a red flag I'm not here to make them lose business I'm here saying this so no one will waste there time like me time is more valuable then money spent the money I can get back the time wasted I cannot don't make the same mistake I made by thinking they're a legit store they're far from it not only did they not make things right then ruined my phone behind repair read more

Mohamed replaced my iPhone 11 Pro screen twice and both times I experienced problems with the touch screen. I finally took it to be replaced by Apple and was not able to get his screen back after the repair. We had a bit of a heated discussion when I requested a refund with his position being that he could not return the faulty screen to his manufacturer without getting it back from me (which I certainly understand). I thought a refund minus his cost of the screen was a fair compromise. In the end, he refunded me the full amount, which was very generous. I have witnessed Mohamed in conversation with quite a few customers and he is always kind and solution-oriented with everyone.
