I'm trying to prove that if I post a fake 1 star review (again - on my own business) that it will show up at the very top of our listing because we don't pay the Yelp mafia for advertising. The Yelp app is suggesting that I need to write more for my fake review of my own store that will probably end up at the very top of our reviews in order to pass their algorithm. Now it says I'm "rolling". If I keep typing words, I bet that will change to something about how, "THAT'S a good 1 star review! Any speck of dirt on the floor you can post a photo of?" Weird, that didn't happen. For any actual potential customers reading this fake review - again, from Brennan, the owner - go read the Yelp reviews of Yelp before making a purchasing decision. Do you need your phone or tablet fixed? DEFINITELY don't take it to US! As you can see, I'm a BRAND NEW user with zero credibility and no prior reviews and MY FAKE REVIEW is most likely at the very top of our listing. HORRIBLE customer service from the Yelp algorithm. Today was a great example on why you shouldn't lose your composure while playing a video game.. I got upset while playing a mobile game called Roblox and tossed my phone onto the couch. Upon picking my phone up I immediately noticed that my screen was broken. Everyone should learn from my mistake and take better care of their belongings and that includes all things not just phones.. I reached out to get a simple quote and ask a few important service related questions. I felt like the person responding was a bit dodgy, was ignoring my questions, and then ghosted me. They claim Yelp didn't send the messages and that's why they weren't responded to. UPDATE: Don't get rude in your responses to people that leave less than a 5 star review. Try getting in the habit of under promising and over delivering. If you know you could do the job in an hour tell the client 2 to 3 days to buy yourself time and allow for anything else that might pop up and require more time. And lastly, communication is key! You as the technician need to control the conversation and ask the questions necessary to properly assist clients and potential clients. read more

These guys are amazing! So lucky to have a business like this in Riverside! Charles and Brennan are real wizards!! Not only are they awesome at what they do but they are honest and have the best pricing! Very professional and quickest turnaround time around! Would definitely recommend them. They not only gave my Macbook a tuneup , they also backed up my wife's cellphone got her iphoneX all set up. And are currently working on my daughters water damaged Ipod and my broken iphone 5. I have been having trouble with my Nokia 1520, tried to replace the battery myself and this led to other problems. I took the phone to Fixenter and was helped by Brennan. My iPhone 11pro dropped out of my pocket Memorial Day morning and was not usable. I assumed they would be closed but owner happened to be in, fixed my phone that shattered on both sides that same day! Unfortunately when I took it home that night the Face ID wasn't working. I called the next morning and he said to bring it back and adjusted the Face ID and it worked!! Brennan was a great help! Originally, I went to an Apple store to help with my Apple product, but they were unable to directly assist due to my device's issue. Was nice to be greeted, other stores I've gone to don't even greet there customers. They gave me a great price on my computer for fixing it, had it back the same day, just few hours later. The tall guy with the glasses who fixed my phone screen was very helpful and did my phone actually really fast. I'm surprised that he could do that he looks like he can still be in high school.
