Brought a phone in a few weeks ago that had problems with charging. We had originally gone to get it fixed at a place near Tyler Mall but they didn't have the materials to do so. Ended up here and the phone was checked in front of me. The place did a great job overall, but I knocked 2 stars off because of how long I had to wait. I came in at around 5-5:30 and was told to come back at 7 and it would be done. I ended up going home and then coming back in a little earlier than 7. Turns out that they had gotten busy while I was gone and other people were there waiting on their stuff as well. I wouldn't have minded waiting a little but it had ended up taking another hour before I could finally go, which was where the first star got cut. The second was that they didn't even really address me or tell me anything. I came in around 7 and after around 15-20mins, they asked me which phone I had and then told me that it would be a "quick fix". Then 30+ mins rolled by and I'm still stuck there, wondering what "quick" even means. I wouldn't have been as annoyed if they had just been up front and told me "hey, we have a bunch of other customers right now. Would it be okay if you came tomorrow or if you came back in 30 mins?" At least then I could've just gone out, taken care of some business, and then come back. Overall, they're nice people and really did fix my phone, but just the lack of awareness with getting my phone back to me and just not acknowledging that I had been standing there for an hour waiting... that just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'll definitely consider them when it comes to fixing stuff but just be mindful of waiting. read more

They are a joke. They quoted me 99 to pull out a piece of cardboard from my sons brand new Xbox. The lied and said I needed more parts it was going to cost 200 additional to complete the repair. It's been 4 months and my console isn't fixed and they can't tell me what the issue is because there wasn't any issues with the unit aside from a piece of cardboard that my toddle put into the disk drive! I completely killed my 2015 iMac trying to upgrade the processor. Bent the pins on the socket and the video display didn't work. I was able to get the pins mostly straight but still no picture. After everything I could think of I turned to Fixenter. It took about 5-6 weeks, but they got it working at a reasonable cost (fixed the bent pins I couldn't get to, applied new thermal paste, diagnosed the problem to be the video cable and replaced it). I wish the service was a little faster but they got me up and going good as new! read more

I came here to get a micro soldering job done for a laptop. They were very fast and professional. When I went to drop off my laptop part, the owner even was able to identify the specific computer brand that it was for! They also were very affordable in comparison to other repair places ($45 vs $65 and $150). After they were done with my laptop part, Fixenter even tested it in house to make sure it worked. My laptop works perfectly now. We plan on coming back for other tech repairs (my wife spilled water on a laptop and will try their water treatment). Highly recommended! read more

Josh tackled an Occulus Quest that had gone swimming. Not once but twice because there is no way to test it other than to return to owner for a trial run. After replacing a charging port that was fried, the unit didn't have outgoing mic working. Returned to Fixenter and within a few days they had disassembled and checked the mics up close, reassembled and returned to us for a test run. They made no promises, but they were the only ones that would even attempt any kind of repair, so when the unit now works like new, we are all thrilled and at a very reasonable charge. I wouldn't suggest using them to repair macbooks. I had them check out a macbook air for me. Took them about a week to tell me it needs a new motherboard.. well i recently just had it checked again by a real professional. He fixed a chip that burnt out PLUS the connector piece that this shop broke, plus it had missing screws from the motherboard. read more

Great customer service! I had to get my battery serviced on my iPhone but I kept putting it off because I didn't want to go without having a phone. I called and spoke to a very nice employee who told me I could take my phone in that same day. I dropped off my phone and I was told that it would be ready in about 20 mins. It has been a few days and the new battery is awesome. My only regret is that I didn't take my phone in sooner. The customer service, quality of work and prices are all great. Quick, friendly service that really took me by surprise. Took my dad's iPhone due to a charging issues. Brennan was able to fix my dad's phone in minutes, while explaining what caused the phone to stop charging. Later that day, I took my daughter's phone to repair her screen and battery. I dropped my Samsung7 in the pool and it wouldnt turn on. I was devastated!! Sadly, my phone had many pictures and contacts that I hadn't backed up in almost a year! I heard to put it in rice to dry but the truth is the best way to secure a water damaged cell phone is to take it in to get professionally dried internally while it's still wet inside to avoid the moisture damage, rust and circuit damage. I brought in an iPhone S8 to get repaired, Corey one of the individuals that works there was very professional, and they were very thorough. They were able to replace the screen and replace a charging port and they did this in a little bit over an hour. I am glad I did not try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need and they seem very knowledgeable about computers tablets and most importantly phones.
