Golan was totally game to go there with me and think through the weird edge cases, but when things started getting a little too "okay, this is getting ridiculous," he'd pull me back and steer me toward a smarter, cleaner solution. I genuinely appreciated that. What really stood out is it never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Just honest advice, solid recommendations, and a clear priority on making sure I was happy with the end result. Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

They worked carefully and with respect, something which can be a hit or miss with contractors. Out of frustration, I was determined not to cheap out and dug into the options. Ubiquiti had a solid reputation for quality and reliability, so I went about finding someone who handled their products. Yelp was a great resource and I narrowed down my choices to LA Wifi Guys, as their information gave me the most confidence. Made an appointment and David came out. Really liked his approach. Honest and transparent and not hustling me for upsells. He described my options clearly and it was easy to decide what I wanted. Not cheap, but very fair considering the higher quality solution and more experienced installation. It actually cost notably less than my original set up, which was done 6 years ago and had less features and most of all turned out crappy. David gave me an estimate for parts delivery, which turned out to be exact, and we made the install appointment for the day after. He came in and was very polite, careful and steadfast. He also was great at explaining how to operate my new system. But most of all, weeks after the install, I am sooo happy with it! Really great setup with excellent user interface and excellent camera resolution. Requested help from dans tv to help repair failing backlights on my 50 inch V505-G9 vizio tv. He…read morewas very nice and came to pick up my tv and repair it in the shop. Brought it back and all 8 backlights are renewed and itll hopefully get many more years. He helped me get it back up and running too. At first things didnt seem to be working, but after tinkering with it i found the issue and i factory reset the tv and that seemed to do the trick. It seems the tv was very cranky from being worked on and having its guts removed it needed a full reset. I wanted to wait a day or so before writing my review just incase something happened. But im happy to say everythings good! I would definitely reccomend this guy if you need your tv fixed right! His prices are very reasonable too. More affordable to repair my vizio model than to buy another outright.

Arthur came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, got the new board a few days later and installed it quickly. The whole experience was very positive and professional. Not only was it a lot cheaper than a new TV, but it also keeps a perfectly decent one out of a landfill, which was a big plus for us.
