I also appreciate that he put covers on his shoes before coming into my house. I highly recommend this business. We contacted Eugene that morning about our clothes dryer. He gave a 2-hour window for the diagnosis work: 12 to 2 pm. He showed up right around 12 pm. Conducted a thorough assessment of the issue by checking every element and contact point and then recommended replacing the part that was causing the issue. The estimated cost was reasonable but he did not have the part with him so he said he'll pick it up that evening and bring it over the next morning. Later that afternoon he called and said that he got the part already and will stop by around 5 pm to install it. He showed up right around 5 pm and installed the part. He even replaced the drum belt for free. I give this business the highest marks for promptness, honesty, and quality of work. read more

Yevhen was quick to respond about a washing machine repair to replace a rubber gasket on our front load LG. I texted him around 8:00 in the evening not expecting a response till the next dat. Not only did he respond quickly, he asked if I knew the part number and gave me a very reasonable price quote almost immediately. After hearing the price, I gave him the go ahead to order it and he was at my home the next day replacing the Rubber gasket! First off, I can't thank Eugene from Fix Kot enough for his outstanding customer service, professionalism, and clear technical expertise. I was having a problem with my LG refrigerator and ran out of ideas to get things working on my ice maker. Normally I can solve most problems with my appliances, but in this case I needed help. I got a call back almost instantly and Eugene made arrangements to help me out on a Sunday morning. I have to say his communication was as good as it gets. He told me he would be at my house between 9:00 and 10:00 and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He even gave me a courtesy notice that he'd be at my house within 15 minutes. I welcomed him into my house, gave him the breakdown of what was going on and he got to work right away. I appreciated his process of elimination as to what the problem might be. Within 5 minutes he figured it out. It turns out there was a single faulty pin connection between the male and female wire harness assembly that connects into the ice maker. And just like that everything was resolved. I had a brand new ice maker which he installed for me. He also did some diagnostics to make sure the refrigerator was working as it should. I have to say, It's refreshing to meet professionals like Eugene who are extremely pleasant, passionate about their craft and very confident in what they do.
