Wow! The restaurant is under renovation but they still managed to pull off an amazing meal. They currently only have outdoor seating and a limited menu but the outdoor heaters and the incredible food still make it worth your while. The service is superb. You know they are working hard as they are wearing shorts and it's chilly in February. We had smoked fish dip to start and then three of us had fish tacos and one had the cod. We were all raving. We wish them well with their renovation and can't wait to see what the renovation looks like! Please support them so we can keep an awesome restaurant going. read more

Hubs & I were staying in Flagler Beach for our 32nd wedding anniversary in December of 2023. We'd brought Gilligan with us so I was looking for dog-friendly dining options. Flagler Beach did not disappoint! I really had a hard time narrowing down our options as nearly every full-service restaurant in the area offered outdoor seating and welcomed our four-legged family member. Flagler Fish Company offered a dog-friendly covered patio with a very short wait on a Friday night. I started with the Sangria. It was small, but strong & had a very rich flavor! I also ordered the Lobster Bisque & loved it. Lots of lobster bits and the bisque had a great flavor. For my meal, I chose the fried unicorn fish. It had a crispy fry with light flaky meat - so good! Served with my fish was a side of asiago potatoes. These small baked potatoes were stuffed with cheese, and so tasty. My meal also came with sautéed spinach, which I loved. The spinach was sprinkled with nuts on top for crunch, however this was a very heavy side & I could only have a couple of bites. Please don't misunderstand... it was incredibly good, but very rich. Hubs enjoyed his oysters, too. Our dinners were great anniversary meals, and Gilligan had a good time as well. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Flagler Beach! read more

Visited Flagler Fish Company on a recent trip to the area. It was my first time in and I was pleasantly surprised! The food and service were both great. Brad was my awesome waiter. He, and the gentleman that delivered my food to the table, were both great at getting my order out accurately, quickly, and hot and also checking in. I had a grilled red drum sandwich and delicious cheesy grit cake and of the biggest slice of key lime pie I've ever seen for dessert! Highly recommend all. As for the ambiance, eh I sat outside facing the hotel next door but it was fine. I look forward to visiting again on my next trip. read more

Food was fantastic. I combined 2 apps for my entree and was very happy, fried shrimp and fried green tomatoes. Other orders were the red fish and salmon. Everyone was pleased. The spinach side was delicious as well. We've been to this restaurant every time we visit Palm Coast. This is now located in a new location. Not too crazy about the new space. It has its pros and cons. It's got a view and it's got a funky vibe all good, but the space is dingy and tables and surfaces were sticky. The main dining rooms were very noisy so we sat outside. The volume was way better out there. I think the sound bounced off the walls inside. Shout out to Brad, our server, very attentive and he was efficient and checked in without being obnoxious. Have been a few times and it never disappoints. I didn't get a picture of them, but they have the best crab cakes I have ever eaten. Filled with crab and not too much breading. Lightly pan fired, they were delicious. I had the blacked fish sandwich and my boyfriend had the A1A. Both were incredible. I love the thin crispy fries. I stopped into Flagler Fish Company looking for some fresh seafood on a beautiful evening in Flagler Beach. Most of the outside tables were taken, so I sat at the bar with Ashtyn and Desiree. Ashtyn recommended the fish tacos and a side of cole slaw. While I waited, Desiree recommended a light craft beer from Jacksonville. Delicious! The tacos came out and as you can see in the photo, it was an epic taco with large chunks of white flaky fresh fish with a side of purple cabbage and onion slaw. Then best slaw I've ever tasted. The tacos were on spot and tasted great. We sat and talked and I brought up their local made fish dip. Desiree suggested I taste the clam dip (also house made). She brought some out on a plate with a few homemade kettle chips. Wow! Great. Desiree said she mixes the clam and fish dip together for taste. I'll try that next time. Out of 6 of us , 4 of us was served cold food. My salmon & spinach was cold so could not eat it. Server offered to get another one but I chose to take it home & heat it up for dinner. Will never go back after I saw the thick dust in the air vents as I was leaving. The place definitely needs a thorough cleaning!!!!! Windows & walls are dirty also. We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Flagler's today. If you're in or near Flagler Beach Florida, this place is a must stop for fresh made food and fresh seafood. We ordered Carolyn's A Catch, which is your choice of catch of the day on a house made bun with sauteed spinach, caramelized onions, aoli and sliced tomatoes. There were many fresh catch options to choose from and perhaps we should have tried the fresh caught Unicorn fish since we'd never seen this before, but we love fresh Grouper and so opted for this. We also ordered their house made (lightly) smoked fish dip. Everything was so fresh and delicious and portions were generous. The fish sando was flavorful and juicy and included a large thick piece of grouper. It comes with a choice of sides, and I chose the savory grit cake with cheese, which was also perfectly cooked and included tasty morsels of corn. The fish dip was a large serving with a plate full of house made potato chips. As advertised, it was lightly smoked & the sodium level was perfect (so often other restaurants tend to over salt it). Amazing restaurant. It is one of the best fish restaurants in the nation. The grouper blackened with the horseradish sauce is off the charts. I love sautéed spinach - there's is as good as pappadeaux- and that is a huge compliment from me. My wife had the Mahi Mahi in butter and white wine sauce. Nothing short of amazing. So good! We were super disappointed in our food experience here. The clam dip tasted like sour cream... not even a hint of clam. The fish dip was ok, but overpowered by the chips it is served with, this is probably why most places serve fish dip with bland crackers. Crab cakes I thought were tasty but some in my party complained of finding too many shells. My lobster bisque was delicious!! And 2 in our party had filet minion and said it was the best they'd ever had ... that's saying something when one of those people is in his 90s and has eaten a lot of steak! The lobster rolls and the lobster could have been great with a bit more flavor. Usually drawn butter gives it that flavor enhancement, but we all felt that maybe the butter was unsalted because it just felt like we were pouring/dipping in to pure oil with no real added flavor. That is very disappointing especially when paying what a live lobster costs! Also we weren't give tools initially (we had to ask) to eat the lobster with and although there are precuts in to the shell and claws to help, they weren't cut enough to make it easier to eat. Our salads were good with fresh crunchy ingredients and dressings were good. Cocktails were also very good! Shrimp and grits were a hit and the steak sandwich and fries were ok. read more

i was shocked at the miserable attempt to have a nice Cod fish and chip lunch at their new location. The food was garbage. For a formally wonderful dine in fish market , It was like a total shocker !! the fish was frozen rehashed something with a fried crust similar to a football skin toughness and dark oil color. The cheese grits side was a thawed wedge of mystery kitchen afterbirth. The fries were just like what you find on the back seat in your grandson's car at college. Cold , chewy, and stringy. Ordered some fried shrimp right off the bat - oh my, the shrimp was so good, super big and flavorful. And perfectly fried if I may add! A family run restaurant in Flagler, had the privilege of being waited on by Cole, one of the sons. The service was super on point, everyone that worked there was working super duper hard. So good to see a well oiled machine functioning so well. Went in on a Wednesday later afternoon and they were packed. Every table sat inside and out. So apparently others find this place to be incredible as well. Good to be in good company. Fish counter had a lot of super fresh looking fish, decided on the grouper, had it deep fried as a sandwich. The cole slaw was super tasty, just perfect! When I go back to Florida to visit we will definitely have to stop by Flagler Fish Company again! Thank you all for the great food and service! The Flagler Fish Company has moved (temorarily we hope) to a hotel restaurant near the waterfront while their original building is being renovated. We've eaten many times over the years at the original location, always excellent. Not while they are in the dining area of the hotel at the moment. The food is fine, the atmosphere just awful. It easily was the noisiest experience we've ever had at any restaurant, and the food is so expensive ($55, which included a tip, a fish sandwich for me, a soup and salad - mostly lettuce - appetizer for my wife). We left a 20% tip for the server, for we felt sorry for him dealting with it all. Just awful. Avoid Flagler Fish while they are stuck in that hotel. We look forward to their moving back to where they belong. read more

Food was very tasty. Service was fast and efficient. The ambiance was a little bit of a bummer. The motel location was a bit seedy feeling for Flagler which was surprising. The music was downright strange and depressing. We'll definitely be back for the food as the music will hopefully change Mozi-Wozi's change like the tide. read more
