I always get my sauces on the side, and my favorites to add are the garlic dressing and skhug! CAVA is great because the food is always fresh and well-stocked, especially during peak lunch and dinner hours. It is especially bad with the homemade potato chips, which really sucks because I can tell they are homemade. Unfortunately, when I order online, I do not have the option to request no salt. This is frustrating because I like to control my sodium intake, and I do not get any real say in how much salt is put on my potatoes.
