The teriyaki flavor was nonexistent, beef was dry and not a quality cut, the avocado was sketchy/not fresh and the whole thing smelled slightly spoiled/unpleasant. It was inedible and not cheap. The Club sandwich presentation was nice. Bland, salty and the bread became mushy after first bite. Ended up just picking through the fillings. Onion rings are some non-descriptive frozen variety. I have been coming here for years. Support local! I absolutely love the owners - they're super friendly, work really hard and have a pretty diverse menu. As for the food, my go to's are the Chipotle Ham Panini and the Short Rib special (served only on Wednesdays). Found this little gem while in rheumatology neighborhood. We ordered the tuna salad on wheat with onion rings and turkey with cheese on sour dough with fries. What a great little cafe! I love trying all the local mom and pop type sandwich shops and haven't been compelled to write a review for many of them, but this one definitely deserves it! This location being Asian owned has a selection of yummy Korean dishes available on each business day in addition to some of their other daily options. My personal favorites are Tuesday - Chicken Yakisoba, Wednesday - KBB Short Rib (Galbi), and Friday - Beef Bulgogi and rice. Our Go To Place to get very tasty Egg Salad Sandwiches. We ordered thru Yelp to Deli Cafe's web menu. Our Ordered was a regular egg salad sandwich for my wife and I got the egg salad sandwich with the tomato wrap (just be aware that this is not like In-N-Out where the sandwich is wrap by tomatoes, the wrap comes in a flour tortilla with tomatoes that was baked into it. If you are like me on the ketogenic diet, you will either need to remove the wrap when you get it to eat. or you will have to call ahead to tell them to leave the wrap off and wrap it instead in their lengthy lettuce leaves (I hope or I am sure that they would do that for you, or maybe there is a way to do it through the online menu ordering area) The restaurant and the bathrooms are very clean! This review is based on multiple visits. This place is across the street from my work and I had no idea it was there because it is tucked away in a business park until a colleague told me about it. I have had the pastrami sandwich with fries and the Kale Salad on different occasions. The pastrami sandwich comes with grilled pastrami served with cheese and it is pretty good. The Kale Salad is served with Kale, warm grilled chicken, avocado, feta cheese and dried cranberries. The pastrami combo cost me $11 and the fries were served cold. The Kale Salad with a soda is $8 and change. A similar salad and soda at Tender Greens will run you about $15. This place gets packed at lunch so I recommend for you to call and order ahead if you know you are going to eat here. Lining up at lunch time could take 30 minutes to get your food. 3.5 stars! read more

I must admit, I'm very particular about how my eggs are cooked, and this place scrambles the eggs and thins them out (if that makes sense) to where it's consistent throughout the sandwich. It's still really warm inside (no A/C?) but it's more open and much cleaner looking.....I complimented the new owners about the renovation and they seemed genuinely proud and happy.
