    Normally served to the top

Received Terrible customer service from the young male working the kitchen in the back. Cut off an elderly lady when she asked for the code to the restroom and refused to comply with a simple request of asking for a sauce that is stored in the back. My bowl was served skimpishly and the attitude was extremely appalling and offensive even for a gen Z. If you hate your job work somewhere else.

    menu. pretty straight forward.

It's been a long while as these are not in nor cal. This was my second choice as the fast food Japanese place was not so appealing. Then I remembered FB has always been consistent. Menu offers several choice and bowls, plates, combos. Pricing is reasonable for the selections. went 7oz protein plate. White rice. Veggies and cabbage. skipped the fruit. Cashier was friendly. Place was average clean. Sat at table and enjoyed. Tasty, fresh, cooked to order chicken plate.

Food is great but place is so HOT!!' it's over 100* outside and thy don't have their acc running!! Over here sweating

Absolutely my favorite place to go to for fast food. This place is great and the workers here are always friendly and helpful. This place has a great ambiance with music playing that feels welcoming and uplifting. I love coming here during my lunch time. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. 10/10

Honestly, it's not the worst Korean food you'll ever eat, but it's also not somewhere I'd go out of my way for. Living in San Bernardino, there are only a couple of Korean food options around, so if you're craving Korean food and don't feel like driving far, Myung Ga will satisfy the craving. Some dishes are pretty good, while others are just okay. Their tofu soup is decent, but I think it needs more seasoning and a deeper, richer flavor. The banchan (Korean side dishes) are actually pretty good. Over the years, I've tried quite a few things here. The kimchi stew, bibimbap, and short ribs are some of the better choices. My least favorites have been the bulgogi, cold noodles, and kimchi pancake. Of course, everyone has different tastes, especially when it comes to Korean food. But to me, the cooking here feels a little old-school and could use an update to appeal more to the younger generation. I like Korean food with bold, deep flavors, and a lot of the dishes here taste too "seum-seum-ha-da" (슴슴하다) -- a Korean way of saying the food is mild, lightly seasoned, or a little bland. Overall, 3.5/5. Not bad, not amazing, but when the Korean food craving hits and you don't want to make the drive out of San Bernardino, it gets the job done.

The flavor was good and I enjoyed them, but unfortunately they were missing one of my favorite parts of xiao long bao. The soup. There was very little to no broth inside. The braised beef noodle soup was easily my favorite dish. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, and it came out at the perfect temperature. My only complaint was the noodles themselves. They were pretty tangled and clumped together, almost like they had been sitting refrigerated before being added to the broth. Once separated, though, I really enjoyed the dish. We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. Overall, I'm glad to see a place serving good Shanghai style Chinese food in an area where there aren't a ton of options like this. Definitely a place I'd come back to and try more of the menu. 7/10

Don't want to be sweating while you're eating. Coming from highland/redlands, I am happy that there is a ayce kbbq spot in close proximity. Starting with cons: the parking is absolutely terrible. Parking spots are cramped and there's simple not enough spaces, especially during peak times. Pros: now as a long time ayce bbq lover, I understand that red castle quality is not top tier and I don't expect it to be when I go. I view red castle as an affordable joint to get my brisket and beef belly fix, which are the only two items that I basically get. It's odd reading about others experience with service, because every time I go, the service is always fast. I don't need to ask for the grill change because they are fully staffed and consistently checking in. Sure, the hospitality could improve a little but realize what you're going in there for. To stuff ya face! If you're coming here and comparing this place to other kbbq joints, you'll surely be let down. But to enjoy ayce protein for ~25 bucks without having to clean and prep a solid meal, many would realize the true gem that is Red Castle. I remember when their ayce was 13-15 bucks when they opened. Those were the days. I'm also glad that they allow single dining during the week. Not something that I'm able to take advantage of most of the time bc of work but I'm glad it's offered. To all the kbbq snobs (I'm one of them still). Go pay 40 for ayce somewhere else and be happy. Red castle is my go to for a quick fix that is close to home and affordable.

It also didn't have much sauce I had to dig deep at the bottom of the bag to get sauce...disappointing. I also had egg , corn and potatoes in my bag....egg was gross and yolk was very very green...not appealing. Potato had no flavor but the corn was nice and soft so I'll give them that. I was willing to wait cause the craving was REAL but then I saw their score from the health department and looked at their "dings" and said "F THAT! I'm not eating here." So I looked up other places and came across this place which I've heard mixed reviews about. So I decided to give it a try since they had a good health score and it was something new. First off I'm going to start by saying we walked right in with NO WAIT time!! Literally sat down as soon as we walked in! The service was great; our waiter was super friendly and attentive and checked on us multiple times. Not to mention they have really good deals and a lot of other options for those who don't want or like seafood boil. I say that because my bf doesn't care for it but he sucks it up so I can have it every once and awhile and finds something else on the menu which is usually only chicken tenders or fish and chips lol this place had a variety of different options which was really nice! The ambiance was nice and quiet and very clean. The bathrooms were clean and they even have a handwashing station in the front so you don't have to go in the bathroom. The only thing I didn't care for much was their "house sauce" not sure what it was called but it's the one that has all the flavors mixed together! We got the mild spicy and the spice was great but the flavor was a little bland in MY opinion. Didn't taste much like anything! I also REALLY LIKE how they bring you a metal bowl to put your seafood in. That's a GAME CHANGER. Overall I would go back to this place no doubt and highly recommend it! The prices are really good as well and I feel like they have great combo deals! Better than I've seen at other places TBH.
