Comes with the rare beef like in a pho noodles, so you either eat the beef rare or end up with a soggy mess. I chose to dip-and-bite, which ultimately the rare nbeef doesnt really get the sauna treatment like in the pho soup. Looking forward to trying the BBH sandwich next time.

My entree was, as the picture attest, a faint ivory hue and I actually hadta toss it in my skillet for five minutes to toast up the rice and finish cooking the tendrils of chicken, which were served medium rare, a micro-degree above pink but with the unpleasant mouth feel of sushi.
