**1-Star Review: Absolute Nightmare at Flanigan's - Do NOT Go** I rarely write reviews this bad, but my family's experience at Flanigan's was so frustrating and ridiculous that I have to warn everyone else. Avoid this place like the plague. We walked in and were immediately seated at a table that felt like a meat locker. The AC was blasting full force right on top of us, making it feel like it was literally 30 degrees. My wife was shivering, and our 8-year-old was visibly uncomfortable and cold within minutes. It was unbearable. We politely asked the hostess if we could move to another booth. She disappeared for a minute, came back, and said, "I spoke to my manager and nothing can be done." Really? Nothing? I pointed out the numerous completely empty booths around us, including two empty ones back-to-back that would have been perfect. The manager then came over and started making every excuse in the book why we couldn't sit there. "Those are reserved," "one party is taking both booths," blah blah blah. It was obvious nonsense. After arguing and insisting, they finally (and reluctantly) let us move to one of the booths I had pointed out. What should have taken 30 seconds turned into a whole production. And the food? It sucks beyond compare. Over fried, flavorless, and just plain bad. Everything tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. I've had better frozen meals from the grocery store. Between the arctic seating battle, terrible service and awful food, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. Save your money and your time -- go literally anywhere else. So it was the first time I visited this location last just and the wait was average for a Flanigan's about 25mins. Our waiter was very nice when she sat us down very knowledge about the drink specials. The food took ages to come but that's typical of Flanigan's specially when they are full. Now the place was extremely hot and the music was too loud that I had to nearly scream out my order. After a while our waitress disappeared and was entertained with other co-workers and took forever and a day to bring us our check. Overall good experience but I wished the place was cold specially when you are consuming alcohol and it's so full. And also wished for the music to be less loud I want to hear my company not feel like I am at a club. read more

Worst possible customer service. My wife asked for a side of basil for her Italian meal and was refused because it wasn't part of the recipe. They put basil on other dishes and we would gladly pay an up charge but none of that mattered. The manager and the corporate office both stood behind this ridiculous policy. The corporate office replied to my email with " do not ask us to modify, substitute or alter our menu." If their recipes were that great, people wouldn't ask for changes. Also, they didn't have any problem leaving things off my meal. Wasn't that an alteration? I asked if they would alter their recipes to accommodate allergies. Their answer was the same. read more

I was there whith my friends and I would highly recommend them. Food: The Hamburger was very good, French fries my favorite 5 star, Ribs - my friends took ribs and they told me it was very delicious. I believe them Prices: for me very cheap, if we will compaire with another restaurants you can eat for this price only in fast food. I payed there less than Im usually eating in five guys. realy! One star doesn't merit this response..... the African security guard is a racist POS. I watched him take two groups of black people from there car to the door in his golf cart. I asked for a ride after he was done and was parked further away than the previous group mentioned. these individuals we not employees, only guests.... Fast fwd to a couple months ago when another bartender called me hungry hungry hippo after placing my order. The fat shaming and discrimination is disgusting! Horrible service!! After waiting for 35 minutes and no text when I went in to inquire about why it was taking so long , I was informed that my name nor number were on the waiting list! They proceed to add me to tell me I had to wait another 35 minutes. And of course they couldn't answer any of my questions or was there a manager available! Horrible service!!!!! I ordered the nachos, burger, and a couple beers late at night. The nachos looked great until i got underneath the first layer. It was practically just chips and no cheese. Burger was overcooked. I asked for med but got well done. There was no color at all. The place overall is pretty dirty. The prices are really cheap! But I rather pay a couple dollars more for better quality food. They renovated this location about two years ago. Always great service and phenomenal baby back ribs: best in town - period. I've been going to the same location for more than ten years and never once was I dissatisfied. The Loaded nachos dish is a mountain of love with cheese (don't forget to order). The Flanigan burger with the curly fries is excellent beef burger. Prices are fair for what you'll get. Flanigan's is always fun and good food. read more

But management in this location is absolutely disrespectful, right before we came they have closed outside area and manager Norman didnt even want to come talk to us, so i had to go look for him. This place has a unique-down home feel. Food and service was excellent! I felt like I was at home when Ernie (bartender) greeted us. The rib roll appetizer was AWESOME!
