The food is terrible. It's on par with chili's but mainly with seafood. if you want to die of a heart attack because of how much butter they put on everything, then this is the place to go. I ordered the steak and it came out swimming in a pool of butter. ORDER the garlic bread and you will see the lake of butter the bread is swimming in. I have been coming here for over15 years and I have never had a bad experience. The food is on point and the staff is always friendly and willing to please. Managers ALWAYS come to our table to ask how everything was. My only complaint is that they need more craft beer. They only have fat tire and what ever sam seasonal there is. Flanigans is a good sports bar and grill. My favorite items are the bbq wings, the nachos, garlic rolls, and dolphin sandwich.

We just called to place an order for delivery and Alexandra told us that they were not taking orders for the next 20 minutes. We patiently waited as we are regulars there (now that changed to WERE). We called back in 20 minutes and were told to call back in 20 more minutes. Flanigans need to understand that we-customers have options. I guess they don't need customers to continue their operation. Oh well, we are taking our money somewhere else. Maybe another business will benefit from ours. Definitely not going back there again. read more

Went here as a 2nd choice after a horrible experience at another restaurant in Dania Beach. We landed for a weekend of fun before I had to start work on New Years Day and went to a place I have been twice before to get some great prime rib. It ended badly and we didn't get to eat. So we went to our hotel and this place was close. What a great experience! The waitress was very friendly and informative and had our food out quickly! I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out! And that prime rib was less expensive and even better than the one at the other restaurant would've been. read more

Flanigan's is not a fancy place and I wouldn't necessarily say it's the best if you're looking for a place to watch a game, but I am addicted to their garlic rolls and philly cheesesteak. Those things are the sole reason that I have been going back for the past 10 years (since I was in high school). To be honest, I have not ventured off to try anything there besides my favorites, a burger and dessert so I can't speak to the entire menu but I haven't heard anyone complain either so I think that's a good sign. I don't usually write reviews for chain restaurants, I usually just write for smaller businesses but I felt compelled to write one for this Flanigan's location. After being hit by hurricane Irma, this location was open for business the very next day. To say it was a chaotic scene is an understatement, but I definitely have a newfound respect for this store. The GM was on the floor, doing anything from bussing tables, to seating people, to running food. They opened for business at 1pm and by the time I arrived at 1:30 there were about 50 people on the waitlist, but the hostess was pleasant and efficient, and didn't lose her temper at all, despite people being rude and getting mad at the wait times. We waited about an hour and half, and then once we were sat, the service was great as well. The waitress was quick, and all things considered, our food was out very fast and the whole experience was very smooth. I just want to commend the entire team at this location for a job very well done, and coming through for the community in a time of need. This isn't my neighborhood store but I think I will be making the drive back to Weston whenever I want to eat Flanigan's. read more

I would rate zero stars but it wouldn't let me. Tried ordering a dinner salad but with only romaine lettuce (offered to pay for the change) and I was told no. I then asked to order the Caesar salad but wanted to pay to add red onions, peperoncini peppers... The waitress comes back and said that I can't order two salads. Are you serious? I left the restaurant because at this point I'm so annoyed. I called to speak to the manager and the hostess told me to call back or leave a message... Always feel comfortable and can bring my family as a great consistent restaurant. Food is good and good management staff. Thought known as a bar, is be only Flanigans I know with a playground, which is great for my 4 year old. Get there early on weekends or you will wait. Decent bar food so if that is what you are expecting then they won't disappoint. HOWEVER, don't even think about trying to get take-out. They transfer you to the bar and if they are busy (and this is sports bar so when are they not busy around dinner time) they will just let the phone ring 20 times and then it hangs up on you. I called three times and got transferred each time and they never picked up the phone. So i got to listen to the phone ring 60 times and still never got any food. Waste of my time. So i just ordered from their competitor down the block who had no problem taking my order. Ended up ribs were better from their competitor anyway. read more

Definitely a notch above Chilis and Fridays. But nothing is particularly interesting, innovative or healthful about their menu. Flanigans has been around forever. Nothing much has changed. If you want a 2000 calorie serving of nachos this is a great place. Beer? They have all that too. But for dinner there are so many other better places to eat. read more

We went to the Weston location last night and after waiting 25 minutes we were seated in the bar area immediately beside video game machines. It should never be considered a seat for any one. It was noisy with children playing and banging on the machines. The waitress took our order and brought out the appetizer and my husbands beer. Finally she came back to inform me they did not have any of the Truly Hard Seltzers that are displayed in their drink menu. We would have left but by then it was too late to cancel our food order. Finally the food was delivered but it was barely luke warm. My husband's ribs ( which are their speciality) were the smallest half rack and had little meat on them. My dolphin fish was also the thinnest piece I have ever had there and the sweet potato fries which I paid extra for were barely warm, soft and mushy. We go to this Flanigan's every year when we stay at our Weston time share. We will never go back given our experience last night. read more

Date: 1/27/18: Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated immediately. Little did I know that this was going to be the worst dining experience ever. Our waiter, Kevin, took our order for drinks and food. He came back to the table 30 minutes later with no drinks or food, apologizing for the wait. When I inquired about the wait time for the food and drinks he shared that we would have to wait longer because he didn't get a chance to put our order. He simply explained that he had to serve other people that came in after us and we were not a priority. He showed no empathy towards his mistake. It took over 1 hour to get a glass of water and our meals. Normally I would address the manager about my concerns but after reading the reviews for the place, I realized that this is a restaurant that has a history of bad reviews. They really need to get it together because I'm tempted to call corporate at this point!!!! So disappointed. read more

I will start this review by saying that WE LOVE FLANIGANS. We would normally go to the Hialeah location and always had a great experience but then we moved and the closest one to us is now the Weston location. We have come here a handful of times and only seem to have positive experiences during lunch time. Everytime we go for dinner, the service is ALWAYS HORRIBLE. I wasn't going to write a review because like I said we really enjoy Flanigans, but we just went there last night and that was the last straw. When we say it took our waitress about 10minutes to come take our drink order. At the same time she took our drink order she took our appetizer order which was for the rib rolls. The rib rolls came out before our drinks. Mind you another 15minutes went by and still no drinks but we had the rib rolls. The rib rolls were cold. They did not taste fresh as do the Hialeah ones. Finally our drinks came. She walked away and then came back to take our order about 10-15min after that. She took our order and we didn't see her again until the food came out 30-40minutes later. When the food came she just dropped it off. Didn't ask if we needed anything else. At this point we needed more waters as she only came by once with drinks which was when she dropped them off the first time. I had to GET UP AND GO TO THE BAR TO REFILL OUR DRINKS. Yes the service was THAT bad. Overall, this is typically the experience we have every time we go at night. The food never tastes fresh either. We will NOT be coming to this location anymore. We will try the Pembroke Pines one or do the drive to Hialeah. Very disappointing as we love Flanigans. Just not the WESTON location. read more

My husband and I travel to Florida several times a year... mostly the Weston area... and always seem to end up at Flanigan's at least once per trip. My husband loves the baby back ribs... and I eat whatever strikes me at the moment... which is the one thing I love about the place. Varied menu. Another thing we both appreciate is the fact that it is open late. We're basically on California time for a while... so their schedule helps. The servers are generally really nice and the food is for the most part pretty good... although on one occasion the fish did not agree with me.... and the prices are super easy on the wallet. The one thing I do not love is the noise level. That is the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating. Even outside... noisy until late. read more

Best Baby Back Ribs in Weston, if not in all the World! About 10 years ago, when we first moved to Weston, one of the first restaurants I visited was Flannigan's. We were a party of about ten, including small children, and the attention, atmosphere, and flavor of all the variety of items we ordered was well above average. However, it wasn't until months later that we discovered their signature dish, namely the Baby Back Ribs, which is definitely outstanding and overly delicious. We have had ribs over the years in many places around the world, including well-known restaurants in Manhattan, and Flannigan's Baby Back Ribs do not have anything to envy the ones in such places. They are tender to the bite, juicy, never overcooked, rightly spiced, and are paired with either backed potato or French fries and an amazingly tasting Cole Slaw. And, to make the eating experience more appealing, they offer the choice of Full or Half rack, depending on what your little heart desires. Don't get me wrong: Flannigan's offers a wide array of items, of which I would say the firecracker Shrimp are superb, but if you have a tooth for ribs, then why look elsewhere!
