This place sucks. Paid for the luxury vip wash. The tires werent even washed.The windows werent cleaned. Watermarks everywhere, no airfreshner was placed. They took forever to be done. They need to train their staff or hire people who actually know how to wash cars..dont go here.... read more

I've been bringing my vehicles here for about 4 years. Today was awful. 1/2 the number of guys working. When I asked an employee he said the owner sent some guys home. When I asked the owner, he made excuses about lots of cars coming in. It was an average amount of cars and I only saw 4 guys working. The only reason I didn't leave and gave 2 stars instead of 1 was that I felt sorry for those 4 guys. I'll now be actively seeking another car wash. read more

Stay away from this car wash they do a really bad job. My car was left dirty. This place should be a 2 dollar car wash for what you get. They left my carpets still dirty and also my rims...for $18 rip off...I will never come back. I HAD been going to this carwash for almost 4 years. It was always good service. But today June 18,2016 it was a regular day that I decided to go and get my car washed. When they were done I noticed a huge scratch on my window, something very visible. I thought you my self what happen when I got my baby out it wasn't there. When I talked to John who is the owner omg!! He was so rude and a ass hole, excuse my language. Despite all the 4 years I had been going there the guy was such an asset hole!! So rude and owful!! He has no customer service experience and is so rude. Please don't go here guys. Worst place you could go... Its supposebly 100% han wash and They dont even scrip the mosquito stains or the water stains from their machine. And supposebly you paid 30 dlls for the VIP... Hahaha... Worst car wash ever. Took my '16 mdx for a wash this past Sunday. The kid washing my car took a really long time, I expected it to be nice and clean. I got into my car and noticed everything wet and glossy- I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left thinking when it dries it'll look good. Wrong. When it dried my entire interior had grease streaks everywhere. The front inside windshield was greasy, it took some scrubbing with windex to remove. I had 2 books on the back center seat, they didn't even bother to move the books to clean underneath. The chrome molding on my front grille had the greasy substance all over. My steering wheel was greasy. It's too bad because I don't live far from that car wash, I will never go back to them again. What a waste of time and $25. If the car wash owner really reads this, you guys need to change the substance you use to clean your customers cars. read more

This is probably the worst car wash I have ever been to. They didn't even wash my car and literally they just sprayed water on it,the car still has dirt on it but inside of my car was barely even vacuumed, the doors aren't even wiped down nothing is even really washed on my car. Went to get my brand new car washed and hand waxed today and decided to give this place a try. The guy that said he was the owner by the name of John said he would charge me $45.00 plus the $5.00 I still gave in a tip because all I had on me was $50.00. He said it would take 45 minutes and they would put a real good wax on my car and hand do it. Well after a ten minute wash I saw them drying my car off and thought to myself how could they vacuum and clean my car really good when they were already drying after ten minutes. I thought to myself well they will be putting the wax on next and as long as my car got a real nice wax job I will check out the cleaning when they get done, well after only twenty three minutes this John guy says they are done and I said what are you talking about? When are you going to hand wax like you promised. He help up a little plastic bottle that contained a liquid that looked and felt like water with some type of white substance in the bottle. I knew this was not wax. What could I do I already paid them. When I got home I saw my car was still dirty not vacuumed and definitely not waxed with what was promised and paid for. I definitely got taken for a ride and they need to one arrest this John character if he is impersonating the owner and really just the manager. Second they need to close this place down. There is no way this is a real car wash. I paid $50.00 to have a little water splashed onto my car. The wheels also were dirty. I spent the next three hours cleaning and waxing my own car. I am really mad. This was one of those times in life that I was taken for a ride and now I will never ever go to any carwash. This ruined my car wash experience forever. read more

This place is a joke. I'm here waiting for my car to be washed. And the younger workers are all screaming and yelling messing around. Too much inappropriate language. I even saw a guy put his finger on his nose and blow out his burgers. That's not the kind of person I want going in my car. If I saw this earlier I would have left. I decided to try this place out for the first time. It smelled of weed when I was walking around to the cashiers building. The chairs to sit on while waiting were stained and dirty. They left smudges all over the front windshield and did not bother to clean (vacuum, wipe down with armorall or clean the Windows) of third row seat of my Ford Flex. I paid $25 for one of their deluxe washes. Waste of money! I DO NOT recommend this place and will not be going back. read more

Horrible. I paid $30 for a #6 (the works) and it looks like they didn't even wash my car. I wish I would have just gone to a gas station drive thru wash and saved $20. My Wife, Son and Daughter have been coming here for years. I have always gone to another Bellflower Car Wash until recently, when I started coming to Flan's. It was OK until last Saturday. The vacuum guy forgot to put back one of my mats. I didn't realize it was gone until Monday morning. I went back to Flan's. The big guy in a white shirt (manager??) spent about one minute looking for my mat. I asked "if the trash had been picked up yet?" The "Manager" pointed toward the trash bin and never lifted a finger to help. I had search on my own for a hoe to dig around in the trash bin. I never found the mat. When I told the "Manager", he said "there was nothing" he could do. Well, there was something he could have done, like apologize or maybe offer a Free carwash or something. There is something I can do. Like not allow my Wife or Kids, Mother in Law, Brother in Law, Niece, and maybe a few Cousins to quit using Flan's. That Mat might cost me $10 but, it will cost Flan's a lot of good Customers. read more

Terrible place! Beware! I came here today with 2 cars. My gf and I went to our normal place down the road and it was so busy we decided to try here after 5 years. Waste of money. No lines when we got there and it cost a couple dollars more, but I thought maybe it would be worth the cash to not wait. Nope. My car's exterior would have been just as clean if I would have misted it with the hose and did a quick wipe with an old towel. I got home and noticed a spot on the hood. Then another and another. Then on the roof. I wiped my finger on the bumper and it was dirty too. My gf pulled up 5 minutes later and her car looked OK, but that was only because the manager came out as the guy was handing the keys over and made the guy wipe it again. 2 cars, 2 terrible jobs, more expensive. "beware" "beware" the person drying my vehicle was under the influence, when i approached him and told him that he did not clean the car dash and the inner side of the windows. he approched me with the nasty skunk breath and bulging red eyes and told me to clean it myself and tumbled away screamming out "next", when i told the owner/manager what had happened he told me that if i'm not happy with the service don't ever comeback and wash the dam car elsewhere. i said excuse me but he had already walked away, oh my god! they just literally robbed me, they just sprayed recycled water on my car for $10 dollars and told me to take a hike and to top it off my cars paint had been scratched with those nasty dirty rags they use to dry the outside of the car and a nightmarish customer service from the owner/manager. if i was able to leave no stars i would. read more

I purchased a 1997 Thunderbird from a private party and amid excitement, I failed to notice the old grass and simple daily "input" from the owner's use. When I took it to Flan's I spoke of my naivete and said I needed it detailed-believing that meant "super cleaning up". They spent approximately 30 minutes and when I got home, I realized that it had never been washed! But, the man charged me $125.00!!!!! I asked why some things weren't done to the outside-while still there-and he said to come back on Monday, pay for a regular car wash and he would take care of these things. Again, after getting home, I found my trunk was sopping wet inside, and the armrest compartment was also soppy! I called and he said to bring it back. I did and they washed it gave it a quickie spray wax put a little "oil" on the tires and sent me home. This is the largest, most infuriating experience with a car that I have had in all my driving years. This place rates a minus 100. read more
