Had breakfast here the other day. The restaurant is decorated really nice in a country farm feel. The huge ceilings with the classy fans. I loved it. We got here around 9 and were seated right away. The menu is great. A little bit of everything. I had linguisa and my hubby had a country sausage meal and we split an order of spiced pancakes. I am not sure how they make the linguisa but it was sooooo good. It had this smokeyiness to it. It tasted just like my portugese aunt makes and I have no clue how they did it, but they did it right! My husband loved the biscuits and gravy over sausage. He said it tasted great. The spiced pumpkin pancakes were a little dry. It needed butter on them or something. We did try it with syrup and it was better. I would order it again but ask for butter because I do not want the maple flavor in my pumpkin. My husband thought it needed more pumpkin taste. On a side note, I would like to have had the option of having hashbrowns and not country potatoes. Oh! And they have great jams! We meet the owners who were so friendly. The husband is hilarious. He kept checking on us and making me laugh. He was very nice. The wife was very friendly too. I mentioned the bad reviews to her just to see how she would react and she did not react very well. Lol. I know some businesses think that yelpers have nothing to do but complain but they should truly appreciate why we yelp about food and that is that we appreciate truly good food and we are foodies. One we want others to know what we thought and two we want the business to see areas of improvement. We are not yelping to drag anyone down but to have our thoughts and opinion help others in the area and business see oppurtunities to improve. Anyways, we will be back. There are so many things on the menu that we would like to try. Don't let the negative reviews keep you from coming here. Look at how dated they are and try it for yourself.
