The food is good and standard fare for breakfast. My breakfast of over easy eggs, linguica sausage, potatoes and a flour tortilla was quite good after a 2.5 hour ride from home. Service is also good which also depends on the number of customers in the restaurant on a given day. I was the 2nd customer waiting so no issues. The restaurant decor has lots of motorcycle memorabilia and give you some highlights of years past as well as present. Such high hopes....but sadly we won't be back. The hours are limited for service like they aren't interested in working. The food was ok, nice burgers with onion rings and large cups of coffee. The waitress was very disorganized. She couldn't remember anything we asked for like utensils and coffee refills. She was trying to do to too many things at once and never completed any of them. Wizards Cafe designed a different menu for this special event, food and drink selection are limited, no milkshake! But their burger is really good and tasty, french fries is so crunchy, love it. I took my nephew & niece (ages 9 & 6) for breakfast (which we found out is served until 11 am). We got there 10 minutes before 11 and the waitress was nice. The cook in the back was a different story. He started yelling at her that the breakfast was already put away. If I was by myself I would have changed my order but to hear colorful words coming from the cook with little ones sitting at the counter is just wrong. We were going to stay to eat but I decided to make him pack it to go. My heart goes out to the waitress who had to take that verbal abuse and still smile as she took care of us. They have the best grilled chicken wrap in the entire town of Hollister! It's huge and so delicious! I work close by so it's super convenient to order lunch through their website! Service is good! There's been a couple times when eating at the restaurant it gets busy and the wait time is long, but if you order ahead through their online website it helps cut down the wait time. My shop is walking distance away and I used to go at least once a week. I was considered a regular and my drink was on way and asked "the usual", It was great food and service. Well, staffing has changed about a month ago and I gave it 3 visits. Hoagie roll is now a hotdog dun, O rings over cooked, service is sub par, etc. Lets just say, I am not going back until the regular staffing comes back. read more

First of all I want to say that my family was excited to experience visiting Corbin and helping my husband put together a Corbin seat for his motorcycle. We immediately hung out and looked at the different material and helping him choose. BUT I went to this. Cafe with my kids and the waitress was so rude to us. Didn't smile, wasn't friendly and I almost felt like I was being tested. She rudely slams my kids fries down. When we first walked in she gave us a dirty look and said "so what are you guys going to eat here or what" she was so close to me being rude back and giving her a piece of her own medicine, but I was trying to teach my kids a lesson. My kids who are 18 and 13 asked me why was she so mean. I told them that sometimes we have to kill them with kindness. I will never sit and eat at this diner again. She ever rolled her eyes while huffing and puffing when asked for a To-go cup for their shakes they ordered. My kids used their manners and she didn't even acknowledge and say you're welcome. She was a real bitch. For my kids to ask me if she was like that because we weren't Caucasian and she was nice to them that walked in was just sad. She needs a new job or training. The good part... They have a large coffee cup so you pretty much are good to go that you will have enough coffee to wait until you get tired & leave or until the end of the world, your choice. It didn't, so I stood up & walked on over to check on my Omlett... Cook said it would be 5 more minutes .... I guess what he was telling me is that he had not even pull out the eggs from the refridge....... FOLKS, IF YOU DO GO, bring someone who has good conversation or bring a book. I just walked out.....I could not trust the "Chef" on his delivering being on time. What a waste of everyones time & energy..... If you ever get a motorcycle seat custom fitted to your AsS, then there is no better way to kill the 4hr wait than to fill yur belly at Wizards. The food is great. The price is good. The decor is nostolgic. The slow, but very friendly service, doesnt matter, cuz you gots 4 hours to kill and it helps stretch every minute until your new cush ass seat is done and tailored to your butt. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Pancakes fluffy. Fat ass slice of Ham. Eggs done perfect over med. Hash browns crisp on both sides with just enough grease to help everything slide down nicely. Too bad they dont make seats that automatically widen to your fatter bottom after good meals. read more

My son and I recently came here to eat while passing the time away to get a seat done. My first impression was how cool the place looked and also, how convenient it was to have a place to grab a bite and a cup of coffee while waiting. We came in and no one offered to seat us or even acknowledge us so we grabbed a seat and sat down. The waitress came and took our order. I ordered chorizo and eggs and my son got a breakfast that came with pancakes. Even though there was only one other person eating in there, our food took forever. Mine came out first and we didnt have any silverware, I asked the waitress and she said she would get it. I opened the tortillas and I swear these were the worse tortillas I have ever ever seen in my life, there were dry and hard as a rock. Damn near close to taco shell. I asked the waitress if she could send them back and she came back with new ones that were just as hard. Almost like they were under a heat lamp for 24 hours. I also asked for silverware again. 15 minutes later, my son got his breakfast and I asked AGAIN for silverware!!! His pancakes were raw inside. To top this all off, I think we got about 2 words from the waitress, until she brought the check and we got a half ass smile and thank you. Just to add icing to the cake, I got sick as a dog! I spent a LONG day at Corbin getting a custom seat made. The time span included lunch, and your options are VERY limited in the boonies - bring your own or Wizards. I really was not expecting a whole lot. Let's face it...Wizards has a VERY captive audience - employees working on seats, and customers waiting on seats. That said, I was in for a pleasant surprise. They have a surprisingly full menu, including both breakfast and lunch - and at reasonably pricing. I opted for lunch - and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I fully expected a kirkland cheap slab of burger on a similar bun. What I got was one heck of a slab of custom ground, cooked to perfection. If you're getting a seat done, you won't have any issues eating here. Good food, clean location. Can't go wrong. read more

So glad this cafe is located next door to Corbin, we did not have to go searching for food in Hollister while we waited. It is an old school diner, a lot of seating including booths, tables, and counter. The seats at the counter are made by Corbin also, his name is everywhere in this cafe. A lot of history on the walls and decorated so cute. The food was pretty good especially the pancakes, orange juice however was not. The service was good and they also have microwaves if you happen to have your own food to, nice touch. If we have to visit Corbin again I would like to eat here for lunch next time. read more

Wow, a little hard to find but SO worth it--best burger I've had in forever & they recommended getting the Chipotle Burger & it lived up to the recommendation! Even though they're not doing dine-in right now, we sat outside at a nice picnic table in the shade & it was perfect! Hubby had the turkey wrap & gave me a bite & it was awesome! We each have another meal out of this because the burger & the wrap were so big! It's not a frozen patty--it's thick & juicy & tasty! And the planes flying over head were so cool & the pics inside of Sonny Barger & Arnold Schwarzenegger & Marlon Brando, etc are really awesome. I can't really give a "review" because It was so damn packed for the Biker rally. We were going to order a drink and some fries, but, it was so damn packed and there is no table service. Rode here for lunch before the Cone practice at Hollister Honda and it was entertaining seeing all the posters and plaques on the wall. It felt like a 60's style cafe with the black and white checker floors and tourqorise theme. I had the bowl of chili because I wasn't feeling too hungry, while bobby had the philly cheese steak sandwich with fries and bob had the breakfast omelet. The chili had no beans so thats a plus and on top of that was onions and cheese. It was good with the crackers they served. For 3.50 plus tax it was yummy. The prices for the other items were reasonable so I would say a 4 star rating. It was missing a star for the lack of music in the joint and it was kinda dead for being a Saturday afternoon. read more

It wasn't as quick as I wanted, or as cheap as I thought. I ordered a quesadilla, and it was about what I expected. Food: 3/5 - As far as cheap quesadillas go, I've had better and I've had worse. Service: 2/5 - The waitress was friendly, but inattentive. I had to get up twice, once to ask for my water to be refilled, and once to get the check. There was literally nobody else in the cafe either, so she wasn't busy. Time: 2/5 - It took more than 20 minutes to get food after I ordered it. Cost: 2/5 - Not as cheap as yelp advertises. $15-20 per person. read more

The boyfriend and I were in Hollister to go skydiving. We had a two hour gap and decided to grab a bite. This was the closest place and it sucked. Not only was the service horrible, but the food was horrible. Never had I ever eaten pancakes that tasted so bland and dry. This review is for the restaurant at the Corbin motorcycle factory. It's kind of cool that they have a full size diner type restaurant at their factory! You would never know that motorcycle accessories are being built right behind you. We came to visit the shop and decided to eat at the cafe because it was a very hot day. We ordered the Lemon Pepper chicken salad and a breakfast consisting of sausage, eggs and pancakes. The service was very friendly and we were lucky that it was the tail end of their day so no one was really there. They close at 2pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. The salad was much better then expected....crispy, fresh and delicious. The dressing was nothing special but it tasted good. The breakfast we pretty good. The sausages were big and hearty. That was our favorite part. The only problem was that they had ran out of maple syrup for the pancakes but had a tiny tiny bit left. Not enough but we did the best we could. It seems like Sats might be a day where they might run out of food since its the end of the week for them. Also their fryer was broken and were unable to make any fries or onion rings. It's a cute place but not a place I would go out of my way for. Its very convenient since its there right at the factory and a good place to wait for your accessories to be put on your bike and finished. The prices were decent and I felt a good value for what I got plus the service was really friendly. **Update** We came back today again and had an excellent breakfast....felt like homemade. The place is nice. It's very old school with a 70s or so feel. There is a motorcycle auto shop right next to it. I love the motorcycle environment. I ordered a veggie burger and had some fries. The fries in general was typical. Soft and those thick ones. Soft in a sense that felt a bit mushy. The veggie was good. It wasn't one of those that makes it purposely taste and feel like actual mat. I've been there twice and service was good the first time but the second visit, the cook and wait staff had quit so the manager was doing the waiting and a couple of the Corbin employees were volunteering for the cooking so service was a little slow and confused, but when the food did arrive it was still excellent. Went there for their clam chowder. There was one table of 6 people eating when I got there. Waitress was friendly, took my to go order and I waited a few minutes. Then another lady came up I told her I'd already ordered. She then went in kitchen and put my soup in a container. Took about 10 minutes. Was probably the worst clam chowder I've ever eaten.
