I was dreading the day I had to drain my pool because I kept getting my water tested at the pool store and they said the hardness was too high or whatever. I really didn't want to do it because I know it wasn't a cheap feat. David could've easily said okay and charged me $500 but he told me it wasn't necessary and went into talking about the scientific method of building a pool and the water weight was accounted for and that the pool could collapse and what not. So he told me he would drain my pool 2 feet every year and dilute it with new water and re balance it for $100. WOW! Not only did i learn something but he was honest and didn't just drain my pool and leave. Long story short he drained my pool 2 feet and told me to turn off the hose in a couple hours. He even called me to check if I turned off the hose, and he returned the next day to add rebalance the chemicals. Ever since then I been on board with Flawless. Great people!
