I canceled my last pool guy because cause he was incompetent and when I asked him about a certain dilemma with my pool he would give me 100 answers on how to fix it, but nothings changed. We recently bought a house that came with an outdoor hot tub. We had no idea how to clean it or what the process was. I went to yelp and sent in a quote request. Right away Dave the owner of Flawless Pool Services was the first to respond and gave me a price quote. I received other quotes and some didn't even have a price, but his was the best price out of all of them. He responded to all my emails very quick and we were able to set up an appointment. The guys came out at the time they said they would and went to work on cleaning the tub. They even educated us on hot tub maintenance and gave us free test strips. They checked our filter and let us know it was still in good condition so they just rinsed it. I only have a hot tub at my house, and it's hard to find a decent pool guy in Elk Grove. They're very flakey and either they never show up or don't even respond back. Dave from flawless pools is very honest with his work. I asked if he knew how to drain a spa and he said he never did one before but he can do research and get back to me. He called me two days later and asked if I wanted it done still and quoted me $120 to have it drained, purge all the jets, wiped down, washed, filters cleaned, and chemical rebalanced.
