    So here I am as a Passenger on a Test Drive. 2018 Audi for 18,000 but as you may know, each day is different cars different offers. Just for you shall be a lot longer as the day progresses will either be still on a lookout for a car or filling out the sales purchasing paperwork for this car ! There was multiple issues during the test drive. Not sure what I should post video wise.

    What a great experience we had with Raymond!! We purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier today and we are pleased with everything. No Haggle pricing, and a painless experience. In and out in about 90 minutes. They have plenty of inventory to help you make a decision. This is our second vehicle purchased from Car Max.     Avoid, their service team completely overlooked a crack in the display. They refused to fix it after I discovered it.

    I purchased a lexus ct200h from this dealership…read more I want to personally recommend Dana Corp because of how John handled my situation. After driving my newly purchased car off the lot, I experienced a bad radio signal. I didn't think too much of it because bad radio signals are common especially if the area you are in does not have strong signal. However, after driving it around closer to home i realized something was wrong. I called up John and told him my issue and he had me bring it back. Immediately, John had a technician try to diagnose and fix the issue but was unable to solve it due to some obscure way Lexus install radio antennas. However, John did not leave me hanging and went beyond and above his expectations by paying for my radio problem to be fixed at lexus dealership. The Lexus dealership wanted to charge a few hundred dollars to fix this issue and the fact that John assured me he would take care of it put me at ease. Most dealerships would never take care of their customers like this and I just want to acknowledge John personally for his wonderful customer service and making things right. John is an awesome person and defnitely gets my recommendation!

    After having shopped a lot for FJ Cruisers and finding them overpriced or in bad condition (some in…read morevery bad condition coming from the Northeast), we finally bought our 2008 FJ Cruiser from Prius Planet in December 2020. (We had previously returned another FJ Cruiser to another dealership because after a professional inspection, the vehicle's whole frame was rusted out - and painted over - but that is another story.) We test drove the FJ we bought from Prius Planet three times - over a period of a few weeks - before we were finally ready to purchase. During that time, John had added a roof rack and other accessories - but still honored the original price. And was forever patient and kind with us! Attentive, informative, but not hard selling anything. He had all the vehicle history, even though it was coming from out of state, and we appreciated the careful vetting that had been done here on a vehicle type that some other dealers did not do A year and a half later, we still love our FJ. It was perfect and pristine and still runs wonderful. (Folks are trying to buy it now for more that we paid for it then. But, we are not selling.) Thank you, John, for a great experience and a great vehicle. I would recommend your dealership to anyone. :) We love "Buddy" so much, we take its picture too when we go on adventures.

I also forgot to add by law they are not supposed to get rid of a trade in vehicle UNTIL the return period is over with and they told me they got rid of it when we came in person. So they broke the law and by doing that they were supposed to cut me a check by Monday and I have yet to recieve that as well. They left me without a vehicle and it has been extremely inconvenient. If there is an emergency I have no car to use. I have called corporate and have a case open and am waiting to hear back ** 7/13/2026 - UPDATED REVIEW ** Less than a week, we had issues with the car ended up returning it. We bought the car on Tuesday and had issues on Friday and returned it Saturday. Friday, the car was having electrical issues. Sometimes it would turn on and other times it wouldn't. I ended up stranded at a store. Because it was hot and we have a baby, our baby was overheating from trying to get the car started for a few minutes. This led her to rushing in the store to cool our baby down. Thankfully it started eventually and they were able to get home. I then called the sales team to explain what happened and was redirected several times. I asked to speak to several managers and never received a call back. My husband took the car back all the way from Riverside to get it inspected. He also called the sales team several times and was either hung up on or not answered by the management team. Finally, he showed up to the dealership and let them know what was going on. He had no way of getting back home so he asked the sales team to get me a Lyft back and thankfully got that covered. The next day, I followed up with sales and service and she still had not heard back from anyone with the exception of Reggie from the service team who was super helpful. My husband left the keys with the sales team before he left the night before since service was closed for the day. Reggie explained that the car hadn't been inspected yet because they couldn't find the keys the sales team never gave it to them. Finally, we heard back from Reggie and he said that the car battery was working but the car wasn't holding the charge implying that it may not have had the correct battery for the car and that since the car was sold as is that we would have to pay for the battery which was frustrating because we had just purchased the car and thought it had been inspected prior. Both my husband and I kept following up with the sales team and again kept getting the run around so we decided to head down there in person. We decided that if we were already having trouble with the car then we would be returning it to avoid future problems and missing the refund return period. When we got there, the gentlemen in the front asked how they could help and let them know we needed to speak to a manager. My husband and I both saw the gentleman go back to the management team to let them know what was going on and had us wait in the lobby. We waited for about 30 minutes and no one had helped us. We watched them stay in the back, talking amongst each other and yet we still didn't get help and the dealership was not busy at all. So we decided to go back there where they were sitting and talk to them myself. They looked surprised of course and we explained what was going on. They then asked how long we waited and as we told them they then tried to blame the guys up front which wasn't cool because we saw them notify them we were there and needed help. Finally we got the paperwork going by one manager and as we were walking to his office, we see the finance manager who helped us get the car and yet he did not acknowledge us once. It was extremely disappointing The paperwork got signed and was finished and we left very upset and disappointed. When my husband and I are taken care of we have no problem referring others, but since we were met with the worst service we've ever experienced we will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope no one else experiences what we went through but proceed with caution.

    I had some pretty stressful transmission issues with my car recently, and honestly I was bracing…read moremyself for a long, frustrating experience. But Darrell Brannon completely turned that around. From the moment I brought the car in, he took care of everything immediately. He was super nice, easy to talk to, and very communicative the entire time. He responded quickly and kept me updated with status reports so I never felt left in the dark. The car broke down when we were about to leave for a trip over the long weekend and he immediately set me up with a loaner car so we wouldn't have to change our plans. That alone saved us a huge headache. He patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), and handled everything quickly and professionally. Honestly, he deserves a raise. Service like that makes a huge difference. I'd probably be looking into other car brands if he hadn't taken care of things so fast and efficiently. Really appreciate the level of care. Highly recommend working with Darrell if you can!
