I recently got in a bad car accident where I was rear ended on the freeway and pushed into another car. My car was deemed a total loss, which meant that I needed to find/buy a new car. My first car (which was totalled) was purchased in '07 and I researched on my own for the best deals and got find an internet sales deal, which I went with; I still had to go in and sign the paperwork at the Dealer where the car was in order to get the car. One of my best friends recommended that I call up Rami to get a great deal on my new car. I did some research on my own to figure out what kind of car that I wanted... I called Rami and asked for him to get me a quote on a 2011 Honda Accord 5-speed (manual) Coupe EX. He told me that he'd look and that he might not be able to find the car I wanted in Manual (accords are rare to find in manual). He called me the very next day to tell me he located one and he had already got numbers for me. He got me below invoice and at the APR that I wanted. All I had to do was fax in my driver's license and insurance and he took care of the rest. The car was delivered to my house on Saturday morning and I signed off on the car. It was the fastest and easiest deal ever! I was sort of a skeptic at first but my girl friend's family has purchased like 3 cars from him and 1 of my friends used to work for Rami too so I had people who backed him up. It's 100% legit! He doesn't charge any fees or add on to the price of the car because he gets paid by the dealers he works with. he's got a huge network and he's very pro-active. Great customer service! I am never buying a car again without Rami's help! I got an amazing deal and he was a dream to work with! I'm allergic to pushy salesmen. So my main concern going into purchasing my new car was having to deal with them and getting ripped off. When I emailed him again months later I sent him a screenshot of the exact car I wanted (2015 Toyota Prius)- that I configured from the dealership's website. He replied to me immediately. After emailing back and forth over the next few days he had given me a good idea of what to expect in price & APR in a worst case scenario. We submitted my credit application.... and then waited on the dealer. A day later we heard back from the dealer and I had been approved for my new shiny car at a price & APR that was better then I had even imagined (and believe me I had done my research on TrueCar, etc. so that's saying a lot). It was an AMAZING deal! Since all of this happened very quickly, Rami was actually on vacation- so I ended up picking up the car straight from the dealer. Rami was on stand by in case I ran into any problems. But I never had to deal with ANY up sells or sales tactics, I literally just signed paperwork and drove off- it was the BEST dealer experience I've ever had, all because Rami had already handled all of the leg work. Moral of the story: I got my amazing shiny new car at an insane deal and will never even let any of my family or friends THINK about buying a car without Rami's help. P.S. I noticed a few other reviews complained about Rami's responsiveness. I never had a problem with that. In fact, the only reason it took 4 days for me to get my car was because I spent 3 days dragging my feet trying to make sure I had thought it all through. I recently leased my first car - something I was SUPER hesitant to do. I've never heard anything positive on leasing VS buying, but here in California, it made sense for me. My sister recommended that I reach out to her amazing "auto broker," something I had never even heard of before. What an experience! Rami is fantastic, which is no surprise (you can see all the other great reviews he gets), and I doubt I will ever buy another car from anyone else. He immediately found the car I wanted (2016 BMW 435i GC) and his price was better than anywhere else. My request had specific options for interior and exterior color, trim and navigation that I couldn't find in searching and during Rami's communications with me he commented the same. However, a couple of days later I received an e-mail stating he found what we were looking for from a dealer he trusted. The car wasn't for sale at that time but he promised to keep us apprised and get the best price. Exactly one month later we brought our new baby home and we are now very proud parents. We had been looking for a 2016 Toyota Sequoia to replace our 2008 Sequoia. In the past I had used Cars Direct as a broker but in 2014 they changed their business model where now they just refer you to a dealership. After looking on-line and checking Yelp I decided to call Rami at Fleet Direct. He was very accommodating and worked hard to find what we looking for. These cars are pretty scarce even in the best of times. His price was better than any offered at the dealers and the trade-in for our old Sequoia was acceptable. Rami delivered the new car to our home and took the old car when he left. It was a pretty seamless process. I would recommend him to friends and to anyone looking for something other than the dealership experience. Later Rami sent us a nice thank you letter for using his service.
