Froze my account to avoid paying while I was away for 4 months for college.... Low and behold, even though my account was "frozen", they still deduct 10$ from my card every month. Not a terrible amount of money, but a representation of their terrible character as a business. They never communicated this would happen. Sometimes, back in highschool when I was broke, my card would decline and they would charge me a 20$ late fee on top of the 10$. They never communicated this would happen. Workers are completely apathetic (AKA they don't give a f***). Worst gym I've ever been to. As a Wellness & Fitness Professional, I give this place my rubber stamp of approval. Customer service and gym equipment quality have won my approval. Customer Service - The manager (I can't remember his name eeeekk) but he is always there and VERY Energetic. He is not in your face sales or fitness. He is just a guy who is happy with life and is happy to help you with anything. I see him taking new people all around the gym and making them feel so comfortable. High Five to him. Everyone else seems great, the owner is a little more quite and to himself. He has helped me change the TV's and seems to be very open to new ideas. Overall I am impressed with a gym that only charges $9.99 a month. (I liked the people so much I did the premium of $19.95 so I could always bring a friend) Facility - It is just what you need. All of the cardio equipment is top of the line brands that any expensive gym would have. They seemed to be maintained well. Good quality. The stationary close chain weights are Very Nice. All new and great for people who aren't sure what they are doing. They are high quality brands as well. Maintained very well. Free Weights - Perfect. One of everything that you would ever need. ONLY one, so don't go at 6:30pm expecting to use what you want when you want. Weights go up to 100lbs. No big muscle heads here! It is great for all ability levels. Abs Stretching Area - Great. Mats, balls, kettle bells, and a few others. Nice open space. Overall I really enjoy this place for what it is. A 24 hours, no frills, good equipment gym. Once our contract is up, we are gone. This gym is filled with old and dirty equipment. Much of the cardio equipment works poorly, at best. The free weights area is usually a complete mess. The weights look like they were purchased at multiple garage sales. All the equipment is so crammed that you can barely lift without bumping into someone. The gym as a whole is the dirtiest I have ever seen. The clientele seems to be a mix of regular people that just want to work out somewhere cheap and close, tons of younger people with extremely poor gym etiquette, and the very kind of people a certain other gym with the initials "PF" says they don't want. I am seriously so sick of people filming themselves working out, standing around chatting while monopolizing equipment, and just acting generally obnoxious. The staff is basically friendly; though I was shocked to have someone hit my foot twice with a mop while I was in the middle of squatting. The worst part is, they were just pushing the dirt around, not even cleaning it up. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. read more

I'll just tell you that Flex Fit has some nice facilities that sucker you into paying $9.95/mo for the rest of your life. I really liked the gym but need to cancel for personal reasons so one would think they would be begrudgingly accommodating. I've had a Planet Fitness (yeah I've worked out everywhere) membership in which it was very easy to cancel and I was told they would welcome me back anytime I wanted "with open arms". Maybe I've just been lucky, but this has been more painful than any experience I've had trying to cancel a membership (gym or otherwise). I've done everything they've asked - I've brought in letters, mailed letters, asked to speak to management and still I'm paying $9.95/mo. It's a nightmarish leach on my poor cash. I miss Gregory Gym. First things first here, this is most definitely NOT a "muscle man" place. Yes, there are a few people here (myself included) who actually PUSH themselves while training, and, naturally, there are some noises associated with that much exertion. Oh, and I would hardly consider the Miley Cyrus, hip-hop and Top 40 garbage music that plays when I'm there to be "slow, angry hard rock." Just saying. With that said, Flex Fit is a decent little strip mall gym sandwiched between a Subway (nothing like the overwhelming smell of fresh baked Subway bread while in the middle of some heavy squats) and a place called Mathnasium. It's clean, well lit, has the basic equipment that you need to train and at $9.95 a month is a pretty good value. Is there a pool? Nope. Zumba classes? Nope. Racquetball courts? Nnnnnnnnope, but that's why it's $9.95 a month. It's open 24/7 and is staffed for most of the daylight hours. During non-staffed hours the doors are opened by sliding your key card through a reader on the door, which can be tempermental at times. Employees are friendly and will usually greet you with a quick hello when you come in. The equipment is maintained pretty well, in fact, in the year or so that I've been going here I've only seen two pieces of equipment out of order. Overall, Flex Fit is a decent gym for those training on a budget. If you're looking for lots of amenities and big, fancy machines then keep on looking. However, if you can get by with the basics and don't want to spend money on classes and pools that you'll never use, then this might be the place for you. read more

PROS: Cheap, cheap, cheap Generally quite clean, restrooms included. It has showers which is also nice. Never used the tanning beds so I can't speak to them but I've been told they're decent. CONS: Slow to make repairs. They had torn up benches for nearly 2 years before recovering them. Broken dumbbells go unreplaced in perpetuity. Cardio machines tend to disappear rather than get repaired (they now only have 1 recumbent bike). Crowded as hell during most of the day and a good swath of evening. Not well suited for serious training - 1 power rack and 1 squat rack, neither of which are very nice (or fixed to the floor). Cheap bars with no bend and low weight limit. Dumbbells only go up to 100 and the machines are all shiny new Icarian circuit machines, none of the useful stuff. Staff is a mixed bag. Some are great, a few are jerks who know nothing about anything and are happy to get in your face over anything they can. Music is either Top 40 or suicide-alternative, and after the staff goes at night they play it so loud it will split your head open. Let's be honest, it's a Planet Fitness business model style gym - the goal is to get people to sign up and forget about it for the rest of their lives. If you want a high quality commercial gym, 24hr Fitness is better. If you want a serious training gym, go to Big Tex Gym. If you just want dirt cheap 24/hr access to a treadmill, this is the way to go. read more

Disappointed. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The round rock location closed with very short noticed, personally I was not willing to drive to cedar park (which is not close at all) or work out in Austin Sport Arena (which is very small and strange). I reached out to Maggie to cancel my membership via email because no one answers their phones here. Maggie told me to come in person or send a certified letter. I sent a letter to the address provided back in May with intentions of not paying for another month. My letter was returned to me from the post office early this week due to being unclaimed after a couple of attempts were made (June 25). This time I go in person to the "new location" and no one was working during business hours. I reach out again via email and I get a response... they will cancel but I will have to pay for the month of July. I have not gone once in the past three months and they refuse to refund my June payment and want me to pay for July. Fraud- I will be calling my bank ASAP to block all charges. DO NOT SIGN UP!!! I signed contract based on information displayed on their flyers at their premises in Round Rock and based on review with staff member. It was cristal clear: $9.95 per month. No mention of annual fee. No mention of cancellation fee. This week I've been charged $29.95 and it appears to be annual fee. I spoke with 3 people to report the issue. They all asked me same question in return: did you read your contract when you signed, it was there!!! There is no doubt it is intentional. No one will sign contract if they clearly know these details. How many of you read in detail your AT&T, Time Warner, Verizon etc. contract? Essentials elements of the contract like pricing must be in front if you are a SERIOUS and a HONEST professional. A HONEST professional must highlight ESSENTIAL elements of contract and communicate those to customer before signing. People at this FLEX FIT GYM can by no mean claim this HONESTY. They INTENTIONALLY HIDE essential elements of contrat so they can say you SIGN IT. This is a SHAME. I would NEVER but really NEVER sign this contract if I knew there were annual fee and cancellation FEES. The true story is that FLEX FIT GYM knows it exactly, this is why they have chosen on PURPOSE they HIDE this information. Another proof of DISHONESTY is that they don't send you copy of contract despite the fact I provided my email. Never never never!!!! This place... I wish I could find something that I was happy with. The equipment is old and when it brakes it's just broken. Months can go by with people bringing it up and nothing get's fixed. Then they closed my location at Round Rock but "nicely" moved my membership to Cedar Park (which is nowhere near Round Rock) and now I have to drive in to cancel my membership. I have been trying to call the Cedar Park location since the 10th with no response so I called one of the locations in Corpus who actually answered the phone and they told me I have to drive in to cancel my membership. To add the cherry on the top of lousy customer service they say that since it's past the 17th (remember I've been calling since the 10th) I not only have to pay $30 per membership to cancel but another month of this worthless membership. Just two weeks ago they charged me $40 each for our annual membership then moved with no notice now I have to pay $30 per to cancel and another month of membership so I'm out $180 for service I'm not even able to use. Basically you get what you pay for but quite frankly the price here beats others I have seen (Snap fitness anyone?). For the amount I am paying I get 24/7 access to all the basic equipment for a good workout. It is well lit and clean. I get unlimited tanning but one downfall is that it is not connected to your specific card so you can only tan during staffed hours. This has more room and more equipment than Snap fitness down the road but costs so much less. I suggest prepaying for 6 months or a year because not only do you save on the enrollment fee but then you aren't getting stuck with trying to cancel a month to month which they seem to make a little difficult. read more

My experience with the Flex Fit gym on E. Palm Valley has not been very desirable. I cannot bash the team for their attitude for they are a friendly few. What I do not appreciate is their dishonesty in doing what they say, and not forfeiting vital information regarding your finances and what you are paying for, in the least to say their forms do not have that fine writing either. It was not a pleasant morning dealing with how I was going to get my money refunded that was charged to my account without my authorization, and this is the third time I have visited this same situation, they just kept taking and not refunding. When they moved locations I tried to get there consistently but it was too far out of the way. Terrible Management Team - STAY AWAY from substandard gym! I suffered a right quadricep tendon rupture at the end of January and was immediately scheduled for surgery to repair my leg. I immediately contacted Flex Fit and suspended my membership till I was released by my orthopedic surgeon to return to Flex Fit. I appreciate the initial suspension of charges as directed but found that reinstatement of charges without my authorization to be very unprofessional. In early June, I was released to resume physical therapy on my leg with light exercise. I drove by Flex Fit on Hwy 79 where my membership resided and to my dismay, saw that it was permanently closed. I was not notified and feel that the burden should not be on me to get out of my car to read a notice on the door, especially since I was still recovering from my injury. I fully expected to return to the gym and reinstate my membership but after the way the manager spoke to me regarding charging my credit card without authorization, I had no desire to return. I was advised that I had to come in and personally cancel the membership which I did. When I came into the facility after I found it in the warehouse parking lot, I was less than impressed with the setup and cannot imagine an expectation for anyone to pay $19.95 per month for the use of iron in the corner of a roller skate rink. Further, I had been charged $19.95 for the "All Access Plan" for 2 months where most of the benefits were not available at the new location. Bottom line, Flex Fit quit on me when they moved from the Hwy 79 location and I did not quit on Flex Fit; I did not sign up for a substandard gym. I have been threatened that my charges will be sent to collections and if they are, I will immediately file a small claims suit with Williamson county. I am 3 for 3 in Travis county for unrelated cases and will not hesitate to file suit against Flex Fit for the ongoing harassment of "Statements" for charges. read more

My rating is NOT towards the trainers, as I haven't trained with them, but this is for the facility and policy they have over-all. Most the equipment looks to be overly used and in need of replacement. Keep in mind this place might work for some if they don't mind what the condition of the equipment is in, or how messy the place is, and the expense paid, but not equipment up keep. Dumbbells are missing the weight signs on them, so you'll need to guess at times what the weight is, treadmills have torn belts, or not working properly, buttons probably need to be replaced. Weights all over the place....keep in mind I go there on off hours, and the place is usually a mess with weights wherever. There is a nice section for Cross Fit, and if you'd like to use any of the equipment in there you need to pay an additional $40 on the $10, so $50 per month...I pay $50 per year at 24hr...grandfathered in. I joined this place for it's convenience for my travel time however, for another 8min drive I'll just go to 24hr. Now I had no intention of writing a review, but when I was told I need to pay an additional $29 to cancel, and I just paid $80 in December, I think people need to know a little more about this place. Learn on my expense and experience, if you want to go to a gym and use ALL the equipment that is there without an additional fee, and no cancellation fee, you might want to stay away from Flex Fit and pay a little more $30 month, and get everything. With Flex Fit I paid $10 monthly, $80 annually, which equals to $200 annually. At other gyms where you pay $30 month only (excluding initial start up fees, same as Flex Fit) you'll be paying $360, BUT you have full use of ALL the equipment. If you want FULL use of ALL the equipment at Flex Fit, you'll need to pay $50 monthly, 80 annually, which equals $680 yr. And there's no pool, basketball court etc...not that it should matter much. Bottom line you don't always get what you pay for, sometimes you pay for what you should get, but don't. read more

I really, REALLY wanted to like this place because of the convenience of the location and the cost of the monthly membership. I have given this place many chances and I finally reached the last straw. I will start from the beginning. My friend and I went in to inquire about a monthly membership and we had done our research and had already decided we wanted to join this gym. Lucky for us (maybe unlucky is a better word), the gym was running a promotion for 24 hours. More specifically, anemployee named Paige was running the promotion. This promotion allowed you to join without fees, and you didn't have to pay for the first months membership. The owner of the gym walked us around that day and we were actually ready to workout immediately but at the end of our tour we were back at the door and he made us feel like we needed to leave. He said we would get a call that Friday (we went in on a Wednesday) around 9:00 to "get us started". We had no idea what that meant because we thought the paperwork and the walk through is what got us started?? ANYWAYS, my friend had to leave for work and we rode together so I went home. I tried to go back that night around 8:30 (after their business hours) and my card didn't work to open the door. Luckily, someone was leaving and was kind enough to let me in. I actually enjoyed my workout and really like the equipment this gym has to offer. --STRIKE ONE I didn't think anything of my card not working--every time I went during business hours and scanned in, I didn't have any problems. I thought it might have just been an activation processes because that was the day I had joined. I had been going to the gym for about a week and didn't have problems. One of the employees Fernando (they call him Nando) approached me one day and asked if I had gotten my one-on-one training yet. I said no, I wasn't aware of this and he said it's free, would you like to schedule one. Of Course!! It's FREE. My favorite word. We scheduled a one-on-one session for that Friday. My work schedule ended up changing and I had to cancel. I texted him Thursday and he replied in a timely manner asking what day to reschedule. I provided him with another date and time that worked for me and he did not reply. It didn't bother me much because I wasn't even aware of the service in the first place. --STRIKE 1.5 (again, this didn't bother me too much) They also have this ap that allows you to put your member number in, and lets you scan in in case you forget your card. I downloaded the ap and went through the set up process (mind you- the ap doesn't even have a Round Rock location listed so I had to put Cedar Park as my location). I forgot my card one day and scanned my phone and the person behind the counter said my membership wasn't active. Not only that, but my name was no where in their system. This made no sense to me because my friend that I signed up with was with me and they easily pulled up her membership info. I was obviously frustrated because my key card had been working every time I came in but they didn't have any of my information on file. FYI- Paige had not been seen working since the day I signed up. Finally, someone went and found the paperwork and they re-entered all of my information and gave me a new member number and assured me this would never happen again. --STRIKE 2.5 Fernando was working at the time and over heard my frustrations and proceeded to approach me and my friend. He said he was sorry for the company's mess up and he was willing to give us two FREE personal training sessions. I kind of stared at him blankly because he was acting like he had never seen me before when this guy literally reached out to me twice already. I went along with it and we went and picked out a time for him to give us our first session. He didn't have a calendar with him and he wrote our names and time down on a POST IT NOTE. I knew this was going to end badly. My friend and I arrived about 20 minutes early to our "session" in order to warm up/stretch. Nando never showed up. We checked our phones and he never called or texted to reschedule. We actually haven't heard from him still, and this was 3 weeks ago. You would think that since he offered us this "deal" because we were so angry with the staff, that he would try extra hard to impress us/ satisfy us/ make us want to stay with flex fit. Because this was such a disaster, it deserves a strike and a half-- STRIKE 4 I recently got a new job and my working hours vary. I want to go in and workout before I go to work. I went today at 7:15 (waking up about 2 hours early so I can get my workout in and have time to get ready for work) drive on over to Flex fit, swipe my NEW card (because of all the previous issues) and the door doesn't work. I cannot even enter the gym I am paying a monthly fee to workout in. I am so frustrated with this place and CANNOT WAIT to cancel my membership. This gym has horrible customer service and cares more about keeping your money and make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership if you move out of town. They require you to come in person or mail them a notarized letter rather than simply providing your information via phone like most gyms. The last gym I was a member of let me cancel by email. I moved away from Round Rock (out of state, to a location half way across the country), nearly two years ago and they continued to charge me over the continuing year because I didn't come in and they didn't have a notarized letter, even though I called asking for them to cancel it. Fast forward to as of late, Fernando took my first call and didn't want to take the time to talk about canceling my membership. He said he'd call me back and never did. I had then had to call numerous times before he answered. After calling member services and reporting him as well, he said he'd look into the issue and call me the next day. Two days past, no call from Fernando. I finally had to talk to a supervisor of member services to contact the gym. I can't even count how many member service reps I spoke to, all who said call the gym. Fernando wouldn't make the effort to look in the system to see that I had contacted member services. In my opinion, he is lazy, incompetent and a liar. ALSO take note of this, when you cancel your membership, they will make you pay a cancellation fee for the following month of $29.95. ALSO, you have to specifically ASK member services to remove your credit card information from their system otherwise they KEEP your information on record even though you are no longer a member. BEWARE. Read the other reviews about similar issues. Don't waste your time. They are high on themselves thinking they run a 5 star gym when its just a hole in the wall in Round Rock, Texas. I have been thoroughly disappointed with this gym's management. I generally disregard overly negative reviews on Yelp because I am inclined to believe that the reviewers were just angry, but let me detail each of my complaints of this gym so you will understand. -When I first tried to join, the website said it was $10/month. When I signed up, it was $20/month. It wasn't a big deal, but it was a warning sign. -When I joined, I was told that I could freeze my account during the school year (since I am a college student) and that I could unfreeze it at will when I returned in the summer. When the time came, I called the gym and the lady on the phone said that I could not freeze my account. I was irritated and decided canceling was the next best option, so I asked her if I could cancel. She said that she couldn't do it on the phone and that I had to come in person or write a letter. I asked her about the letter and she didn't know what the letter entailed, even though she worked there. -I tried sending e-mails (twice, months apart) to the account listed on the website, but never received a reply. -I came in person to cancel, and the staff member on site did not know how to cancel my account. -I came back in person again a month later, and I was finally pleased with the customer service I received. The guy and the owner were very nice and apologetic and said they'd cancel my account for a $50 charge. -I looked at my bank account the next month, and I was indeed charged for the $50 cancellation, and then CHARGED ME $20 FOR THE NEXT MONTH. They have promised to refund me this $20, but they have not. I called them the day they charged me, and they said they would refund me the amount. They did not. I called ~2 weeks later and asked, and they said they were still working on it. They told me to wait another 2 weeks. It is now exactly another 2 weeks, and no surprise, STILL no refund. What did I expect. **TLDR? This gym has 1) friendly but incompetent staff members, 2) does not get anything done. unless it involves taking your money.... ** I've been trying to cancel my gym membership for 5 months now unsuccessfully. When I attended this gym it was amazing and five star quality with great team members and clean equipment, but hear me when I say to cancel or terminate your membership it is a nightmare that you will never wake up from. I'm pretty sure their management meetings consist of finding ways to waste a client's time and make us mad. We used to go to the Round Rock location and wanted to change our membership type. We tried to call, leave a message, go by the gym and could never get ahold of someone. Finally we called another number and somehow got in contact with their billing department. They told us that we probably weren't getting ahold of someone because that location was closing. We should have gotten an email. And if we want to make any changes, we would need to contact the Cedar Park location. We called Cedar Park. They told us they aren't sure what the billing department was talking about and we need to reach Round Rock. We finally were able to catch them but by that point, we were so annoyed with all the confusion that we decided to cancel our membership. They charged us a cancellation fee and the month membership. So even though we tried to get ahold of them before the beginning of the month, we were charged for a month we didn't use because we finally tracked down the right person on the 3rd of the month. So frustrating. No ownership of their errors. And customer service was nonexistent. Don't give this place your money. read more

This place used to be SO MUCH NICER when it was Fitness 360. Now, it is becoming a muscle-man place complete with slow, angry hard rock (and yes, it does get played quite often, regardless of whether or not Steve has heard it) and big, bulky guys grunting as they lift. Gross. The only "training" that is offered by the staff is completely machine-centric. To clarify - I'm not looking for classes - don't like them - my comment is around the "trainers" there who offer "training" - all they do is put people on machines - they don't actually teach them how to work out without weight machines. Now they have removed some of the GOOD cardio machines to replace them with yet more treadmills. The net is an additional loss of floor space for people to actually work out. They are WAY over-staffed, and their child care is a joke - the room they use for it is right in front of the front door. Did they really think that was safe? Especially when anyone working out cannot see who is coming and going. No self-respecting parent is going to put their child in that situation. You would think that with so much staff they would be able to stay on top of cleaning, but...no. The weight area floor is consistently dirty, and dust covers the top of many machines and racks. DO NOT TRUST THIS GYM!!! I picked flexfit gym mainly for the location. I went in and asked to be set up with a trainer 2 times per week. Fernando was pushy and aggressive like a car salesman. I have pretty severe anxiety so I went through the motions not really thinking things through. He discussed pricing with me($40/wk) and had me sign a contract that I wouldn't receive a copy of. After I left I found out I was charged double! They explained that they just wouldn't take the next payment to even it out...that was a lie. My first session comes and my trainer, Moe, doesn't show up. He claims he got me confused with another client names Jessica who was experiencing seizures and wouldn't be coming in. I complained and was told by Fernando that if it ever happened again my money would be refunded. I go to 2 or 3 sessions with Moe. The entire time he was on his phone texting. The next session, I show up and Moe isn't there...AGAIN. Moe then tries to make me change the times we both agreed on. I wasn't able to because of work. I literally gave him my last 2 free hours of my week. So I asked for my money back and was told I couldn't have it AND I would still be charged the following 2 weeks or so. We have had a terrible experience dealing with this gym. My complaint is in regards to poor administrative follow-up and customer service. SITUATION: My underage son signed a contract in 2016 and maintained the membership payments for a couple years (even though he rarely went). When my son was about to leave for college, I contacted the gym and left a voice message asking for a call back as we would like to cancel. Call was not returned. ADDITIONAL ATTEMPTED COMMUNICATION BY ME: Emailed via website with no response. Called again in 10.2018, no response. Called mid-November. Again NO RESPONSE. Called the 800 number listed on the bank statement and was told they couldn't help. Needed to deal with local gym. Emailed AGAIN indicating that if we didn't receive a response or a credit to our account, we would dispute fees with our bank. 12.2018 disputed fees and blocked future charges. RESPONSE FROM FLEX FIT: Feb 1, 2019, I received a call that Flex Fit had turned my son's account over to collections and collection agency threatened to report to credit bureaus. Explained the situation but they didn't care. Left vm at RR location and Cedar Park location and FINALLY received a call back today. Owner claims he has record of attempted communication and that he returned my call mid-November but the phone rang and rang so no message was left. It is a cell phone... should have gone to voicemail. Downloaded call history from cell phone carrier... no record of incoming call. Owner claimed he had emailed my son @ his yahoo email but that it was returned due to it being a bad email address. Has to be lying as it is a valid email address. Asked owner to forward bounced message to me as well as copy of executed contract. He then said he couldn't deal with me directly because the account has been turned over to collections. Explained to him that collection agency couldn't even confirm date account was opened or provide copy of contract so I needed to deal with him. He basically said too bad. Funny that he claims to have "records" but when I ask for copies suddenly can't talk to me. YET, in order to cancel at this point I should send a certified letter to him... what?! Double-standard. IN CONCLUSION: I will be sending a legal response requesting copies of all attempted communication and contract. I will include copies of my attempts to reach them (phone record & screenshot of email) along with all of the negative comments from others on yelp, fb, etc. indicating similar problems with this gym as indicators that the gym has a history of poor response levels. Sad that this is how they choose to run their business. Ridiculous that they would send a $100 balance to collections without even attempting to contact the member. read more

I tried to sign up for a membership twice on saturday and went to the posted hours on the door and even called and both times there was no one there to register me. I guess that is what is to be expected if you want cheap, no help. read more

12/17/14 Update: As expected, they did not charge me another month. They have the business idea down right. If they had charged me another month, i would have told everyone in austin not to join. For what? to get $10 out of me they would have lost future income. Instead they honored their promise and i don't see charge on my account. Thank you, -------------------------- I'm so focused on simply working out, i don't really care for all the fancy stuff. I judge gym based solely on one thing. When i cancel my gym membership, i expect to not pay another month. I hate when gym "Forgets" to cancel my credit card for another month. I had to move, so i canceled. the guy in the front desk told me that november will be my last month that i be charged. I will remain my 5 star rating and will check back on december to see if i been charged or not. I will change start to 1 rating if they charge me extra. read more

It's $10 bucks a month. Can you really complain? For what you pay its a great gym and it has everything I need. The staff for the most part is very nice and I plan on coming here for years and years. My only real complaint is that too many people use it as a "hang out" place and not at a gym. read more

Great gym. All the essentials. Members are respectable and wipe down equipment when they're done. Great price for a great workout. Needs new equipment though, not the tv's, because I'm not there to watch TV but some of the treadmills. read more

Don't go here. There is way better gyms out there for the same price. All the equipment is old and falling apart. They also make it hard to cancel if you move away. All they want is your money don't care about people. Don't satisfy for them because of location like I did. Drive a little further and find another gym. read more

Moved location without notifying, then would not cancel monthly fee by phone, had to go to new location then charged $29.95 cancellation fee. Not willing to work with us at all; very poor customer service. read more

It is an absolute nightmare trying to terminate your membership. After a year of trying I finally terminated it.....not without a fight though. The general manager Adam said it would be ok to meet up by a certain time and when I showed up he was gone. I called and he said he had gone out for lunch. Really!!! I am so shocked with the bad reviews. I have been going here for a couple of years. The owner is so nice and helpful. Even though they have become busier and bigger the owner Jason will always say hi! Jason really cares about people and wants them to succeed. If you have a complaint I guarantee he will fix it. They move people around and there was a bad crew in there for a bit. The old crew is back and much nicer now. You cannot beat the price or the customer service here. read more
