My wife and I had a discount offer to Flights so we thought to give it a go. Thinking it was an aviation themed restaurant only we were shrouded to find out it a small plates, tapas style restaurant providing "flights" of food and beverages. The selection was great and we choose some healthy flights of salads (3) sides, meat skewers (3) and a taco flight (3). Each flight had three different offerings which was great. Kelly was our server who was friendly and patient with our questions. Food came to the table in under 10 minutes attractively presented. I also had a flight of 3 Pilsner style beers but other liquor selections available. Food was delicious and we left full and satisfied. Each table has a button pad to call for service, desserts or check. Hint like the buttons above your seat on an airplane. It was a great experience and will stop by again in a few days. read more

Sooo. I came across flights on a pure fluke whilst lookin for new trendy hip kinda foodie destinations in Vegas. I came.. I saw... I ATE!!! Lol I had a very unique experience. I came for brunch. I'm legit ordered what a group would order lol. So there's the (STIX) 3 super tasty Thai Chicken, Ancho Shrimp, & Chimichurri Beef. PAUSE.... had to grab a napkin. Made myself hungry again. Eat soo tasty and will seriously have you jonsing for more. Next there was the (Beef Sliders) 3 different tasty burgers.. you know what. Freak it I'll just post it ALL. Enjoy. The fries were amazing, the Mac and cheese was tasty (truffle was my favorite), and the skewers were okay. The flavors were tasty but the meats were a little dry. I would technically give this place a 3.5 because of the beverages (will explain). I really like the concept. It provides the opportunity to try different ways of preparing the same type of food three ways. The food we had was French toast (banana was the best), empananda (truffle was the best), sliders (chicken Buffalo was the best), Mac and cheese (truffle and bacon were really good), and fries (fries are amazing period). So the food overall was good, no real issues. At a minimum we like at least 2 of the 3 types if not all three. The sinks were a downfall. Perhaps with such a big production cranking out three drinks per order the quality got lost. The mimosas was pretty much juice, the beers were good but we picked them (waitress didn't explain what I was drinking), the wine was ehh (and again, no list of what was in front of us). Overall I would still try it again because I think the concept is cool but will probably stick to beer. read more

We went to Vegas to use our points at the Hilton Elara. Flights is one of the many fun spots inside The miracle mile shops and restaurants. Miracle Mile is connected to the Elara so I love trying the places so close. Flights has seating along the edge of the mall where you can people watch and enjoy drinks and food. It's a cool looking place with an airplane hanging and lots of lights. They're known for flights of specialty cocktails, 3 for $10 during many hours of the day. They have happy hour and pretty good food. We ordered an pita appetizer because we were eating a big dinner later. Very tasty. The drinks were excellent and you could actually taste the alcohol, not watered down. Definitely going back. Great atmosphere. read more

It's nice because with any flight, you can actually sub out one of the things if you are a picky eater or just don't feel like trying one of the three things in the set. Stopped here for brunch and happy hour while staying at Planet Hollywood. Concept of three per flight is a good one. Hostess and service excellent. For appetizers we chose Stixx and Mini Pizzas. Pricy at 17-19 dollars apiece but taste was amazing. Went with a flight of Old Fashions - bold/orange/classic were amazing. Happy hour deal is $10 per flight of cocktails. They also have flights of wine and craft beer. Pretty good price for Vegas. Overall, exceeded expectations. I will return. read more

Different concept with most orders coming in flights of 3, so family style eating. Most of the food could be considered appetizers. Our waiter seemed like he was new as his mind seemed to be racing to the tables he had instead of concentrating on one at a time. He would take half our tables order and then go to another table. It was a bit odd and if the restaurant was crowded or you were in a time crunch you were doomed. Fortunately we had plenty of time and the place was fairly empty yet our waiter was still scatter brained. The food was good and the uniforms were cute. This was one of the most disappointing places i have ever visited in Vegas. We were a group of 4 and had a reservation. Upon arrival the hostess was standing around with an unfriendly attitude and didn't even welcome us. She sat us down and did not explain how this button system worked. We checked out the menu and no one greeted us or asked us anything. We pressed that call button 4 times and no one ever showed up. 3 waiters and multiple other staff walked by our empty table. No one felt compelled to ask if we need help. And the place was basically empty at that time. So we decided to leave and let the hostess know. Even then she ignored us basically. We went across and had a great Italian dinner. Small update: today the owner Alexander reached out to me and apologized for the issues we had and offered help and asked what he could do to rectify this. Flights might be an interesting restaurant, but definitely not a good choice to go on New Year's Eve. I was travelling in Vegas and impressed with the volume of tourists. So to get rid of incredibly long waiting, I made a reservation for the NYE dinner a week in advance on Yelp. The location indicates it's in Planet Hollywood on map, but actually the Miracle Mile Shops has another entrance if you are heading for the logo of Planet Hollywood on the strip. We spent some time looking for the restaurant. And it's not very hard if you find the entrance to the shops instead of the casino. I confirmed my reservation at the reception and was told that there is only a prix fixe menu on NYE. At around 8pm of NYE, I don't want to bother to look for and wait to be seated in another restaurant on the strip. So we stayed, which took its toll soon. The decor was pretty cool and highlighted the theme of flights. There was even a plane on the ceiling. To celebrate the NYE, they had a DJ although there were only 3-4 tables of guests. The music was so loud that we had to move to a table as quiet as possible. Unfortunately, there was hardly a table that could get away from all the noises. As a consequent, the six people sitting on one table barely had a conversation because we couldn't hear a single word without yelling. It was at that moment that I felt I would rather finish the meal as soon as possible. And I deepened the feeling when I saw the menu. There were no other choice for the starter and dessert, so they provided our starters along with the menu. By the way, they don't allow sharing as well. So although some of us cannot eat the dessert of chocolate lava cake for the sake of blood sugar, it's impossible to order just "part" of the menu. There were 3 types of entree to choose, which is the most exciting part of the $75 dinner to me. We didn't order any drink because all I wanted to do was to finish the meal and get away from it. I strongly recommend everyone to take it serious if you see any un-notified "prix fixe" menu like this, which ruined my 2019 with the worst dinner experience of the year. read more
