    Hand picked cocktail

It was nice, just a little unfair comparing it to all the posh places nearby. The server was very attentive, and the food was good. I ordered a filet mignon skewer and had to send it back because I didn't like the sauce smothered on it. It's very over powering, maybe try it on the side. Plain it was much better, but I'm a pretty plain gal when it comes to food! Loved the hummus

The food and drinks here were sooooo yummy! Note that HH deals aren't valid on the rooftop. It's cute and moody on the main floor, but the rooftop is great to catch a sunset! Cutesy spot for an evening with the girls!

We enjoyed our recent experience at FLINT. We made a reservation on the earlier side on a Saturday night and it was surprisingly quite. The interior is beautiful and comfortable; and valet is free so it was easy to park. Our server was great; very attentive and did a through job of explaining how the menu works. Food came out quick and it everything was great. I wouldn't say anything knocked us off our feet, but it was all consistently good. We split the roasted cauliflower, the short rib hummus (our favorite), the burrata, the lamb meatballs, one chicken kabab, and the fried chicken. They coursed everything out perfectly. Drinks were also tasty; dessert was a miss. We ordered the olive oil pound cake and it was very dry. BUT, our sweet server noticed I was pregnant and brought us a free donut dessert as a congratulations. It was incredibly kind of him and it made up for the pound cake. Overall, it was a great date night spot. If we're ever in the area, we'd try it again!

Had a lovely night of delicious food and amazing company. We started with the whipped feta. It was a great start. Followed by the Flint chopped salad. What a gorgeous presentation and full of flavor. Lamb meatballs and fried chicken also shared. All were in agreement the lamb meatballs were the star of the dinner. Service was pleasant and the dining area very comfortable

We had the best experience celebrating my friend's birthday at Flints. Service and food were top notch! We went to upstairs and had amazing views of The city. This place is very sophisticated and the staff were very attentive. They brought a little dessert for my friend's bday and they also brought complimentary champagne. I will keep coming back for more celebrations or just to keep trying their delicious dishes.

Seafood offerings at the brunch for mother's day

Went for the mother's day brunch earlier today with my family. Overall, most of the food options were pretty good. The prime rib and rack of lamb were both cooked perfect medium rare and good meat quality. And the oysters, shrimp and crab claws were all delicious and pretty fresh. In addition, the other brunch offerings had fried chicken, biscuits and gravy which were all delicious, as well as a decent charcuterie board and pastry options. Service was also overall pretty good, the servers were very friendly and quick to accommodate requests. Only negatives were that initially the floor around one of the seats was pretty wet and had a lot of breadcrumbs, had to call a server to clean it up. Also the second issue was that the online brunch menu had listed jonah crab claws, but when we got there they only had snow crab claws available. We did mention it to the staff at the end and they acknowledged the mistake, and made things right by offering something to make up for it, so major props to them when they didnt have to do anything. Overall a good experience and would definitely come back sometime for dinner or happy hour.

First time here and I was impressed! Complimentary valet is a great perk since parking in the Biltmore area can be limited. The space is beautifully decorated, casual yet upscale, and it smells amazing inside. Came with my team for happy hour and tried the oysters, margarita pizza, hummus, and Moroccan fried chicken dishes on their happy hour menu. Everything was delicious! Their happy hour is definitely the best way to sample some of their menu and drinks since regular prices are higher. Service was a little slow (only one server/bartender at 4pm on a Monday), but our server was attentive, and it truly wouldn't have made sense to have another server on at the time. Overall, great food, service, and space. Highly recommend!

32nd wedding anniversary of yumminess!!! Yes Chef Josh! You came to work and served us dinner!!! I truly appreciate this place dinning experience. The service from the front to the back of the house. Amazing service and phenomenal chef's attention to detail. Chef Josh came out to greet us on our special occasion and spent time asking about what we like and suggestions. What a great night with my love and a great dinner at our favorite restaurant. Be careful, it's yummy! Certified.

Love this place so much! My friends took me here for my birthday, and I am obsessed. I love the interior, it's modern yet cozy, and I really like the bar area with couch sittings. They have happy hour until 6? and we got happy hour margs and oysters, and they were soo good. Oysters were super fresh and their marg, yummmm it was so good! And we had cheese board, fried chicken, bone marrow, scallops, octopus, and short rib hummus- everything was good! I'd definitely come back here!

    Little Gem Caesar salad! Delicious!

My husband and I came by here yesterday because we are interested in having my 60th birthday party on the rooftop. The rooftop was closed but it still looks like a place that I would like to have my 60th birthday party for approximately 40 to 50 people. The atmosphere of this restaurant is really nice! We decided to have a late lunch while we were there. We split the Little Gem Caesar salad and it was outstanding! The six minute egg is what put it over the top. My husband had the lamb lettuce wraps, and he thought they were excellent. I did taste the lamb and it was very good! I had the blackened salmon. It also came with this very spicy sauce on the side that I thoroughly enjoyed. However, I would've liked the salmon to be cooked with a little bit more seasoning. When I think of black and seasoning it should be spicy. I could barely taste any salt or pepper on the salmon without the side of sauce. Also, my salmon was a bit overcooked. I liked my salmon to be cooked medium, and it was medium well almost well. I forgot to take a picture of it. The bartender, who was also our server, told me that the chef was not satisfied with the way. The first salmon came out so he did a second one and brought that one to me. Personally, I thought it was just a tad overcooked. I'm hoping to hear back from their LA representative regarding my 60th birthday party. I really do want to have it here because I like the venue and the food was good despite my salmon being overcooked and a tad on the bland side. If you are going to blackened something for the love of God, use real blackened seasoning!

This was my second time back. Diego and Shantel were our bartenders, both friendly and professional. They went out of their way to be accommodating. For dinner we shared the Spanish Octopus, Lamb pasta, oysters, Kebabs with filet mignon and chicken. The chicken was the highlight of the night. The other dishes were good, the octopus tender, just didn't love the sauce it was in but that could be personal preference. The oysters were amazing as always. Love the wood fire smells in here and the vibe at the bar is always fun! Chicken best

Truly one of the better and more consistent restaurants in the valley. I have been here multiple times but never wrote a review. JP was our server and he was the utmost professional. Caring, attentive, sharp. He even does that pro hand-behind-the-back waiter walk. Ask for JP's section when you get there. The burger. The burger is what brings me back. I have this every time I come here. I'll put this up against any gourmet burger in town. Fries to match. 100/10 Cauli- charred well, tasty, good bite, a bit on the salty side Short rib hummus - it's more short rib than hummus, but hearty and tender. MFC - brined, good crust, juicy, goes great with the harissa. It's good but I'd honestly skip it. Lamb cavatelli - 10/10. Fresh made pasta made perfectly al dente, lab ragu will put you to sleep. Restaurant is spotless and the ambiance is calm without loud music. See you again soon.

    Branzino

Overall, great ambiance and very classy restaurant. But prices are pretty high and do not do justice especially at lunch time. The Oysters tasted fine. Branzino was just half and they should at least give a full fish for the price they are charging. No sides were served with the fish except for chimichurri and lemon. Pizza was ok and pretty standard. Wine selection was good. They need to definitely not charge so much for small portion sizes and ought to offer specials so that more people can try this place.

Excellent service, a Christmas tree upstairs, and no reservations required. Glad they were able to seat us considering we showed up without reservations. Downstairs gets quickly reserved so seats upstairs are where they push overflow patrons. Right outside Flint's doors downstairs there is a staircase which opens up to the upstairs dining area. Service was prompt, and we got our drinks by the time we had our mains decided. I got a glass of red to pair with my steak. My partner had a refreshing cocktail, but it was decent. The highlights of the night were the food. SO MUCH FOOD! And it was TERRIFIC! For starters we got the artichoke hummus. It sounded a bit weird, but all it was was regular hummus with 4 artichoke hearts that were crispy. The artichoke hearts were crisp, but moist, and I could have kept eating those all day. It comes with 1 pita bread. The server told us to order another and we did, turns out we needed it as the pita breads were quite small ($3 +). Sure only 3 bucks, but nickel and dime if you are spending $14 on an app... For mains I got the filet medium rare with a side of regular potatoes. My partner got the salmon skewer with a side of asparagus. Both the dishes were cooked perfectly and they were familiar dishes with a slightly exotic touch to it. Must be the middle eastern part of the restaurant. The steak came with a ganache or accompaniments of middle eastern sides. Can't recall what they were but they were great when I dipped my potatoes in them. It was sour, tart, acidic, kind of like middle eastern soy sauce. The server recommended it to us and we got it. The salmon skewer came with 5 decent sized pieces on it. Great for a small eater or someone who doesn't want their own meal. It too was delicious and had light touches of sauce or smoke on it. The asparagus is a favorite. It was cooked as usual, typical steak side and both me and my partner enjoyed it! For dessert, as it was my partners birthday the server comped the pound cake. While it was delicious, it was definitely the letdown of the meal. It was way too sweet including the layer of cream that it was doused with. The sweat cream wasn't necessary as the pound cake was incredibly sweet itself. Also, the pound cake wasn't soft like normal cake. It was quite dry once you peeled away the creme layer up top. I definitely should have gone with the Chocolate Ganache Tart. But their mess up worked in their favor. I'm definitely coming back for another meal at Flint!

It took like 20 min before they ordered drinks and 30 min plus before drinks were delivered! Crazy right? The first visit I got the burger and fries and it was delicious. The second time I got a steak medium well and loaded baked potato and the potato was very dry (like an older potato that was on its way out) and although I loved the overall flavor of the steak I had to eat around the edges only and avoided the center because not only wasn't it medium w no pink it was red! Also it had gristle and fat. For $44 it was a waste of good meat and I'm not one to ask a cook to throw it back in the grill when they should know how to produce different levels of cooked steak. The ambiance is a chill dim lit vibe and easy for conversations so that was great! The bathrooms are clean and smell good. Great mirror lighting too. But the front layout is odd, the hostess stand is right there so everyone crams in front of door and there's no barrier to the first large table so you're like staring at the poor people eating at that first long table lol! I think they need to switch up the entry layout and put up a half wall or decorative situation to tuck away that table a bit too. Just my two cents. Overall, I'd go again but it would be really nice if management saw this and trained staff on how to greet table sooner, take drink orders, and deliver said drinks timely for a more pleasant dining experience.
