It's like Richardson's and Rokerij had a baby, and named it Rosie. Last door on the right. Follow the Richardson's building north until you see a door on your right. It's unmarked. Enter. Cue an intimate bar with a few small booths. It's a bar built around the wine storage fridge, the main office, and back kitchen of Richardson's, Rokerij, Dicks enterprise. The menu contains a nice combo of entrees from the Richardson's/Rokerij menu. It's a great place to grab drinks while waiting for your table at its sister locations, or just to have dinner or drinks and skip the crowds in the connected restaurants. A definite gem.

Truly a hidden gem. Originally just came here for drinks with my fiancé but ended up getting food as well and oh my god I'm glad we did. Delicious! The ambiance is very intimate and perfect for a date. They have an excellent selection of wine and whether you end up coming for just drinks or food as well I know you won't be disappointed

Here to eat at Richardsons, the host guided us through the kitchen a snack into a whole other section, known as Rosie's. The baby sister to The Rokerij and Richardsons. Just like the other restaurants the setting is very intimate and calming. The menu is the same but still equally delicious. I ordered the Huevos rancheros per usual, my counterpart ordered the steak and eggs, and we ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeños. Service was okay, not busy but the waiter was also not attentive. Our jalapeños were brought out first, all I can say is I hope you have a high spice tolerance. Holy moly they were hot. Shortly after our food was brought out, same delicious flavor, great cooked steak, overall good. Loved the setting of Rosie's, would definitely come back for dinner.

I love all of the Richardson's restaurants, but Rosie's has quickly become my favorite spot for happy hour.

Once you're let inside a side door you have to lock your phones up. My reaction was "you're kidding, right", then I said, let's do it. You keep the key to your numbered box. This is such a perfect way to disconnect from your phone and have ongoing conversations with no interruption. I kept attempting to show our bartender the activities we did while in Arizona, but forgot I didn't have my phone lol. We had a good ole time with our bartender (male, forgot his name but I've learned he's afraid of heights and won't go on a hot air balloon ride LOL!!). He made this drink something near an old fashioned but it was topped with an entire gingerbread cookie, I had about 3. Oh, and the staff all had on Christmas pajamas as uniform. So cute & comfy! Keep in mind we have no sense of time so we were nervous about being late to our reservations for Wren & Wolf.. the hostess assured us she would come get us and escort us to the table in time. And she did. We weren't finished our last drinks but was able to carry them over to the restaurant.

Every detail in this building was so carefully considered and really yielded refined but almost-whimsical ambiance as a result. Our little group had a blast ordering several cocktails and trying them all. First, Poppy's Cigar. The presentation alone makes it a must-try, and the cigar scent lingers long after the drink is done. My favorite drink of the night was the Money Trees, which was like a sweet bourbon with bananas foster. We also tried the Lil Demon, which includes a chai foam that's very unique. The third highlight for me was a Chocolate Martini, which wasn't on the menu but was the first I've ever had to not include Bailey's. So good! I should also mention that the bartender was kind enough to make the chocolate martini, even though we could tell it isn't his favorite drink to make. We also tried the chocolate lave cake and the deep fried cornbread. The cake was decadent and true to what you'd expect. The deep fried cornbread was a showstopper... sweet but savory, like if a churro visited the Texas State Fair.

That does take away from the speakeasy field, but it's a good balance between casual eye out to watch a sporting event with friends and get a classy cocktail in a great atmosphere. Not my first choice go to for speakeasy, but definitely makes the list.

First, for a divey-style bar, the barkeep was really friendly. And they have good drinks. He made a stiff dirty martini, an espresso martini, and a few of their Mezcal-based "Smoke and Berries." Outside, we feasted on cheap eats from (I can't remember the name), but we ordered everything from tacos to nachos to fries and I think empanadas? Great music, great lighting, service, and drinks. Clean pours. Balanced. Not over-mixed. Just enough sweetness to get you in trouble. Crowd was mixed, stylish... looked like people who know where to be without needing to post about it. The seating's cozy enough to post up and talk but open enough to float around if you're trying to socialize. It had that lounge-meets-night-out energy.
