Love this place! They have had kid friendly movies in saturday matinee hours and my family and I love it! We saw space jam and Hop and both experiences were awesome! I love how spaced out the seats are. I also love how they are actually like lounge chairs they ain't playing when they say it's a luxury theater! The chairs have buttons you can recline them and trays to set your good one. Overall, I love everything about this place! They give complimentary crayons and a paper for the little ones to make art while waiting for the movie to start. The popcorn is always fresh and delicious! My first time going to a theater with food and it was AWESOME. They've got a pretty extensive menu and the prices are not too bad compared to most theater concessions. I ordered the burger with onion rings and it was SO yum. Their popcorn bowl is priced well considering it's bottomless. You order on your phone via QR code, or you can write your order and ring them. Service is prompt and great. Screen might be a little small but sound is good enough. It was so cool to watch Dune, Part Two with food and I'm definitely coming back for more. This place went downhill.. The menu prices all went up from $10 to $15 and the portions got smaller. They changed the fish & chips which now look like flat paddies and since they took off the automatic gratuity, the service is really bad. I've been coming here occasionally for a few years now. The food is always delicious! The service is always awesome, I've only had one mediocre service experience. The ambience is always great and I love it when they make cocktails or beers themed for new movies being released. My only gripe is that the seats aren't really that comfy. I'm very disappointed!! There is no clarification on the 18% gratuity. I recently went to A movie and I was under the assumption that the server gets the 18% gratuity that's charged to each individual receipt. However, I was told that my server did not see one dime Of the gratuity!! Today when we called about it We were informed by Damien that the gratuity of 18% to the receipt goes to cleaning Service the bartender and server. It does not clarify any of that In the receipt so when you think the 18% is going to your server it's NOT, it's very deceiving to everybody. Fix this problem. And on last problem I forgot to NOTE is that the lady who sat next to us!! I've been coming to Flix for a while now! It's a nice place great food very clean organized and attentive. If your looking for a nicer movie theater this is the place to go to it has a bar at the entrance and food service in the actual movie room. Typically you order and the bring it out to you quickly I recommend getting there a bit before the movie so you can start the movie with the food already served. They continue serving until 45 minutes before the movie ends I believe. The chairs do not recline the middle bars simply come up but the tables in front of you do pull out to eat it Is still very comfortable and more spacious then usual movie theaters. I ordered the brew house burger 10/10 definitely enjoyed that! Great flavor and comes with a side aswell. One thing I didn't enjoy was the piña colada but they are know more for their beer I've had a couple here and there every option is great you should definitely order one while enjoying a movie! read more

Came here with my family to see the live action How to Train Your Dragon. The movie and food at Flix Brewhouse were both really good--comfortable seating, solid menu, and a fun overall atmosphere. However, our experience was dampened by the service. Our server, Christian, was noticeably rude and surly throughout the visit. It made what could've been a great night feel a bit uncomfortable. This theater is located right down from my home so it's really convenient, easy to get to. Parking is plentiful, the atmosphere is inviting, and a great place to take family and friends to enjoy a movie. You can order your tickets online but there is a $3.50 convenience fee. I usually opt for getting my tickets at the theater. You risk not getting the seats you want so if you're willing to pay the convenience fee, you might be better off, especially if you're with a large group. They also asked that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your movie start time. This allows for finding time to your seat, get greeted by your host or hostess, and place your food/drink order before the movie starts. The movie I attended was in theater number four which is the larger theater. I prefer it as it just has a better atmosphere and ambience. I also sit about 4 to 6 rows from the top as it makes viewing easier on the eyes not to mention I'm farsighted. Today's theaters have recliners large enough for big people which is a plus. They are comfortable, roomy, and soft. Upon arriving at our seats, we were greeted a hostess who checks your theater receipt to make sure your seated in the right seats. If you're going to order off the menu, they scan your credit card for any charges to put on your tab. There is a QR code on the table in front of you that allows you to bring up the menu on your smart phone. If you decide to eat, you simply write down what you want on a notepad and press a button on the counter in front of you and the hostess will return to take your order. Very efficient. Service can be a tad slow as it took a good 10 minutes for me to receive my soft drink which I felt was a little long, but it is what it is. No biggie. We didn't order food off the menu so I can't really review the quality of the food or proportions. It is noted on the menu that they automatically charge 18% gratuity for all orders regardless of the size of order or your group on your tab. The screen size is perfect. The audio and surroundsound system is top notch. Maybe a little loud at times but that's just part of the whole theater experience. Previews, commercials, or promotions were kept at a minimum which is nice and I will admit I do enjoy them. Kudos too that the floor wasn't sticky from spilled drinks and didn't smell like food considering they offer a full menu. I gave Flix four-star rating. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because of the 18% gratuity on food/drink orders and the $3.50 convenience fee. Their afternoon matinees are very reasonably priced. Our movie ticket cost $5.25 per person plus tax. Very reasonable! read more

Our first time here and it's really nice. I took 1 star off for the 18% gratuity automatically added which we didn't know about. I just think it should be like at a hotel where it's visible on every page online and on the tables. The servers and the food as well as the theater are really great. They are a nice size and all have little pull out or slide out tables. Note if you sit in middle seat with someone next to you you can't pull both the pull up and pull out table at the same time. Just a note for next time! The food was really good. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap which was really good. My husband also liked his bacon cheeseburger. I no longer drink but they have a full bar and a really good in-house brew selection. I will definitely be back. This is not a restaurant, it is a movie theater. The food is not good, and they can't even get orders correct. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no onions. What did I get? a Cheeseburger with onions. My son with a peanut allergy ordered a shake with M&Ms and there was M&Ms but also some Reese's PB Cups. The Manager didn't seem to care, just took it off the order. Could have killed someone with a real serious allergy. He stated that the Reese's probably fell into the M&Ms can. We were so excited to go see the movie "Jesus Revolution" at the Flix. But, if you want to see what your food looks like - be sure to get there before showtime begins when they darken the theatre. My friend was a few minutes late due to traffic for the 5pm show. She'd been here before and guided us thru the process that was very new and different for us. The building interiors are very modern in all grays and blacks. As an Interior Designer I thought it could use a bit more color to pop off the drab gray and black color scheme. It was interesting to see all the beer brew containers displayed up high. Once inside the theatre we sat in our assigned seats and were greeted promptly by a very nice server who took great care of us. I loved the seating concept and the theatre seemed very clean. We ordered the Margarita pizza, Steak & Mushroom pizza, a Burger w fries, 1 light beer, and 1 Pina Colada. Everything was hot and delicious! I didn't take pics since it was dark and the movie had started. The drinks were very good. I have 2 main reasons i enjoy coming here... 1. You can reserve your seat so although you have to arrive earlier than at other theaters you know you'll be watching the movie from a distance, space, or seat that you enjoy the most. 2. There's no need to go have food afterwards because they have that here. So all you have to do is sit down, order, and enjoy the movie while you eat... or ENJOY A BEER (cider in my case)! That all sounds just about perfect and the reason it does not make it to 4stars is because both times I've been here the food is not as hot as it would be at a restaurant. This time our biscuits and gravy came out about 15 mins. after we had ordered. Which is pretty fast... I enjoy getting my food especially when I'm about to sit through a 3hr movie. However, it was already in between lukewarm and cold in some parts. This included the eggs and gravy which should've been pretty hot if they'd been heated correctly considering how fast the food came out. Now while the food isn't that great you can always just enjoy a beer and that usually sits right with people. We ordered a beer before going into our movie. Thankfully, the bartender told us (before we ordered) that there is an automatic 18% tip added to every bill. I thanked her and was ready to see the bill after the movie. The 18% was also there. I believe a tip is earned and not mandatory. To add to that bill, the receipt was strategically folded so we would not see the automatic 18% tip. What was visible was a list of suggested small tips (3%, 4%, and 7% I think). Had I not been careful, I could have easily added 7% thinking that was a light tip. Doing so would make the actual tip 25%. The food was OK, not great. Very little service was needed. Once seated the attendants immediately ask what you would like to start with. Service is fast and friendly! The menu has a good selection of items as well as beer and wine. I have had the pretzel with cheese on several occasions and it is one of my favorites. Pizza was good and the french fries are hot and tasty. They have a great selection of movies to choose from and picking your seat is a plus. You never have to wonder if it was worth getting tickets early. I would say this is more a place for adults. My son has come with me to the theater to watch a different movie with friends in the afternoon but the evenings are off limits. It is a great venue for date nights and girls night out! read more

I was a little skeptical about whether we would get our food before the movie started even though we were seated 30 minutes. It did take the waitress probably 15 minutes to get to us, she started with the lower seats and worked her way up to us in the top row, but I was pleasantly surprised that we got our appetizer and drinks before the movie started. The rest of our food and popcorn was delivered as we watched the last couple trailers and the movie began. Overall it was a good viewing experience, the seats in the back do not recline and the tabletop is a little far even when you pull It out closer to you. They do offer the option to call the server back with a button and to write any requests on a piece of paper, but I honestly did not notice when the servers were in front of us. Brought the family out to watch Buzz last night and the service was horrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never come here again. I bought 8 tickets for my sis, kids, parents grandparent etc. my sister was running a little late with our grandparents because of all the rain from last night. They walked up to our theater at 6:40 (the movie started at 6:45) and they would not let her in. They really couldn't make an exception even though the rain was crazy and basically flooded our whole part of town. Then our server, Jameson, was a complete dickhead. I felt the condescending tone and bitchiness from him the second he came up to us. His attitude got so bad to the point that I had to say something to him because he was being a prick to my dad. When we got there, it took us about five minutes to order and then we went to the bar to order. I had high hopes, because my family said it was amazing. There was even a robot waiter! We got our food around 6:30. I didn't take any pictures of the food, because we were all really hungry after only eating breakfast, and forgetting to eat lunch. I had to wait to get my food for an additional 20 minutes, and everyone was finished eating when I had gotten my food. The food is also way too expensive for the quality of the food, and you could get way better food somewhere else.
