Float Pasadena is a small little shop in this alleyway of shops, boutiques and coffee shops. There's a good variety of items in the shop such as pastries, drinks and coffee. I got a mix of Arnold Palmer and Lavender! Chandler helped me and was a lovely worker who provided exceptional service! I wanted a nice light drink to take on the road and she recommended two options. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and mentioned that this drink was a little tart but I personally like it! I definitely recommend to try out this small shop and I'll most likely be here again to try out the floats! There's a good amount of seating inside and outside! TIP: They do have a bathroom key and a little library in their store. they have about 15-20 seats within the shop to sit and work in the shop as well as outdoor seating! There's FREE parking for 90 minutes!

While waiting for your coffee at the place across the hall, I recommend you grab a quick bite. You won't be disappointed as the food at Float is super fresh and clean tasting. I had Pick-me-up Toast and it was delicious. The hard boiled egg tasted so fresh and eggy. The country bread as also super tasty. I also had The Picnic turkey and provolone sandwich and it is one of the best turkey sandwiches I have had recently. Everything fresh and clean. The counterservice is super friendly and while I was waiting, I was even able to snag a small table inside. Great job Float.

Not all who wonder are lost. Some are just looking for coffee. Float Pasadena is a small specialty coffee and tea shop in the eclectic setting of the Burlington Arcade. It's located on South Lake avenue in Pasadena. It offers lattes, lunch, sandwiches, salads, bagels, catering and gift cards. Similarly, they have cold bottled drinks like Root beers. Its interior layout is quite small with limited seats and a relax static stability. Menu list has all of your basic coffee, teas and lattes. I had a Mocha Latte (H); it was perfect. Staff was competent and professional. Service was satisfactory. Prices are competitive. Collectively, I enjoyed my latte and order experience. I recommend this coffee shop.

So I found this place on accident because I was walking to Walgreens and happened to come across the arcade and thought I'd go and check it out and see if there was any coffee here. There was so I wandered into flow and saw that they had a peach Matcha special but sadly they were out of Matcha. The barista told me though that I could still get a peach latte so I went with that and it was really delicious and it was perfect because it was a really hot day in Pasadena so this really made my walk so much better. It's such a cute little shop and a cute area of town and I definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a really good iced latte.

I used to love their sandwich, especially the turkey cheese sandwich, it was perfectly crafted!! Everything just melts together with the bread; I get it like 3,4 times a week. The cheese and turkey perfectly lined up with the sandwich and it was easy to bite into, perfect on the go sandwich and you could eat it with one hand and not make a mess, the bread has very little crumbs that fall out. They have changed their bread recently, and the bread taste like cornbread to me, it's not as soft (some people might like it harder) but it's just too hard and the bread often is burned. It doesn't melt together with the stuffing inside anymore.. anyway, I'm just disappointed, i wish they at least keep the other bread as an option....

We came back to try their sandwiches and I must say, it was delicious! I had the turkey melt and my husband had the float Italian. The bread was not what I was precieving! It looked hard and crispy but it was far from that! Their bread is like an artisan type of bread. For me, I loved how soft it was, but I was hoping for a more crispy exterior. Regardless, we loved the sandwich and chips that we ordered! The service was great, and the environment is still casual and charming. We will be back!

Tried the chipotle chicken & chicken pesto! The lettuce in the chipotle chicken taste really fresh & crunchy but I generally like chicken pesto more. Both were decent sandwiches & price wasn't bad too! It ranges from about $11-15 for their sandwiches. It was a cute & quiet place for a late breakfast

    Matcha Latte
    Winnie L.

Matcha latte: 1/5. The matcha had a dull green color and upon the first sip there there was exactly no matcha flavor at all. It tasted 100% of milk. Mine also was a bit grainy and it wasn't mixed well enough. This was definitely not worth $6. As for service, I did have to wait for about 5 minutes before I was able to get my order in which was no problem. After I ordered, service was friendly and my drink came out within a few minutes. Not much seating options as they only have a small counter seating area on the right facing the glass. Parking: You can park at the shopper's lane lot. It's 90 minutes for free. And parking there is free on Sundays!

I intended to fall in line for the popular coffee shop across the way but decided, why not try something new! I'm so glad I did because the Chipotle Bacon Club sandwich & Cold Brew here did not disappoint. Staff were warm & welcoming as well. Interior is small with limited seating indoors however, there is a few tables just outside in the hall. I also love that they have a little display of gift items like candles and coasters if you'd like to treat a loved one or yourself to something nice. Highly recommend!

The breakfast bagel was really nice and the service was great. It's a small shop but there is a ton of seating outside. I would definitely come back to try a sandwich from their lunch menu, they looked really good!

Cool little coffee, candy, breakfast spot in a very cool alleyway oddly named arcade with no games in sight. There is another coffee spot in this alleyway with a long line called Mandarin, but it's honestly okay. Float is on par with less wait, and real food. I usually get the affogado with comes with a scoop of Fosselmans ice cream. I think they used to come with two, but the porportions are good with one. We got a few sandwiches-- lox bagel, bahn mi pastrami, and roast beef. Wish the bahn mi had more Vietnamese flavors such as the radish and cilantro. My husband is obssessed with the roast beef, though. He loves the vinegary sauce.

Float was such a fun experience. I saw it online when looking for things to do in Pasadena. My boyfriend ordered a float and they were out of vanilla ice cream so he went with strawberry in orange soda. It was pretty good! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We went on a Monday around 10 am so it wasn't overly busy. I loved that they also had mugs, candles, and chocolates to purchase. Definitely a location I would return to if I am ever in the area again!

The Egg Heaven was honestly one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever had. The flavors were light but still incredibly satisfying. It was also definitely worth the price, it came with three pieces, which was more than enough to share between two people. The Iced Honeycomb Latte was just as good. It doesn't come sweetened at first, but as the dalgona slowly melts into the coffee, it adds the perfect amount of sweetness. If you prefer your coffee less sweet, you can always ask for less dalgona. On top of the great food and drinks, the staff was incredibly friendly. The food here is well worth maneuvering this intersection of Lake Avenue and California Boulevard. I was surprised to see how many people were inside this Peruvian restaurant. As I walked, I noticed a patio section on the outside by the entrance. Once I entered there was a large counter that wrapped around to the side. There was a service counter with a staff member taking orders over the phone as well as assisting customers with ordering to-go food. Everyone inside was extremely busy. Tables nearby were filled with customers. The counter area also had Peruvian products, snacks, candies, and sauces conveniently displayed. There was a short line before I got to the counter to make my order. I was unfamiliar with the menu so I asked for some assistance as to what I should order. There were a few things that were not available on the day that I was there. But I was able to order a number of their specialties. I decided I wanted a half chicken. I was informed that Peruvian chicken has a completely different flavor and comes with a special green sauce. I ordered spicy and extra spicy. I also decided to have the garlic fries, a side salad, and their special beans. I had: -Pollo a La brasa, half chicken. -Song de Pollo -Canary beans with housemaid Aji Amarillo Paste -Garlic fries, side salad, diced cucumber salad. I had them add their special sauces for the salad dressing. And the French fries with a barbecue sauce. When my order was ready for me to take home, they double checked everything asked if I needed some extra sauce which I agreed to and I was on my way. As I left I noticed more and more people coming in as it was getting close to an early dinner time. They had been busy the entire time that I was there, about 25 minutes. The kitchen's fragrant smells permeated the entire restaurant. When I got home and unpacked my food, everything was still warm. Flavors from the food engulfed my dining/kitchen area. Everything that I ordered was exceptional! The chicken flavor was like no other chicken that I have ever experienced: moist and tender. The shredded chicken sandwich was definitely my favorite. The toasted bread was filled to capacity with shredded chicken. Green sauce was added and the flavor was complete! A great value. I enjoyed this sandwich for two meals....both hot and cold! The cucumber salad and the garlic fries were as expected, with the cucumber salad providing a bright clean flavor. I would rate Loli Farms as a great experience. I look forward to coming back and tasting some of their other flavors. This restaurant is sure to continue its excellent reputation!
