Thanks God for Suzie (one of the managers), She helped me coordinate everything for my bathroom. She didn't leave my side until I was happy with my selections and it was all loaded on the 3 flat beds. I will never shop anywhere else for tile. I was able to get everything I needed for a third of the price of Las Vegas Flooring. Since I live around the corner and was starting to price out laminate flooring, I decided to stop in here to see what they had. We went midday on a weekend and while they do have a large selection of laminate hardwood flooring, it didn't seem any of their products included attached padding. I wanted to get a price anyhow with padding included under the floor. Went to the register to ask if I could ask someone for an estimate and was told, "Can you come back another day? We're really shorthanded today." Ummmm ok, I guess I can. I called twice after that, and nobody could assist me any further. Purchased my flooring elsewhere, went back last night to check out quarter round, and the minute we parked the car and were headed towards the door, one of the employees stood in the doorway to advise us that they were closing the doors in 4 minutes. If you want your business to make a profit, you don't stand there telling customers looking to buy product from you that you're closing, making them feel like they're a burden to you at the end of the day. Now, I've worked a "closing" job before and while it is frustrating to try and close and continuously deal with customers, NEVER have I made it clear to the customer that we were closing, or rushed them out of the store! I was so incredibly pissed off that when I finally found the product I wanted to purchase, I decided that their customer service was horrible and I will not spend my money in their store. I will pay more money for the product I need, with better customer service. Piss off Floor Decor. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! WARNING you will never get your merchandise. I have just recently place an order here for $3000. It is my first time shopping here and saw some good reviews on Yelp so I go ahead and place the order for the merchandise in person. My merchandise never arrived, i paid in full, not have it on hold with a deposit. They gave my order to some other customer 3x and accused me of picking up my merchandise when i have not. I did pick up some merchandise they have on hand and wait for the other merchandise to arrive. When i picked up some of the merchandise, i have to sign off on my order stating that i have picked up certain merchandise with a date. Every time i drop by to see if my flooring has arrived or not, in person. They said you shouldn't be here, we will call you when the merchandise arrives which i have been waiting for over a month. Every time i go to the store the sales associate / cashier gave me an attitude b/c i want to speak with a manager to have the situation resolved. I called too, they put me on hold for 30 minutes or more and then hung up on me. I asked to speak with a manager, they promise me my stuff will be here but never called me back. The managers are lying to me time after time after time. 2 months later, i have been chasing after my merchandise and still not here, lies after lies after lies. 3 months past, still have no merchandise. Speak with another manager, they promise to air my merchandise in for me at their expense (freight only), offer no discount, nothing. I called back a week later, still no idea where my merchandise are. Seriously, are you kidding me? i have been very patient with them, calling and stopping by the store and they still don't have my stuff. The worst thing is they won't refund me and keep telling me that the stuff will be here. I just want my money back at this point, i rather pay a little more and shop elsewhere where i could get the merchandise and finish my project as planned rather then chasing after my merchandise months after months and still couldn't get my money back. I don't know what kind of bussiness they run here but i have definitely learned my lesson which i will not recommend anyone to make any purchases here unless you are willing to call them everyday and go to the store and keep checking up on them to make sure you will be getting your stuff. I wonder if all these good reviews were being posted by the employees. I am a real customer and i am really upset with this situation. If i could give them a lower score i would give them a negative 100. The next step i am going to do is to file a complaint with BBB and speak with my attorney about this situation. Despite the good selection of material and great pricing, I rate F&D low mostly due to their staff. They are unprofessional and rude. I never write long reviews & won't here either. I drove all the way from Summerlin to Floor & Decor because the guy installing my tile recommended it. GLAD I DID!!! They have a huge selection, nicely displayed w/ plenty of design examples and their prices are really good. I originally was planning on using tile from a large home store out of their in stock inventory, but found something I liked better at F&D. The price was the same but I had a LOT more to choose from at my price point. Their inventory is HUGE. I was approached several times asking if I needed help and when I finally did the young man walked me through the isles that fit my criteria. As a plus; they have a wall of business cards from bonded and licensed tradesmen too, just in case you need on. read more

They have a huge selection at reasonable prices, but the customer service is lacking. For the first 20mins of browsing not a single employee approached me to offer assistance. That isn't a deal breaker, just a little inconvenient because I regard service to be of the upmost importance. When I actually did require some assistance sorting through the tile, a sales associate happened to be walking by but did not stop to offer assistance. Still not a deal breaker, but when I approached her and asked if someone was available to assist me the obvious irritated response was a major turn off. I asked if she was busy would it be possible to send someone else over to help, but she replied "no, Just tell me what you need." Needless to say she was very short with me and quickly hurried on her way. About fifteen minutes later she started to approach me again, until she realized who I was and turned away again. Apparently she had to get back to inappropriately flirting with her coworker. In this instance The bad service was enough to turn me off and take my business elsewhere. I would still recommend stopping in here if your are remodeling because of their huge selection, just remember to pack some extra patience for the trip. read more

I'm writing this review for my mom since she doesn't have a yelp account. We are redoing all the floors in our house and came here to buy the laminate and supplies needed. Our sales associate, Jeffery was very helpful and patient and even helped us apply for their in store credit. We had to do this because for some reason their system won't accept transactions over around $1000, which is frustrating if you are planning on getting flooring for the whole house. The manager, Joleen, came over to help Jeffrey and us out and was very nice and personable. She told is the system does this to basically everyone who tries to make a big transaction. So She helped us break down the transactions so that we could at least get some of the laminate and all other supplies that day. That's the reason for the 4 stars. The register should have a higher capacity for big transactions. It would avoid a lot of frustration. Otherwise, this place is great. read more

This is the greatest flooring place in Las Vegas! Dealt with Kim and Derick Drumgoole. Kim was very helpful explaining about the materials I wanted to order and how to order on line. Derick was terrific when I talked to him on the telephone from California and when I came into the store in Henderson to place the order. The tile I wanted was not coming in til late January, but somehow he got it earlier and called to let me know. The best customer service, really from everyone I spoke to in the store. We went to a local tile store that had poor customer service, so we left and drove to Henderson to Floor & Décor. When we walked in we were greeted by Brenda, she assisted us and showed us where we needed to go to look for tiles. Then we had a question, Tony was right there to answer our questions. We learned about tiles, what the PEI meant, the difference between pressed and rectified tile. Tony was very knowledgeable. He was very patient and explained everything to us. Then when we went to check out, Robert was very helpful, he also researched a tile we were interested in that was out of stock. They have excellent customer service and excellent prices! read more

I had wonderful service including help in selecting trim pieces for floor and back splash. I returned samples three or four times until I had nailed down the combinations I wanted to purchase. I spoke with at least five different employees over about seven visits and all were friendly and courteous. Christina has a great eye for design combinations I would not have found for myself and my final result is really classy. The stock comes and goes quickly but if you need tile quickly at a very competitive price this is your go to store. read more

After posting the first review I spoke to the supervisor and store Manager on Friday who informed me I would have my order by Monday as it was already on it's way . I called late Monday morning to ask the status and the sales associate had no clue. I asked he speak to the manager as they were aware of the situation and give me call with an update. By late afternoon I had not received a return call. I called again and was told that my order had never left and I would not have until Tuesday. Tuesday I got more excuses and I didn't receive my order until Wednesday. The prices are low but NOT worth the hassle! read more

I would give this place five stars for quality of products, customer service, a variety of materials but I'm knocking it down one star due to a a mishap with a closeout product supposedly placed on hold for me and arriving to get the product and was told no one had put it on hold. I already had half of my floor done with this color tile and if the Reno store didn't have the product in stock I would have been SOL. However, the team at floor & decor helped me to resolve the issue. One employee in particular, Joleen, was incredibly helpful and attentive. She is knowledgable and ensured that I was able to get all the material I needed to finish my flooring project. All in all I would recommend floors and decor and would use them again for a future flooring project. If you go, ask for Joleen, she is great!! read more

I would like to thank Tony, one of the ADMs, for his outstanding professionalism and job knowledge. My wife and I were a bit perplexed on what we needed to re-tile our bathroom. Tony sensed our need and stayed by our side until we had everything we needed and items we did not know we needed. On top of his professionalism, we were taken aback by his sincerity and hospitality. One RARELY finds this kind of treatment here in Vegas. He reminded us of someone from back in our home of Tennessee. Loved the tile we purchased but the customer service is horrible! I came in with my two 2year olds to grab a few extra mosaic tiles and two bags of thin set asked the cashier if he could have someone bring it up to me since juggling 2 toddlers on top of 100lbs worth of thin set is a bit of a challenge instead he gave me a cart and told me it was all the way in the back of the store !!! I don't expect to be waited on hand and foot by any means but I would at least think when you see a mom with two very small children you wouldn't mind helping them out. I was so frustrated by the time I got out of there I wanted to cry seriously the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. read more

My husband and I have been here quite a few times just to look but today we actually decided it was time to buy some flooring for our remodel. We picked out the perfect flooring but it had no price, we took it up to the register and Joleen was more than happy to help us. She walked us over to where we picked out the floor, got help from someone who had a scanner to tell her what the price is, and she even overheard us talking about how it was a little out of our price range. She walked us to the counter and said she'd be right back, she got the manage to give us a discount!! I never knew how friendly the service would be. Joleen even gave my son a lollipop!! I previously wrote a glowing recommendation for Floor & Décor. Their selection is amazing, they have great prices, and their employees are so so helpful. We love the tile that we bought there, it looks amazing in our house. Unfortunately, I do need to add a negative experience that I had with Jake in the tile dept. I suspected that my tile installers (which I found on my own, not through Floor & Décor) were using way too much thinset, so I went to the store to ask Jake. So far they had used 24 bags of thinset for two bedrooms and one bathroom. Originally Jake had told me it would be about 10 bags based on how much tile that I bought. I showed him pictures and he said that looks like way too much. (The thinset was as thick, if not thicker than the tile). Jake told me I can fire these guys, and he can refer me to Marco, and that Marco used to work for him, and he was the best tile installer in the business!! He talked so highly about Marco. Up until this point I had no reason not to trust Jake. He said he told Marco to give me a fair price since I was having to pull up all of the tile the first installers put in, and start from scratch. Marco came and gave me an estimate and said he would match what my original installers were charging. When he was done, he tried to charge us almost double what he originally said he would do the job for!!!! It was supposed to be $620, but he told us he was asking for $1100. He finally went down to $900 when I confronted him on his original estimate, but on top of charging us more than he originally stated, he did shoddy work. They didn't measure 3 of the walls correctly, so they had to cut small pieces of baseboard to fill in the spaces, some pieces are higher than the others, and they left grout all over the tile, and in the grooves of the closet. I had to go back to the store to return one of the tubs of grout that we didn't need. Jake asked me how it went with Marco, and after I told him, he seemed shocked, and said he would find out why, but of course I never heard back from him, and when I had to come back to buy a haze/grout remover, Jake happened to be there again, and this time was very standoffish. So, I do still highly recommend Floor & Décor for all of your tile and laminate purchases, but I personally will not ever go to Jake for help again, and if you do, and he tries to refer Marco to you, I would strongly discourage that!!! read more

This company did not honor their return policy. I used to love this store until my most recent experience with them. An employee processed our overage return and then called us five minutes later claiming they gave our contractor extra boxes of the material and we were not actually entitled to that large of a refund. Our contractor, the one recommended by Floor and Decor, claims that this is not possible because the materials are counted twice when picked up, once by Floor and Decor employees and then again by the driver picking up the material. I did not count the material when it was delivered to my house because I trusted both companies. I did receive a refund but I believe it is substantially less than what I am owed. The entire situation has been handled poorly by the Henderson store manager. Also, I tried to get the cooperate number to make a formal complaint about this manager and was refused. I feel like this makes their dishonest business practices even more evident. read more

I've done half the floors in my home now with this store and I love their selection and staff. I'm doing a few small projects now and Jolene was very helpful with some closeout travertine - beautiful and also some tile to replace my shower floor. I'll be back this summer to do my kitchen - when this is done, I'll have done over 4,000 square feet of my home and gotten rid of almost all of my carpeting. Love it! read more

This is an email that I sent to Floor and Decor, I think it sums up our experience. I just felt the need to let you know about the service that I received (or didn't receive) at your location in Henderson, NV. This was our second trip into Floor and Décor as we were looking for tile for our entire home that we just closed on. We decided to make a second trip to double check prices and availability on a wood plank porcelain tile. We found a great price online, but didn't want to order online and pay shipping. So, we came back to your store to see if we could find something similar at a comparable price. We had to practically flag someone down to help us, they were busily engaged in a personal conversation. The gentleman that we pursued to help us was not very informative, he later told us that he "didn't work in the tile dept". We saw something that would work, but it seemed to be sold out, so he got another salesperson to come over who was meant to "check the warehouse". We never heard from her again. Saw her speaking with another employee, but no info for us. We ended up buying $4600 worth of tile online. I thought you should know, my husband also spoke to the first sales guy about a chance for a quantity discount (we needed almost 2500 sq ft) he informed us that the CEO had recently addressed not discounting merchandise due to a recent clearance event and needing to show profit. Here's my opinion, work on your customer service. I think it might just help your bottom line. I would like to reiterate, that it was not busy in the store during our visit. There were a lot of employees, mostly interacting with each other. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We drove from clear across the valley for no reason, twice. read more
