I've been trying to reach someone at Floor & Decor to help me understand where my items are in the mail. I have not received any status update or tracking number since my order about a month ago. When I called the store I was told to call the website phone number ....the website phone number's voice machine said it's at capacity and cannot take any more calls. I am currently working on a small project, adding a backsplash in my kitchen. I went to a number of stores that carried Tile, finally ending up at Floor and Decor. Let me start by saying that the selection at Floor and Decor is quite expansive. To be honest, I was overwhelmed by the selection at first. As I began to take it all in, I started finding more and more tiles I liked, I found that I was more creative than I knew, haha. The next thing I realized was that the pricing was very competitive. As I mentioned, I had been in to a number of different stores that sold tile. Most of the tile that I looked at was cheaper than the other stores that I had visited. We were helped by a number of associates. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. To start we even had an associate who provided us with some guidance related to colors and styles. I wouldn't shop here if you are expecting to get the flooring you ordered and paid for! I ordered 130 pieces of tile on 3/30/22 and came to pick up my order 3/31/22 (the order was immediately charged to my credit card and $800+ dollars was charged as soon as I clicked order) when I came to pick up my order, they had not pulled my order from the sales floor so they allowed another person to come in and purchase the tile I had already been charged for! They had no stock left in town, no apologies were made to me and if I wanted to order the tile there was a 2-3 week shipping time! No expedited shipping was offered to fix their mistake, absolutely disgusting customer service! I would avoid this store like the plague if you don't want to have your time wasted and your credit card waiting 3-5 days on your refund! read more

Very good selection but terrible staff-knowledge. My special order was quoted to take 3 weeks. Needless to say, I'm on week 5 and was told maybe another 2 weeks. That will put me around 7-8 weeks all in all. That means my contractor isnt doing anything and my rental house is sitting vacant NOT generating rental income. In hindsight and considering all that I'm having to pay bc of the delays, it would have been much, MUCH cheaper to have gone to HDepot or Lowes where they have all of items needed in stock. Spend a little, cry alot. The manager was not very empathetic and offered zero in the way of assistance. Offered to cxl my order, but he knew damn well that it was a speciality item that no one else in town stocks. He has me over a barrel on this one. The true frustration is the consistently changing stories from the staff. Every time you call, you get a different story (delivery days, times, other stores stocking items, etc). They honestly come off as inept and a bunch of ding-dongs that are just throwing out guesses when you ask them a question. Maybe they need to be retrained or given a weekly email so everyone is on the same page. If time is on your side, shop here. If you actually want/need to finish your project in a timely fashion, go elsewhere. read more

The best tile / flooring experience I have ever had. Construction/ renovations projects are always exciting and can be stressful too. You want to create an interesting look but one that isn't a fad that needs to be redone in a few short years. You don't want your creation to look generic cookie cutter but don't want it to look so far out there that a buyer may object to your design. Any most importantly, how do you manage to create the wow factor without break the bank? Sales associate Mr. Matt Cruz helped us solve all that at Floor & Decor in Henderson. Floor & Decor has by far the largest on hand selection for a very good price. All tiles and designs are made for F&D so you won't find it anywhere else but also they will likely have something similar to whatever you have in mind. I brought in actual LVT flooring to piece together the look and feel of 3 bathroom projects. Mr. Matt Cruz promptly greeted me, learned the project scope, and offered help. I had been trying to narrow a design for a few weeks and in about 4 hours time, Mr. Cruz helped me extensively to narrow down multiple design combinations for 3 bathrooms from floor to ceiling. Mr. Cruz was knowledgeable about the make and feature of the tiles, like which has built in non-slip technology, knew stock level and availability by heart, but he also had quite an eye for what works well together as he had worked there since 2012. What was most exceptional about my shopping experience was that he patiently walked aisle by aisle with me to advise on each tile combination, he greeted every in store customer along the way and asked if they needed any help (when they said yes, he got on the walkie to call for help for them and then checked back with them a few minutes later to ensure help was received), and he also straightened every crooked display / picked up out of place tiles and put them where they were supposed to be. This level of VIP shopping experience is not typical in a non-commission based environment and he even helped me gather sample tiles, introduced me to creating a business account, so that all I had to do and take my cart to the cashier and pay for the sample tiles. As I had a foot injury that limited mobility and made carrying weight difficuly, Mr. Cruz helped me with the heavy cart filled with tiles and even helped loaded them in the trunk. I am extremely appreciative of the help I received at this location. Mr. Matt Cruz is not just a sales associate but he embodies qualities ideal for a brand ambassador. While I live over 40mins away, and closer to the Rainbow location, I will gladly travel to shop at this location again and specifically recommend this store and Mr. Cruz to friends and family as their first stop for their renovations/construction projects.
