Bought our wood flooring and tile from this store. Bill spent 2 hours with us helping to select our wood floors, and he was very helpful. I came back the next week and designed 3 bathrooms with Bill. He was amazing at putting flooring, wall, and accent tiles together. We shopped for 4 hours straight, filled 2 carts, and then he meticulously loaded all the tile into my vehicle. Bill is talented, joyful, and first class all the way. This store is clean, organized, and has a huge selection. The manager Heather introduced herself and shook my hand. Great customer service all the way. Financing was a 5 minute procedure at a kiosk. Take the amount you are approved for on the kiosk print out to the register when you check out. A super floor store, with no other decor (do granite kitchen counter tops count?). It can be slightly difficult to get an employee's help, but when you do, they have MUCH less attitude than, say, Lumber Liquidators, while also being MUCH more helpful than Lowes. I will say the employees at Lumber Liquidators are somewhat more knowledgeable about their product line though, and that LL doesn't have ridiculously long wait times for special orders (I was quoted 8 months for one laminate at F&D!). Their selection is gigantic. It can definitely be overwhelming! They have much more in stock than a Lowes or Home Depot or than what a small speciality store (LL) will carry. Their selection of plain, decorative, and mosaic tile is enormous, plus they have some counter tops, marble, laminate, hardwood, slate, and everything you would need to install, seal, and clean. Pricing is comparable to Lumber Liquidators on sale. I definitely like the "always low price" warehouse aspect of it, compared to the "mark it up to sell it on sale" LL strategy. However, they sell the pad to their laminate separately, while LL has it attached, and I can vouch for the quality of LL's product. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for any kind of tile or flooring. Two years ago I purchased tile from Floor Decor. It still looks so beautiful even though it's on an outdoor fireplace. My overall experience was so positive with this business, I'm planning to go back this week to start tye renovation of an investment property. Here's what they did right. I walked into the store and an employee immediately offered help. I told him I wanted a very contemporary tile at a good price. He walked me over to the tile I ended up purchasing. It was the same tile I'd seen at several other stores but didn't want to pay a fortune. Floor Decor's price was very very good. I bought more than we ended up using, took the excess back and happily received a refund without any trouble. The parking is literally at the door so easy in and out. Employees were quick to load the tile when we arrived with a truck, and even came out quickly to help me return the excess with little wait time. I picked up my order (outdoor tile & grout) on 5/4/22 a gent driving the fork lift and his assistance had me move away from my truck stating it was a company policy. When I got to Payson, AZ about 70 miles from their business. We unloaded all the tile and grout and discovered that my new WeatherTech bed liner was completely cut up and ruined apparently by the fork lift. The damage was covered by the pallet and the tile. Since I could not get a live person on the phone, it just rang for about 13 minutes and than the phone disconnected twice. I sent a message indicating that I can provide pictures of the damaged bed liner. All of this was sent on 5/8/22 and expected Floor & Decor to reimburse me just for the liner portion ($148). My total cost of the tile & grout was $1,129.65 and they didn't even respond to my phone or email as of 5/10/22. read more

Yahoooo! Finally a store staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. It's like I died and went to tile heaven. I was very excited to hear a location was opening in central Phx, and even more pleased after visiting the store. My former contractor (had to give him the boot) didn't measure my showers correctly and I was short about a 1/4 of my master shower on tile, which only the Phx location seemed to have in stock. Problem: they weren't open yet. After a desperate plea to the Tempe store, the store manager, Heather called me from the Phx store. Heather was quick to pull what i needed and allowed me to go purchase it in the middle of setting up for their opening. We were looking for some laminate or vinyl flooring for an outdoor project, but we didn't know much about it and weren't sure which would be the best choice for outdoors, especially with direct sunlight. Jacob was the salesman who helped us, and he was awesome. He spent a lot of time with us walking us through the various possibilities and steering us clear of things that wouldn't work well outside. This is a great place to buy modern tiles. The designer "Roy" was so helpful and instrumental in creating a beautiful space for a breakfast room for my hotel. Roy has a vision for the design that we wanted to do. I showed him some photos of my existing space and he was able to put together a design that looked fabulous. My wife enjoyed working with him. This review is hard for me to write as I have been a very good customer of Floor and Decor. We are a contracting business and bring many customers per week to Floor and Decor to buy tile for flooring, bathroom showers, backsplashes etc. I have never gone to any other store and always send and recommend floor and decor. Yesterday, I returned a call from Jamie in the loading / delivery area. A customer of ours had bought tile and had only just given me the receipt that day. Jamie insisted that I pick up the tile and that they could not store it any longer. I told her that we were not even starting the job for two weeks and would pick it up then. This is something that floor and decor has always done for its contractors. We get storage until we can pick up, and I was just asking for what we normally get. Jamie WAS RUDE, AND CONDENSENDING. Telling me that if I did not pick up the tile she was going to refund the money to the customer and the customer could come back and buy it when we started the job. We are not talking about a few pieces of tile here. This is $5,000 worth of tile and thinset. We spend at least $ 4- 10 thousand per month at the various Floor and Decors. This was really uncalled for and unnecessary. We were picking it up... Just needed a few days until we started the job. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING IN THIS BUSINESS. Jamie needs to lose her power trip and understand that it is we, the paying customer that supports the company she works for. Without us.... she has no job. I received the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I went to Floor & Decor for flooring and bathroom tile for a casita we are building. I felt very stressed trying to pick up the right supplies. Staff member Veralin was AMAZING. She helped me for almost an hour and a half picking out the right supplies for our project. She showed me different tile that was well within my budget, but also helped design a beautiful shower at the same time. We must have walked all over the store picking out matching tile, grout, trim, pencils, and flooring. She also took the time to draw on a piece of paper for my contractor to help me express the shower design. I haven't experienced the extra care and time from a staff member in such a long time. Veralin makes your Floor & Decor design needs so much easier and less overwhelming. Can't wait to see the design come to life! read more

This is a review of the installation services provided by Installation Made Easy and their sub-contractor Querobabi Tile Poor Craftmanship, Lazy, Sloppy We bought out tile through Floor and Décor (great prices, good product and service) and against our better judgement, went with Installation Made Easy to do our install. We had used them once before with poor results but couldn't find another installer to install F&D tile. It all started out so well, the measurement person showed up on time, commented on the issues in our current tile (install related from the first time) and promised that that would not be the case with Querobabi. Communication was sporadic, install start moved around a day, installers finally show up and work one day (Saturday). They wanted to work on Monday (a holiday but we were gone so they couldn't), then they skipped Tuesday, then worked half crew half a day (no foreman), then everyone, then half a crew, then disaster. When they tried to grout (wood tile planks) they left the grout on all the tile to dry, then barely wiped it off and said they were DONE! I insisted they come back out, one person, 3 hours, damp mop and muratic acid - did nothing. I had the schedule come see the results - I think even she was amazed. We had grout everywhere, thinset on our tile, everywhere, tile laid in perpendicular directions, loose tile, thinset and grout on the walls, I was amazed that anyone would leave a job in that state. The entire crew came back out and spent about 8 hours with scour pads (which turned our tile green) and after me showing them more to do twice, we called it done. I have since found tile with no thiset under them (the hollow sound when tapped) so I am sure they will break and need to be replaced and will continue for a long time trying to clean the tile from the thinset and grout left on it. We are almost done with our full house renovation and this is the worst effort I have seen from any trade - they just didn't care. Please, stay away from Installation Made Easy and all their subs. Not worth the money you save by buying the tile at Floor & Décor. read more

WOW! Talk about hitting it OUTTA D PARK! First, we usually don't write reviews unless we get "unexpected" or "exceptional" service. In this case, Floor & Decor along with their outstanding Designer Mr. Robin Brunner absolutely NAILED it! We came in and "happened" to run into Robin. He listened and made a whole bunch of initial suggestions. As we hemmed-n-hawed, he started to learn our design vibe and narrowed down the list for us. With each suggestion he made, it seemed like he knew what we were thinking! Are you kidding me?!? At the end of a couple of hours of looking, measuring, swapping, and going-back-n-forth, we nervously made a very large purchase/order. BTW: Kudos to Robin for spending all that time with us! We couldn't have done all that we did without him (hint: any reader of this review had better be seeking out Robin for your future home, kitchen, bath design needs!). The delivery was SPOT-ON and ON-TIME! Just when the contractor needed/requested it. The contractor laid out the floor tiles, wall tiles, etc. as Robin had specified. In the end, WOW ... AMAZING ... WAY BETTER than we had asked/expected! We even went back to the same store, found Robin and thanked him for a job well done. And the excess that we didn't use was easily returned for a full refund. This is SOOOOO EASY! KUDOS and a BIG SHOUT-OUT to TEAM FLOOR & DECOR #147 on HIGHLAND in Phoenix! If all your stores have a ROBIN, then you all are gonna KILL IT! I've been to this store many times as I work in design and development and I have never had the FANTASTIC customer service like JOE provided last week. He not only approached me to see if I needed help, but he searched for a specific product I was in search of, located it, and personally loaded a bunch of tile onto a flatbed cart. He escorted me to the register with the product, and after we had waited awhile for someone to ring me up he found a register, logged in and handled the transaction himself. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Floor and Decor in Phoenix. I drove all the way down to the store to pick up my order only to learn their systems were down. After waiting 1 hour to pick up they recommended I wait in line and re purchase the order in person. Waited another 30 minutes in line and repurchased my same order (I had already paid for). Then tried calling or my refund and was on hold over 30 minutes at which point the staff said they cannot help me. So now I have paid for this material twice and need to go down to the store AGAIN to get it resolved even though it was there recommendation I repurchase it. JOKE! There are many wonderful tile stores in the area, I would avoid floor and decor at all cost! read more

Unfortunately we went and choose the tile for our bathroom thats being remodeled and payed for the tile made the order we went the next day to pick it up and to our surprise there was only 4 boxes in stock when we needed 14 boxes the tile had been discontinued we spend about 3 hours in the store doing a refund for the purchase we had done and we had to choose another tile they didn't even offer price match for there mistake, other then that Veralin gave us the best customer service made sure we were being taking care of for the other persons mistake thank you read more
