The store is literally incredible... Started shopping here when I got into investing about a year and a half ago and will now no longer go to any other flooring store. They have the absolute best customer service, the best selection/ prices and just an overall positive vibe. The people I work with in particular that have made F&D my go-to-shop are: Robin, Theresa, Edward and Deb. I refuse to finalize any flooring, bathroom, counter or stone decision without running it by Robin.. His knowledge gives me the confidence to make design choices I would normally not feel comfortable doing.. they all turn out amazing. Theresa and Edward knock pro desk out of the park. They're on top of their stuff, easy to communicate with and problem solvers. Deb is also an amazing designer, I normally end up working with Robin but Deb was the person who first offered me design services when I was new to the store!! Deb is always still there to help me if she sees me in the store and if I don't need any help, I can always count on a warm welcome from her! I always walk out of the store a little happier than when I walked in. Gives these guys a shot, you literally have nothing to lose! read more

This is a great store with a huge selection. However, the best part for me was my experience with Roy. He made it so easy and enjoyable. His design eye was invaluable and he was one of the most patient people I have ever worked with. I tend to get a bit overwhelmed by so many choices but Roy made the entire experience easy and enjoyable for me. I always live to come to this store. All the staff has been friendly and helpful. My last visit was very good because Roy Bracamonte helped me along with a Stone specialist. They both were informative and advisory in offering good and economical options for the material for my seating area of an outdoor fireplace. Roy with his artistic background also recommended the colors to compliment the stucco of the fireplace. The management, designing and check-out staff at the Phoenix Floor & Decor is, beyond question, one of the finest retail commercial establishments I've worked with in recent memory. I LOVE this store - and with remodeling my retirement condo, in AZ & my daughter's new starter home, in UT - I have spent a lot of time reviewing, then purchasing a great range of product here. From ceramic porcelain tiles, to water-resistant laminate, to new kitchen backsplash, to new bathroom/shower mosaics, tiling, quartz countertop, glass bowl sink, glass decoratives, specialized grout - they helped me navigate through it all. And, I'm a complete newbie to this remodel/redesign do-it-yourself movement. Everything has turned out beautifully in each home - thanks to my F&D designer Robin guiding me through all the variations on a theme. He was the best..and knowing I had to head out of state the next day, with a UHaul, stayed overtime to make sure I had every needed product for the out-of-state home project. The best long-term investment while realizing a long-dreamed visual. Massive store filled with high-quality product at amazingly low prices (compared to the "usual" snobby stone & tile stores I visited in Scottsdale). Some of the product I reviewed in Phoenix, I ordered for pickup up in the newest Floor & Decor stores, in UT. SO easily done with the help of supervisor Angela (who REALLY knows her stuff & was incredibly helpful in the sometimes tricky state-to-state, store-to-store transactions). Associates Joanna, Rachelle and others at the register handled the layers of product I carted out week after week, along with Chris (and others) who busted their backs loading it into my SUV. Bottom line: COME TO THIS STORE to get all your Remodeling supplies and you won't regret it! :-) read more

AMAZING customer support and service. Had a bathroom remodel go sideways with my contractor. Found myself months later with a huge pile of unused tile. I loaded it up and took it in. Friendly Guys met me at the door and help me unload it. The manager very kindly inspected it and took it as a return outside of the return window since they still carried it in stock. Wow. If only all home remodeling and supply stores were this good. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. read more

Was at this location today to get some tile since the Glendale store was out. Silvana and Tim both helped me. They were excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and satisfied. Though I wish they had a local store to store transfer program, it worked out in the end and I got my tile shipped from the Tucson store. These employees spent extra time to answer my questions and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Love this company and the quality of their employees. read more

I am remodeling my master bath, I went into look for tile and flooring and possibly get ideas. I was approached by Robin B and asked if I needed help. Robin is a Designer there and he spent an hour and a half with me and gave me great ideas. I have a lot more remodeling to and Floor & Decor is my place. Robin was awesome! read more

Very poor customer services and inept business practices! On Oct 25th, I made a purchase online and 12 hours later I called and canceled the order. Today's is Dec 3rd and I still have not received the full refund. I made the refund request 8 times by calling, emailing and visiting the store and talking to the manager, with no luck. After all, their prices are not competitive enough ! read more

I was very impressed with the customer service given by Interior designer Robin! WOW was he committed to helping me source out 4 different bathrooms. He spent over two hours with us and also looked up the expected delivery dates for out of stock items. I looked up afterward if he was on commission as I had not expected that kind of customer service. I was surprised when all the information I found was an hourly wage. Good find for Floor and Decor to find such a committed employee. I will be back for Robin's amazing customer service! read more

I purchased materials for an outdoor cooking area including granite counter tops from these folks. They sent someone to measure who then sent those measurements to another company that fabricated the top, the only thing is either the measurement was wrong or the people cutting the granite couldn't do it. The grill didn't fit. When I called floor and décor they told me to call someone else. I was incensed. I paid no on else but floor and décor. They finally got someone to call me who took more than a week to send someone out to fix it, then another 10 days to put the underlayment under the countertop that floor and décor had added to my bill. Really a bad experience. read more

Deb helped my mom pick out flooring for an entire house and bathroom tiles. She was extremely helpful! She listened, made suggestions and gave my mom time to think and process. We will definitely seek her help for the rest of the renovation project. read more

Worst experience ever with purchasing building materials. No communication from company. Store wouldn't even answer phone for corporate when I contacted them about my order. Which was 3 weeks late. I'd give half or no stars if I could. Don't waste your time. You may save a dime on purchase but you'll spend more than a quarter getting your order filled. read more

We we're already impressed with the range and displays at this amazing tile store. Then Roy the designer found us and helped us come up with a really great design - I can't wait for the tilers to make it reality! . I bought 46 boxes of bamboo to install the floor for my house. I had to inspect every single one. Many of them are defected as the contractor asked me to return it. Unfortunately, Floor and Decor located in Everett WA didn't let me return them as they told me that they do only return for UNOPENED BOXES . Those products were not to installed as its defect. How they do the business like that? On the receipts, nothing to mention about the return only for UNOPENED BOXES . That's mean they're trying to lie customers about the return policy. We don't recommend anyone to buy their products as you can't return it with any reason. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!! I went in to get grout & some sealant for tile work we are doing at our house. When I walked in, I saw an employee walking in the opposite direction as me and I asked him "Are the employees walking around the store able to help me?". He said "Yes" then kept walking past me (rude!). I didn't see any other employees around. So, I walked towards the Return counter. The employee working there saw me walking up to her, but then proceeded to answer the phone before I got to her (assuming she didn't want to have to help me. Also, rude!). So, I then walked to the Customer Service counter and asked for assistance. Only then, was I assisted with what I needed. Even though I was assisted by that last employee, she had an attitude the entire time while assisting me. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Floor & Decor location, as the employees are super rude/lazy! The employees up north at the Bell location are much more helpful & pleasant. read more

I am so glad that Floor Décor opened this central location and also employed many helpful and knowledgeable employees, especially the designer Roy. I remodeled two properties in the past 6 months and both times, Roy provided great advice in helping selecting the coordinating tile colors and designs. Very friendly knowledgeable people. Wanted to purchase a specific wood that they were completely out of stock on. They tracked down two skids of it in California and have it shipped to my house within four days. Very impressed!! Their manager took the time to make sure that my order was correct and also informed me that some of the trim pieces were going to take up to four weeks to get in but got the main flooring needed in right away. read more

I am delighted to give a huge shout-out for a great customer experience. We had been in this last weekend and purchased 2700 sq. ft of tile, and all the grout, thinset mortar, and baseboards to go with it. Needed to go in today, on Monday, to get some baseboard pieces to make sure we had a match with our bullnose corner pieces prior to delivery. It was a non-standard "ask" for them to get these samples but Steve, a Manager, OK'd it on the phone, so in I went. I had one associate check on me and said she'd get someone to help. Several minutes later, and no one in sight, Britton, a sales associate, saw me and asked if he could help. I explained what I needed and, BAM, he was on it. Stopped whatever he was on his way to do and simply got it handled, made some cuts, and got me exactly what I needed, and walked me to the door. In a world of oft times marginal customer service, Britton is a total Rockstar. Add to that he didn't know I had just made a $10,000 purchase of tile and materials - he just figured I was a customer and he was going to give his best, which I SO appreciate. So, huge shout out and kudos to Steve, and especially Britton, for affirming we made the absolute best choice to spend a significant amount of money with Floor and Decor. Great customer service here and would recommend if you go in, ask for Britton. read more

If you want true customer service only work with Teresa. Otherwise you may end up going to one of their many competitors. I came in twice and received poor service. Theresa saved the day on my third try. Even with customer service reps coming and going she was the only one that spent time to help us. Not only did we get what we wanted, but Teresa provided a substantial savings as well. Something that no one else even provided the option for us to do. I say it again, if Teresa is not there then go home! The two stars are for the overall experience. If it was not for Theresa there would be zero stars. read more

I cannot be more happy than I am today. I had a flood 6 months ago and am having to redo 2 bathrooms. I have spent sleepless nights and long days trying to figure out what to do. It wasn't until I came to Floor and Decor in Phoenix that I had all my concerns taken care of. I spent more than 7 hours in the last two days with Robin and Deb. They were so patient and helped me make so many decisions. Robin helped me with the overall design and new construction as well as the do's and dont's with the design. Deb was great helping me pick out tile, flooring, grout, and everything else that was needed. What a great group of people and fantastic service in all areas! They helped by recommending a floor and countertop combo, were sensitive to budget constraints and were patient while I asked a ton of questions. This is my first renovation and I wasn't spending a lot of money since it's only a laundry room but the manager made me feel like one of their most important customer. There were 3 of us shopping, wandering through the store trying to decide what would be best in my friend's home when we were lucky enough to have Patrick offer assistance. This place is the worst - has the potential to be best but they have blown it. You order and pay for your tile, and they tell you they have it all in stock but when you go to pick it up, they dont have it and tell you that you have to drive to another location to get the rest !!! Really???? they refuse to transfer inventory between locations as needed and expect the customer to drive all over the city tracking down the missing pieces of an order that is already paid for! wow, total crap and im nevver buying from these idiots again. good luck. If you buy from them, make sure you leave with your entire order same time as you pay. read more

Just left the Phoenix location in total disgust. Where was Rudy, the Superman of the Store? I was looking for specific tiles, Youngster on the floor got a middle-aged female to assist. she checks on the shelf- no more boxes on the shelf. walks away with a grimace on her face- yes Lady, I did see you making faces at me in work clothes and my pregnant daughter- who was to benefit from the project....Bet you didn't think that far...When she comes back she quips that this store doesn't have the tiles, but the Glendale store does. I could buy the tiles at the Phoenix store but have to go get them at the other location....WHERE IS THE OTHER LOCATION??? There are better ways to convey you don't have the merchandise in stock- even better ways to suggest a different location that does. Now why would I spend my flooring budget for the Bamboo I had my eye on at a location/company that has youngsters on staff that don't know enough to assist- or keep Mrs. Ratchet that drives customers to the competition. I will still get my flooring and my tiles- thanks to prices-match- from somebody else with better customer service skills. Oh, and I don't even have to install it- that's included. read more

Went in to check out tile for my master bath. Anthony walked me through my whole project. After loading up my cart do you wantwith all the tile he made sure I had everything necessary to complete the project. He probably saved me a few trips back to the store which is a lifesaver when you're working on a project like this. He answered any questions I had and when he didn't know something he made sure to find it out for me. I will definitely be shopping there again. read more
