The products Luxury Harwood & Tile used to stain and seal the hardwoods dried quickly, and didn't smell. So, my in-laws were back in their house quickly (about 2 to 3 days after the floors were stained & sealed). Work was completed before Thanksgiving 2015, and looks fantastic! No issues.

This outfit is despicable, deplorable & abusive beyond description. After asking them to write an…read moreestimate to do a simple gutter diversion job at arm's length, & telling them for the city to reimburse, they have to provide an Estimate with a total for labor & parts. Instead, they can't bother to figure out what 2 simple gutter pieces cost, & wanting to fill the holes w/hydraulic cement (insane), they just list a labor charge, & ask for 10% down, labor & material billed daily, & a credit card on file, I called them to speak to a total incompetent who then hands it over to Dick Hoerr, who called me a "social idiot", and a "moron", & that he'd never do a job for me. As if I would EVER consider a contractor who would call me filthy names & doesn't even know how to do the job. You don't pour 20-30 ft. of hydraulic cement in the holes - you cover the holes with rubber or aluminum & then coat that w/a small amount of hydraulic cement. Then, in his answer to one of the numerous negative reviews, he writes: "We are the highest rated handyman company on Angie's in the United States and we are located here in Chicago. I personally live in the Chicagoland Area. Simply put this is one of those landlords that attempts to beat down labor after they work on his home in an effort to maximize his profit. We worked closely with many All Quality employees and contractors including the company owner, manager, designer and the craftspeople who did the actual work. Our project took months and, as a result, the All Quality team almost became like family. The men working in our home were always kind, helpful and hard working. Martin and his crew were consummate professionals, and took great pains to be sure we were happy with the result. They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with our kitchen and basement. Dave, the project manager, walked us through every step of the process and maintained an open line of communication. Overall, All Quality was terrific to work with and provided us with exactly what we were hoping for in a renovation.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but the work Patrick did for me several years ago was very poor…read more I didn't write a review at that time because I actually think he is a nice guy and reviews can be tricky. However, every time I venture in or out of my house, I cringe at the horrible work that was done. And how much I paid for it! Some of the mortar work is already falling apart. Not cool. To his defense, Patrick did not do the work but had either hired someone, or it was an employee of his, either way, this old man had no business touching anyone's house. He was clearly incompetent. It's Patrick's responsibility to hire those skilled at their craft, IMO. The pictures speak for themselves. Unfortunately, this is just incredibly poor, poor work.
