I'm not sure how they managed to sand my floors and even replace a few planks without dust throughout the whole house but they did! They were also very quick. They did all the floors on my main level in just a couple of days. I thought we were going to be displaced for at least a week but we were able to stay in our house the whole time! Chris worked with me to get just the right stain color. He knew what I was looking for even if I could not verbalize it very well.
