They did it again! I was telling you they were trying to jack ur $3 so they doubled down and took away the entire option to get your $3 back if you turn in your receipt! Don't walk in here without cash in your hand, wallet or pocket already, most companies let you use Apple Pay or credit cards, and its literally the dumbest thing for anyone in 2024 to pay to access their own money. Also after being around for a while I personally feel the quality is dropping. maybe it is maybe not, we'll see as time goes on but there's no great reason to shop here and not online unless you are in the area, make use of their 20% discount before 10am, AND already have cash in your hand. Why drive out to a place that adds 25% charge after 10pms (taking off $20 from $100 is taking 20%, but adding it back from $80 to $100 is a 25% increase) that also charges you $3 for accessing your own money. read more

i hated my experience !! thanks to that security guard they had posted sitting on a chair looking like a whole bum outside on a chair working & the attitude matched. management needs to get rid of this person and hire someone with ACTUAL customer service experience. He was not helpful whatsoever and made my experience bad enough to never come back i felt very uncomfortable and was shocked at how unprofessional the security guard was and how he handles situations. i simply had never used a certain payment method before and i needed a second to figure things out for payment and he acted like an asshole and said "WeLl FiGuRe It OuT" in the rudest tone i swear he wasent raised with basic proper human interaction. he needs to be fired seriously because who needs to come to get their goods and experience this nasty attitude. This is a nice new shiny location easily located in the East Bay. Their sale prices are higher on their sale day for edibles which is called "Medicinal Mondays". The second bag of edibles is not as cheap as other local dispensaries. As a disabled person who patrons this new location, I noticed there are no seats for those who need them while they wait for their order. Garden of Eden has them conveniently located right in the front lobby. Since we have to wait for our order which it has taken me up to 5 minutes, it's a huge impact while standing. Maybe add a chair or two for those who have disabilities who patron your location. read more

Big thing for me is the ability to examine flowers before a purchase. Which, since being legalized, 99% of dispos have moved away from allowing you to examine the product you're going to buy. Other than that, the prices are good and the location is great. I hope this place continues to allow examining of flowers before purchase. read more

I was in today and put my order in. So, they gave me the wrong flavor of my cartridge. I left. I noticed it in the car and came right back. Girl at the front said "Actually we can't" and I was like "I just came in and did it.. you guys gave me the wrong flavor. I told the guy the correct item I wanted." At the end, they changed it but the other big girl was like " Next time your delivery of how you say it can be better and we will work with you." How can my delivery be better when you triggered me after saying you couldn't help me? Of course I was going to feel upset. It's true. High end store. 1 star off because flower prices are inflated. I've had product a tenth of their price that is the same / better. They have 4$ halves in other stores. Loss leaders are important in this industry. Inevitable price regulation will likely affect the "upscale" feel. Now for the pros: Oil prices are on point and bomb quality. Service is good, multiple people asked if I had been helped after I placed my order. Might try online ordering next time to avoid the wait. Security was friendly when greeted. I am covered in ink and get profiled some other places. Not here. I got Ursa liquid diamonds and it's been hitting for a week with probably a week to go. 65$. Will be returning. read more
