    Caesar salad
    Ashley G.

Definitely one of my favorite Italian spots in Denver! Service is impeccable and the inside is dim lit and romantic for a date night or fun girls night! First of all, the Caesar salad is the best I've ever had. Perfect amount of cheese, dressing, lettuce..... no notes. I've had their spicy rigatoni alla vodka and the linguini vongole- both amazing. Would love if they were larger so it wasn't so hard to get in (booked a month out for reservations) but it was 100% worth it!!

Such a small and cute place in a great area! The vibe and decor was amazing! I was here with a group of 9 for a birthday, and we were told that family style was recommended for big parties. With the way our group was set up, we opted out of that and decided to get our own meals, and were given a weird look when we said that. Nevertheless, food was amazing and the meatballs were to die for. Recommended for a cute Italian date night!

Most important thing to be aware of for this restaurant is the reservations are competitive. Get online at midnight 30 days in advance to have a shot. The servers were super friendly in person and gave a great walk through of the menu. We started with some cocktails and I got the ruby red which was a little sweet and tart- fantastic. The stars of the whole meal were the Caesar salad and focaccia. The Caesar was loaded with Parmesan and I would come back for that alone. The pasta was delectable- particularly the squash special. While it's not the best pasta dish I've had in Denver, still very enjoyable. The key lime pie was dessert and was super creamy and tart. It came out a wee bit melted but still so good. The ambiance is very old school Italian and would be great for a date night. Recommend!

this was my 2nd time visiting ! Honestly always a 12/10 meal. The rib eye was delicious as this was another favorite of mine as well as the orechettie Meatball was tender and delicious. Service was great and they were able to accommodate my party of 3 over the phone the week before ! Ambiance is an old school Italian place with intimate seating. Will be back again!!

It's worth the hype!! Get a reservation months in advance, or walk into the bar if you're lucky. Service is great, food is even better!! Don't skip the lasagna or spicy vodka rigatoni. Cozy atmosphere that feels like someone's house (in a good way). Can't wait to go back!

Among the hardest reservations to snag in the Denver metro. Is it worth it? Yes! Is it the best Italian food I've ever had? Probably not. This establishment under the Odell family does it exactly what you would expect provide an upscale Italian, old world opulence type of experience with flavorful borderline inventive take on classical Italian food. The standouts were the drinks, strong flavorful and not too sweet a pet peeve of mine. The cod fish was incredible - buttery and flavorful. Probably the best cooked fish that I've had in Denver. The spicy rigatoni was nice, similar to carbones recipe but not quite as rich. Couple minor points of improvement: would be nice to squeeze some floral arrangements in the corners of the restaurant. Also, a dessert cart would've been a nice add. Finally - bathroom cleanliness, at this price point that should be a consistent check. The service was good, felt authentic, but fell short of excellent. Overall I would go back.

WOW is this place hard to get a reservation at! It took us about 1-1.5 months to get one and finally got one on a Wednesday night. Once we showed up, we realized why - there are literally less than than 15 tables. Between two of us we shared the caesar salad, focaccia bread, burrata, and the vodka pasta. The caesar salad and focaccia bread were delicious! The burrata was neither of our favorite burrata we've had - it was very acidic and vinegar-y, likely due to the tomatoes being pickled which we found to be odd, and had we known this, likely would not have ordered it as it was not a typical burrata. The vodka pasta was great, it had a perfect level of spice to it, and was so saucy each noodle exploded in your mouth and was great. I kind of wish we had not shared because I think we would have both enjoyed taking some home for leftovers.

Perhaps my new favorite Italian spot in Denver. Florence Supper Club is one of Denver's toughest reservations right now -- and for good reason. Located at 375 S Pearl St in West Wash Park, this cozy neighborhood spot opens at 5pm nightly and is already booking out at least a month in advance, so plan ahead. Pro tip: show up about 15 minutes before opening and you might snag one of the coveted bar seats. Or put your name in and hang out at Candlelight Tavern next door! The menu is refreshingly simple -- just one page of classic Italian-American dishes, but every single one is done right. My favorites were: - Clams Casino - Caesar Salad (get the extra anchovies) - Lasagna - Ribeye with a side of beans & greens

This is hands down my favorite Italian food I've had in Denver. It's classic, comforting, and feels like a warm nonna hug in the best way possible. Florence Supper Club comes from the team behind Odell's Bagels, which already had my trust, and they absolutely delivered here. This is classic Italian done with care, intention, and just the right amount of polish. Nothing feels overworked. Everything feels right. We ordered a lot of the menu and honestly, I was going to narrow it down to favorite bites, but I loved everything. Every dish hit. We had the scapece, their famous meatballs which fully live up to the hype, a Caesar salad, spicy rigatoni alla vodka, linguini vongole, orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe, lasagna bolognese al forno, and veal parmesan. We finished with tiramisu, Florence's cheesecake, and a chocolate hazelnut pie. There wasn't a miss on the table. The pastas were cooked perfectly, the sauces were balanced and comforting, and the veal parmesan was exactly what you want it to be. Florence Supper Club is the kind of place you go when you want a real Italian dinner. The kind where you linger, order dessert, and immediately start planning your next visit.

Food: I tried cocktails and two wines by the glass and was impressed by each one. Great selection of wine and even more impressive bartenders. Service: wonderful staff - from the hostess to the manager to the bartenders. Every person was warm, friendly and authentically welcoming. Brielle and Billy are awesome and sophisticated without ever seeming snobby. Ambiance: the best Italian supper club I've been to in Colorado. Cozy booths, great bar and comfortable bar seats. The music is jazz and tasteful oldies. Good lightning and great feng shui Also -- Coca Cola shop. Of course the food will be amazing.

I saw reviews talking about alleged New York-levels of Italian food from Florence, especially their chicken parmigiana (a high bar indeed, but certainly worthy of my attention, given my experience with eating there for years). Florence isn't big but it's cozy. A little loud but they were busy and that's a good problem to have. The Caesar salad was great and easily fed two of us! The romaine was well coated with a thick, delicious dressing that wasn't going anywhere. The chicken parmigiana didn't come with pasta so we asked if it were possible to get some. They had spaghetti marinara (not on their menu) that we could order so we did. We liked the sauce. It was delicious and not too watery. As far as the main entree itself went, one piece of chicken parmigiana easily fed two people... The breast was butterflied and the size of the plate, too! It looked amazing, smelled wonderful and I couldn't wait to cut into it and put a piece into my mouth... ...and that's when I noticed my knife COULDN'T cut into it... Yep... You can probably what happened next... It was chewy and a little bit dried out. It wasn't enjoyable at all and couldn't be saved by the sauce. How utterly disappointing. I really had high hopes for this place.

All of my interactions including rescheduling my reservation and the staff were exceptional. I enjoyed the meatball, chicken parm, and the cheesecake. They recommended an exceptional red wine for dinner as well. I had a table reservation; however, there were seats at the bar, and I sat there. It's not a large restaurant- it's definitely cozy, and a neighborhood gem.

After going somewhat viral, a girlfriend of mine and I decided to try this place out. We booked our table over a week in advance, 5pm for 2 people, as there was no options for a later time, sooner date, or more people. There is street parking, a good amount of it, but if it is full, it could be a little walk. Inside has a sultry, New York style atmosphere, with an old-fashioned jazz club feel, brick walls, dim lighting with ornate lamps. Our server, Molly was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. There is no cell reception or Wi-Fi in the restaurant, at least for us, so we were unable to check out photos of the dishes to help us choose. She went through all of the items on the menu, specifying details about Ones with unique naming or ingredients and giving her recommendations. We decided to start with the focaccia and olive oil, as well as a meatball. The focaccia was delicious, perfectly oily and salty, a real experience on the palate. The meatball was OK, I asked for ricotta on the side, but they didn't have any so they brought extra Parmesan. I felt like it could've benefited from the cold fresh creaminess of some ricotta, and I thought the meatball was good but not great. We knew we wanted to try the spicy pasta alla vodka, we had seen videos of it looking delicious and creamy. The flavors were indeed delicious, but there should have been more sauce. We actually let Molly know this as she was clearing our plates, just as a word of recommendation for next time, and she came back later and mentioned they were taking it off our bill. Even though we Tried to insist that was not our intention, they were so kind and adamant that we not pay for it unless we enjoy every dish fully. We also had the lasagna, again I felt like the flavors were really good, but the texture was lacking, there was no gooey cheesiness between the pasta layers to tie in the dish. I expected truly memorable pasta, which left a little to be desired, But staff was so kind and clearly want to perfect every texperience There were definitely a couple more dishes I would have wanted to try and thanks to such an amazing staff, I am excited to return and test those out soon.

    Lasagna. Crispy edges were delicious.

The concept of it being inside a home is very interesting. The food here is amazing especially their Caesar Salad. That salad was so delicious we wanted to order some to go. Now the reason why this place is getting three stars because 1. The service here is horrible! 15-25 minute wait for our server to come back around and check in on us. It wasn't just us either but it was everyone else in the room. Saw a couple that waited about 25 minutes just to be checked up on after being seated. We also never asked for our bill yet and it was given to us without us asking. We wanted to order more food after our entree. Hence why we never got to order our Caesar salad. 2. This one was the most disappointing part of our dinner. We ordered tiramisu for our dessert, once served I noticed a glossy chunky on it, assuming it was maybe crystallized sugar. Wrong. It was a chunk of ice!! The tiramisu WAS STILL FROZEN!! For 12 bucks I can get some better tiramisu at king soopers, Safeway, or any other restaurant honestly. 3. There was an ant in my drink, and we weren't compensated for that. We paid 4 dollars for an ant drink.

We started with the focaccia (with the ricotta and honey on the side) and it was so tasty. My partner doesn't normally like ricotta, but loved this dish! Then, we had the melon salad (very refreshing). We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff brought out complimentary glasses of bubbly rosé, as well as their special dish, which were the stuffed squash blossoms. This was a really thoughtful touch! For mains, we ordered the tagliatelle with lobster (this dish had a tiny bit of spice, which was fine for us but might catch someone else off guard), and the lamb loin. Both were excellent. Overall, we had a great time! We found easy street parking nearby, as well. My only downside would be that, because this restaurant is so popular, there are lots of diners, which makes for a pretty loud atmosphere. This was an amazing meal & I look forward to trying some of their dishes from the dinner menu like the Lobster Ravioli & the Chicken Marsala.

Absolutely loved this place. Honestly, not sure why the reviews aren't even higher than they are,…read morebut to each their own I suppose. The restaurant has a classic old school Italian rat pack throwback vibe. It's fun and lively and a great place to join friends for dinner. Food here is genuinely delicious. I grew up in a big Italian family and have eaten a lot of Italian food over the years. This is exactly the kind of Italian comfort food I was hoping for. Super flavorful and delicious dishes that won't disappoint. We tried the Gnnochi Salsicia, Lobster Ravioli, Tasty Treats and lasagna (always kind of hesitant to try a lasagna or spaghetti) and all of them were amazing. The Lobster Ravioli and Gnnochi were probably the table favorites and were genuinely two of the best dishes I've had at an Italian food spot in a long time. Absolutely plan to make this a regular stop moving forward!
