Absolutely love this restaurant. The menu changes daily because it's farm to table. Decent variety + all the food is really fresh! We got some appetizers like roasted Brussels sprouts, glazed carrots, and pork crepes - every single one hit the right spot. Main course was venison and it was easily 10/10. If you see it on the menu next time - go for it. Lastly, our server was great - friendly and shared thoughtful recommendations. Definitely coming back when I'm in Denver again.

Holy cow. This place is the best place to treat yourself or someone you love! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Greeted with sparkling wine as we were celebrating a birthday, seated with the kindest staff, and LOVED the vibes. The food? Y'all. I cannot even. It was so hard to pick, but we went two veggie-forward apps and two mains and it was plenty for the two of us. The menu changes often as the food is chosen fresh at the farmer's market twice a week, but honestly I can't imagine a bad bite here. Definitely worth it! Side note - my wife is allergic to nuts and they brought out a special menu with all nuts highlighted and were able to make a meal special for her without nuts. Truly makes a world of difference! Thanks, all!

A friend told us this was their favorite restaurant. Truly farm to table, I see why they recommended it. From the moment we entered we felt like VIPS, shown to our table. Our server, Sarah, was phenomenal. She made wonderful suggestions, knew the menu, but as importantly, placed the food orders so they came out as courses (not all at one time). The food was delicious. We were told to try the cornbread--wow-- creamy rich, slightly undercooked, yet delicious. Teh Shishido peppers were beautiful and tasty. The ricotta and plum appetizer amazing. The swordfish, with roasted eggplant and cucumber was a savory treat. Clearly, the chef is showcasing the abundant Colorado harvest and we appreciated it. Inside the dining room is rather small. ...and my one complaint is that the dining room was extremely noisy. We had the misfortune of sitting next to a table of women, who after the 2d cocktail, yelped, screamed, laughed uncontrollably most of the evening. Not the restaurants fault -- in fact to their credit -- Plimoth provided an inviting atmosphere and a memorable meal for everyone.

We've walked past this place so many times and never gone in. Then, last weekend, we had the rare opportunity of leaving baby with the grands and going on a date. So we sat next to each other at the bar, like we always used to do on dates. I know that the Plimoth buys produce from a lot of the local farmers I've met at the City Park Farmers Market. So I was hoping they'd be able to make me something vegan with all those gorgeous fresh fruits and veggies. If not, I would settle for a fancy drink. What I did not know is that there's a secret vegan menu! The bartender told us that all you have to do is tell the hostess you're vegan, and they will highlight all the vegan options for you. When my vegan-adapted menu arrived, there was a big X through the entree section and the words "Vegan Main" written in. Of course I ordered the Vegan Main. It was fabulous. It was like a giant warm salad with roasted bok choy and cabbage, baby greens, tomatoes, radishes and fresh herbs, with crisped lotus root slices to garnish, and a fermented bean teriyaki sauce. I ate every bit of it. Slowly, while sipping on a Patio Spritz. I love the farm-to-table concept and the fact that there's a fancy place to get a vegan dinner within walking distance.

We visited Denver from Los Angeles for Beer Fest 2022, and a local friend recommended the Plimoth. It was the best meal we had in Denver - we had an incredible experience. The place is upscale and trendy, perfect for a date night. The menus - from drinks to desserts - were innovative and appropriately seasonal, and everything we tried was amazing. We started with cocktails and an appetizer: a coconut margarita, "penicillin" whiskey drink, and crispy pork belly with stone fruit BBQ sauce. For our entrée, we both chose the steak with red wine sauce and interesting accoutrements- blue cheese, pears, cherries, farro. The steak was perfectly cooked and the unusual additions complemented well. We had local beers with our mains. The menu seems to rotate frequently, but this is the kind of place where I'd want to try something new on every visit anyway. If any of my L.A. friends or people in my foodie Facebook groups were to ask for dinner recommendations in Denver, I'll tell them Plimoth is a must-try when in town.

We were given a gift card about 2 years ago for The Plimoth and we finally went with friends last night for dinner. Why did we wait this long on going here ? The food and service were amazing. You can tell the chefs cared what they put out as well as the bartenders. We split 3 shareable apps. The asparagus, the arugula and kale salad, and the Pork & Garlic Quiche. All were good but I could have devoured the quiche all by myself. My husband got the asparagus and potato soup. This was unbelievable! I never thought asparagus would be good in a soup and its lick the bowl clean good. Would love to have their recipe for this. For dinner I had the Pork Jägerschnitzel. The flakiness of the crust and the tenderness of the pork was incredible. The lentil and pea trio complimented the pork perfectly. My husband had the lamb and didn't leaving anything left on his plate. Our friends got the halibut and the schnitzel and all enjoyed their meals. We all said we would definitely go back. Would recommend reservations for sure on the weekends and most likely during the week as well. In the summer they have a nice patio and would be nice to enjoy dinner el fresco. Kudos to The Plimoth on a job well done.

The restaurant is located in a neighborhood. I love the location as parking is easy to find, safe, and it's quiet. It's a cute and intimate space, perfect for a date night. The service was wonderful. They were attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. We ordered the steak and scallops, the food was fresh, flavorful, and full-filling in every bite. I can't wait to go back!

I went with a group of 6 for dinner and had a lovely time. It's a cute space, but small and it got packed, so make reservations. I got the chicken which was bone in (not my favorite), but really good. My friend got a ravioli dish which I tried and it was delish. Our service was a little slow though. They did separate checks for us which I appreciated.

OH MY GOD My family and I visited from out of town. We decided to make a reservation here for my sister's birthday dinner while we were traveling in Denver. It's safe to say that we were all blown away. The dishes were incredibly fresh, well put together, and cohesive. I applaud the menu development (even more so because the menu changes daily), the chefs, the staff, EVERYTHING. Our experience was one of a kind, which is a rarity because we tend to go to a lot of highly rated restaurants. I don't review often, but when I do, you have to know it's GOOD. Everyone needs to go here.

A true 3.5 stars rounded up cuz your a local biz It is always easy for someone behind a computer to criticize a restaurant, a service, or what have you. That being said I found the Plimoth's ideas rather a mish mosh and somewhat confusing. Case in point my Cracklin Chicken came with a cold salad which did not really pair well with the chicken. The matzah ball felt like an after though or maybe it was my years of having such a ball in a chicken soup not on a plate. My appetizer of a Pork Roulette was somewhat flavorless ( not like the shops in Montmarte or St Geramin) But there were some really good dishes as well: The Cauliflower turnip gratinée was a stunning appetizer as was the Butternut squash toast, preserved plum ricotta, fried brussels sprouts....simply goregous and delicious. Service was SPECTACULAR. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. They accommodated several of our friends dishes to withhold certain items and basically redid the dishes....that is pretty special service. Great Wine list with prices for every wallet. Wonderful bar ( any bar that stocks the Buffalo Trace line is aces in my book) Would I come back? Hell yes as the setting and service were fantastic and I would try something new on the menu!

This place is definitely on the pricey side, for example, a well vodka was $10. But the service was great, it is a beautiful atmosphere inside, and the food was really good. It's probably a place I would not return to again, unless I won the lottery.

After reading other reviews and checking out photos beforehand, I knew the Colorado lamb was a must-order. It's not something I usually go for, but it ended up being my favorite dish of the night. Absolutely worth the hype. We also ordered the birria short rib and hickory smoked picanha, and both were solid choices. The shrimp and corn grits were amazing, and I really loved the aged cheddar mac and cheese. Other dishes like the chickpea croquettes and the chili relleno were also pretty good and rounded out the meal nicely. The wait staff was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself has a cool, lively vibe. The only minor downside was that the outdoor heaters were a bit too hot, but that's a very small nitpick. Overall, an easy 5 out of 5 stars. Great food, great service, and a place I'd happily come back to.

Absolutely Exceptional…read more Jack's on Pearl exceeded every expectation. As Texas transplants, we've enjoyed some incredible steakhouses over the years and have traveled extensively, but this was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had. We even drove up from Colorado Springs for our 18th wedding anniversary, and it was worth every mile. We started with the wedge salad, which was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor--easily one of the best wedge salads we've ever had. The warm bread service was incredible and paired perfectly with the house-made spreads. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of the evening was the Wagyu steak topped with cheesy potato croquettes. It was cooked to perfection and so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor and was one of those dishes you continue talking about long after the meal is over. What impressed us most was that every single item we ordered was exceptional. The quality of the ingredients, attention to detail, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. After reading some of the reviews beforehand, we weren't sure what to expect. In our experience, this restaurant is incredibly underrated. Our meal, service, and overall experience were outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a special dinner, anniversary celebration, or simply one of the best meals you'll have in Colorado, Jack's on Pearl is absolutely worth the visit. Wow moments - an ice cream cone, miniature "popcorn", and delicious cocktails. But... the food tonight overall didn't live up to the 2-star billing. My first issue: I left hungry. And I'm not a big dude. 165 soaking wet. That really shouldn't happen. We've been to a bunch of two-stars in NY, DC, Tokyo, and Paris, and they mostly program in a heartier, larger main at some point that lets the guest fill up. The wagyu was tasty but... it was probably 3oz of steak. Second: the service was over the top. We had two trainees tonight, and man were they trying hard. The descriptions bordered on melodrama, and they really struggled with interrupting and trying to subtly hurry along one of the slower eaters among us. That really shouldn't happen at this level. Too much service; it shouldn't be noticed when it's done right. We love the Michelin guide. Wolf's Tailor is a gem, and it certainly deserves a star. Not any difference if you just boil chicken breast by itself. Everything was really pricey for no reason. Sure it was a good size? But if you compare it to restaurants located in downtown, a similar dish is at least 8-10$ cheaper. $14 for a basket of shoes string fries, $41 for roasted chicken and $43 for steak? On par with coors field at least. My assumption is that any new coming restaurants at the Stanley market is just a test run with a safety net to see if the restaurant actually performs well if it was a stand alone business.
