"What were we doing?" amongst other questions, repeating themselves over 15 times circling our table like a vulture. None of us responded for a long time as were in our personal space minding our business. Normally, if you approach someone and ask them questions 1-2 times and they don't respond that is a social cue that they want to be left alone. No employee is entitled to try to force a customer to hold a conversation with them. I finally answered because the employee at that rate was badgering my group and making us feel uncomfortable. She shared some great tips on things we can do as members at Starbucks. The information given was great and appreciated. We learned some new things that we've since applied. But, how the employee went about trying to provide great customer service was once again not appropriate under any circumstances.
