Best brunch I've had! Everything was better than we had expected and our food came out quickly. We started with the Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Roll, which was really good. Usually cinnamon rolls don't have enough icing but this was the exact opposite problem. Lots of icing and deliciousness. Only critique is that it could have been warmer and a bit too much icing... I got the Spinnaker omelette, which I also recommend. More often, omelettes can be under-seasoned, but this was perfect. I also got the hash browns, which were cooked to exactly my liking: not too crispy and not undercooked. LF got the Very Berry French Toast, which was pretty good. A little too sweet for my liking, but I think he enjoyed it. His hash browns were also cooked exactly to his liking: extra crispy. Our server even double checked that it's how he prefers them. We got the Cookie Butter Chai Latte. The cookie butter overpowered the chai. We got the orange juice, which had a nice pulp-juice ratio. read more

This is a great spot for breakfast and views! A friend brought me here while visiting, we sat outside in the sun overlooking the river. Perfect views and a quiet atmosphere with a good menu with lots of choices. I had a caramel cold brew, 1/2 sweet and the lobster Benedict. The lobster Benedict was delicious but I wish they would use a little more lobster, I didn't notice very many chunks in it. Arrived this morning to have breakfast for my husband's birthday. We let them know we have our puppy with us and would need patio seating. The lady handling reservations said definitely and put us on the list. We waited 25 minutes and then told no dogs allowed anywhere not even on the patio. We would have to get our food to go. Love Le Peep! My only complaint is that they don't sell the shirts that they wear, they're so cute! Rating: four stars We went here for brunch on a Sunday. They don't take reservations, but they validate parking for three hours, and the wait isn't too long. I love going to this restaurant in the summertime. The location is right next to the Spokane River, so you get beautiful views while you eat. And the staff has always been friendly. Oh, trusty Le Peep. The food is usually good, rarely great. But what IT IS, is consistent with speed, cleanliness, good service, and that beautiful waterfront view. The wife and I decided to check out this eatery today when our errand was done. Pretty nondescript appearance on the outside. The inside was nice but nothing that really stands out. My dad and I stopped here on our drive back to Washington. It was a great find! When we got there, there was a line of people for the hostess stand. We put our name down and were told a 10-15 minute wait and were seated in about 10 minutes. They have seating and free coffee while you wait which I thought was rly great!! They have an extensive Gluten free menu which I was in awe of. The vibe loud but not excessively so and the view is great. The service was great, we were checked on frequently and at one point the coffee machine broke so there was a wait for coffee and the, what I assume was the owner, came out to apologize for the wait. The Homestead came with two biscuits with sausage gravy, two eggs and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were well seasoned and the eggs were tender but the biscuits were very dry and tough. I ended up eating one and gave the other to my husband as he was still hungry from his breakfast. The Eighteen Wheeler came with two French toasts, two eggs, breakfast potatoes and four sausage links. My husband said the French toasts were tasty and the sausage had good flavor but the potatoes were sparce and he was still hungry after eating all of his food. Our family has been to Le Peep a few times. We come every year while we are in CDA for vacation. Great spot on the lake with amazing great view of the river. Staff is very friendly and the food is consistent. Wait times can be long depending on when you go. They have a pretty good assortment of different items on the menu. There's a paid parking lot across the street but the restaurant has free 3 hour validation, just make sure you know your license plate and you input it on a touchscreen right when you come in. There are paid parking lots across the street and all you have to do is enter your license plate number on an IPad once you enter the restaurant for validation. Easy access to walk down to the docks to explore a little too if there's ever a wait. It's a big, clean space inside and never got too loud even though it was pretty busy. Bottom line is the crepes were pre-made with a poor attempt at reheating and I had an allergic reaction to mold after eating there, including a headache, gut aches, etc. I will not be eating there again. Also, we requested a booth and were seated by the kitchen door, where the busboy, waitress and manager congregated to monitor patrons. Do not pre-make food; items should be heated individually before assembling. Premaking food like crepes with meat and cheese subjects patrons to food borne illness.
