Delicious food, amazing coffee, awesome view, kind service, and offering us a gluten free menu without having to ask!!! I would give Le Peep 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be back.
This is a great spot for breakfast and views! A friend brought me here while visiting, we sat outside in the sun overlooking the river. Perfect views and a quiet atmosphere with a good menu with lots of choices. I had a caramel cold brew, 1/2 sweet and the lobster Benedict. The lobster Benedict was delicious but I wish they would use a little more lobster, I didn't notice very many chunks in it. The service was really good and quick, being late in the summer and a weekday, we were able to be seated right away and it wasn't very busy. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town!
We really enjoyed Le Peep. Clean place with outdoor seating. We got to sit next to the rail and enjoyed watching the boats go by. My wife had the Chile Relleno Crepes which she really liked. I had the Spinnaker, a very good omelet. Our friend had the Meat Hen Pen which he has had in the past. The only bummer was my food came out about 10-15 minutes after everyone else's food. The waiter said that someone else took it. Service was good and the folks are friendly. Would definitely go back.
Love Le Peep! My only complaint is that they don't sell the shirts that they wear, they're so cute! They validate parking here, and the staff is so friendly, you won't meet one person that isnt helpful. Thank you to our server Emily for adding to the experience. The view of the river is gorgeous, and only adds to the ambience. The food itself is delicious, I've been here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. It's almost tradition to order cinnamon roll with each meal, it's seriously so perfect.

I love going to this restaurant in the summertime. The location is right next to the Spokane River, so you get beautiful views while you eat. And the staff has always been friendly. Something this place does that I don't see many breakfast places do is they lean into making drinks like fancy lattes, green juices, matcha, etc. They have an entirely gluten free menu which is amazing, and their seasonal items are always fun. I never walk away feeling like I had an amazing meal, but I always come back knowing I'll have lots of gluten free options and consistency with the overall experience.
They have an extensive gluten free menu that has so many things I typically cannot order. I had the Eggs Benedict. They were amazing!! We sat outside and the views and weather were perfect. Good service also.

The wife and I decided to check out this eatery today when our errand was done. Pretty nondescript appearance on the outside. The inside was nice but nothing that really stands out. The staff was friendly and professional. They seem like cool folks. The menu had plenty of options without being overloaded. Our meals hit the spot and the price didn't beat up our wallet. Chicken fried steak was yummy and my eggs were cooked just right. My potatoes were underwhelming and a little bland. My wife thought her meal (the wanderer) it was a 7 out of 10 and also found it a little underwhelming. The outside seating was amazing and right on the water. It wouldn't be my must come again but I wouldn't avoid this place. I think anyone wanting to come here would enjoy their meal.

My dad and I stopped here on our drive back to Washington. It was a great find! When we got there, there was a line of people for the hostess stand. We put our name down and were told a 10-15 minute wait and were seated in about 10 minutes. They have seating and free coffee while you wait which I thought was rly great!! They have an extensive Gluten free menu which I was in awe of. The vibe loud but not excessively so and the view is great. The service was great, we were checked on frequently and at one point the coffee machine broke so there was a wait for coffee and the, what I assume was the owner, came out to apologize for the wait. Great experience and would come again. Omelette 4.5/5: I feel like it's pretty hard to screw up an omelette. It wasn't anything crazy special but very tasty. I would order it again. Trout and Eggs 5/5: my dad ordered this and absolutely loved it. He finished it all and would order again Orange juice 4/5: doesn't taste super fresh but good all the same Pot coffee 4.5/5: rly good for pot coffee

The food was great - and the views are so pretty! We loved the breakfast burrito and cinnamon bun. Our kids enjoyed their food as well.

My dad and I stopped here on our drive back to Washington. It was a great find! When we got there, there was a line of people for the hostess stand. We put our name down and were told a 10-15 minute wait and were seated in about 10 minutes. They have seating and free coffee while you wait which I thought was rly great!! They have an extensive Gluten free menu which I was in awe of. The vibe loud but not excessively so and the view is great. I went here for my birthday breakfast as I have been wanting to try it for a while. I ordered the Homestead Breakfast for $12.49 and my husband got the Eighteen Wheeler for $13.99. The Homestead came with two biscuits with sausage gravy, two eggs and breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were well seasoned and the eggs were tender but the biscuits were very dry and tough. I ended up eating one and gave the other to my husband as he was still hungry from his breakfast. The Eighteen Wheeler came with two French toasts, two eggs, breakfast potatoes and four sausage links. My husband said the French toasts were tasty and the sausage had good flavor but the potatoes were sparce and he was still hungry after eating all of his food. The location of this resturant was great. It was right on the lake and had beautiful views. Our waitress was fine, but could have come and checked on us as we were out of water for about 15 minutes. I was concerned that we would have to pay for parking but they actually validated which was really nice. read more
Excellent experience!! Loved the food, the service and the view! I had the Very Berry French Toast stuffed with ricotta and topped with berries (I love berries) and it did not disappoint!! 570 cals btw, I loved that they had calories for everything on the menu!! My wife ordered a pancake sandwich, she loved it. The food as excellent. Alexis our server was very attentive and friendly. And if the divide and the food were not excellent, which the absolutely were, that amazing view of the Spokane River would and upped it. So I would give these guys a 6 star!!! Thank you!! read more

Our family has been to Le Peep a few times. We come every year while we are in CDA for vacation. Great spot on the lake with amazing great view of the river. Staff is very friendly and the food is consistent. Wait times can be long depending on when you go. They have a pretty good assortment of different items on the menu. Pretty much everything we have tried has been decent. Nothing bad, but also nothing that has shined above the rest (except the cinnamon rolls those are YUMMY). If you want a good consistent breakfast with a view of the river, Le Peeps is the place for you. read more

Came in around 8 AM on a Saturday. There's a paid parking lot across the street but the restaurant has free 3 hour validation, just make sure you know your license plate and you input it on a touchscreen right when you come in. I was seated immediately, and was asked if I had a seat preference, and ended up with a nice view of the lake. After several minutes, my order was taken, and I opted for the cider off their fall menu, and a lobster Benedict. I got my drink quickly and it was warm and incredibly delicious. I have never been served quite as good apple cider at a restaurant, so this stop was worth it for that alone. Soon after, I got my Benedict. The amount of lobster was quite generous, and the eggs and potatoes were incredibly well seasoned. It also came with a small side of spiced apples which were great. Overall decent tasting food for a good price with good and a nice view! read more

Visited on a Summer Sunday so it was very busy! About a 30 minute wait, but the boardwalk for the wait is beautiful. Friendly staff, but everything was on the slow side. Had the Lumberjack with a cinnamon roll on the side. To be honest, the eggs and potatoes needed salt and pepper. The pancakes were good. And the cinnamon roll was amazing!! Gorgeous view. Would go back again - but probably not on a Sunday read more

In Spokane this past weekend attending GEL day at Gonzaga and we felt the need to visit another state during our visit. Found Le Peep through some of the reviews on here. We were treated to some really great food and service here. The horchata pancakes were so delicious and the spring trio gives you mix of everything if you in the mood for variety. Our waitress was super friendly and checked on us frequently. Le Peep also has great views of the Spokane River too making this place worth checking out. read more

Cute restaurant with reasonable prices in CDA. It's right on the river and has big windows and great views. There are paid parking lots across the street and all you have to do is enter your license plate number on an IPad once you enter the restaurant for validation. Easy access to walk down to the docks to explore a little too if there's ever a wait. It's a big, clean space inside and never got too loud even though it was pretty busy. Food was good and service was friendly. Definitely family friendly! read more

We skipped a longer wait for outside seating and opted for an inside window lake view instead. Service was slow but extremely friendly and attentive when they could swing by the table; it was a very busy morning. Bloody Mary's took a while to get to us, but friends raved about how delicious they were. I love a good Benedict and was excited to try the Baja Benedict. Friends had the Rock Lobster Scramble, Colorado omelet and the Monte Cristo crepes...everyone loved their dishes and every morsel was devoured. Stay away from this place, horrible food and service. We spent 10 days traveling around US, this is by far the worst food and service we have received after trying 30 plus restaurants. We arrived and they refused to let our 10 pound maltipoo sit in the patio. So we ordered food to go. They said 20 minutes it took 45+ min. The bag they handed us was sticky and dripping. But they forgot our drinks! Took another 10-15 minutes to make our drinks as our food was now cold. The coffee they handed me was sticky and dripping down the sides and bottom of the cup. The French toast was undercooked. It was so disgusting. Both mine and my sons were both undercooked and raw. Waited an hour, leaving hungry and disappointed. Don't trust these reviews. There are so many great restaurants where food is made from the heart in small towns around the area, who are so kind to pets, people read more

My boyfriend and I were passing through Coeur d'Alene during a ski trip road trip and decided to stop at Le Peep because we love the one in Omaha. We ended up having the BEST experience. We met the owners, who were incredibly friendly and genuinely excited to hear how much we love the Omaha Le Peep--it made us feel right at home. Our waiter, Michael, was so cool and welcoming and never made us feel rushed to order. The food was a 10/10--hands down the best cinnamon roll and cold brew coffee I've ever had. Not to mention the view of the Spokane Lake front view was BEAUTIFUL! Such a perfect stop and we'll absolutely be back if we're ever in the area again! read more
