Been here several times and it's pretty decent, especially for the price. My complaint is that I tried to order takeout today and 2 of 4 orders were incorrect; actually 1/4 I didn't receive, the other was incorrect, and 2 were correct. It's a little frustrating because when I ordered, I said I wanted two chili bread bowls. He seemed to gloss over that because he didn't understand what a bread bowl was. So after explaining that, I reiterated, "I want two of those," and he replied back, "two." My husband heard it. Went to pick up and only one bread bowl was in the bag, so I just decided forget it. So I didn't get to eat lunch today. He got the cheeseburger right, but I ordered chicken fingers and he wrote down chicken nuggets so I got home only to realize my order was completely missing and one of the kids' orders was incorrect. I would recommend having someone a little more familiar with the menu and much more familiar with the English language to take orders. read more

It's definitely a cute mom and pop shop. It feels like a classic dinner and they definitely have staple items. The decor is pretty outdated and even our coffee pot was full of coffee stains. It's the mark of a well loved breakfast joint but it could use some sprucing. It's definitely busy on the weekends by the looks of things. Parking is not great but not the restaurants fault, all the spaces seem a tad small. Definitely nicer than going to a standard large chain breakfast place. Would I come back definitely but I wouldn't say the food really was impressive. They do classic dinner breakfast and they do it well and the service is great. My first time at Flo's for Thanksgiving Turkey was a major disappointment. I will let the photos speak for themselves, shredded meat and not nice slices of turkey, piled on top of the stuffing, runny mashed potatoes and way too much gravy. This was a take out order and I didn't feel like driving back that day and that it would be best to contact management in the following weeks. I contacted the restaurant today and requested to speak to the manager regarding my experience and was told to call back at 5:30 pm and then 6:00 pm as the manager, Tim, would then be at the location. I called at 2:00 pm to avoid the lunch hour and was questioning the call back time which would be during dinner hours, however I called as instructed. I called 3 times thinking I had misdialed, as all 3 times the call went to voicemail. I will therefore post my review and my thoughts here. I doubt that I will return to this restaurant again. read more

As a family, we appreciate this environment and the process lol the only thing I'd ding them on are the eggs, they just aren't consistent you're either gonna get rubbery over cooked eggs or slightly undercooked and wet. First time eating at Flo's! Every one who checked on us was super attentive. Service was great. Food was surprisingly great! You can tell they've been there for years and I wasn't sure what to expect with the food, but we all loved what we ordered! I got the prime rib salad with blue cheese and WOW! Super delicious! My husband got the Philly cheesesteak and he said everything was great. It was flavorful and the bread was nice and soft. Plenty of searing and parking available. The majority of business that Flo's gets are from old timers, but they're all so very nice to each other. Lots of compliments being passed around from guests to staff and guest to guest. Every one is just super lovely while dinning here! So glad we came. The ambiance is causal and relaxing, intimate in a type of way. I would definitely come again. read more

Normally I love the food. My boyfriend is a pretty picky eater so he tends to order the same stuff just about everywhere. The chicken quesadilla description on grub hub had very few ingredients. Chicken, cheese, seasoning, and obviously a tortilla. When it arrived it was 90% veggie the tortilla was falling apart from how absolutely soggy it was. The water from the veggies took over and turned everything to mush. We Tried to just scrape everything out so he could finish what we could... but it was sopping wet and not at all pleasant. This place has an awesome menu. The food is always good always get a big portion. Love the one that's by the airport stay away from the one on Riverside Drive. There's a waitress there that is the rudest person that could ever work in the restaurant business I don't want to put her name out there but if you go to that one on Riverside, you know who she is she's been there for years and she'll never change always rude. I ordered nachos and the meet was sooo greasy. I ordered a chicken waffle sandwich and it was terrible. The chicken patty was like something you get for a high school lunch, so it wasn't fresh. The tilapia was cooked to perfection where the fish is lightly fried and not heavy at all with oil dripping and can be cut easy with a fork alone and balances well in flavor with the tartar sauce. It's golden brown light texture is a nice hits well accompanied with wild rice gives the dish a nice variety of flavor between the two without any item over powering each other. It's a meal that makes you want to slow down and enjoy the small things and reminds you of a home cooked meal. Came here for birthday breakfast we called ahead of time since I had read previous reviews on them being busy and we called they said 20 mins literally at 20 mins we got the call to go in , gentlemen brought out drinks server did take a little while but we knew she was busy so we just talked till she go to us she took our order brought our order out asked once how the food was and didn't see her till the bill was due , food we had was the Chile verde omelette We also got a mushroom burger , huevos rancheros. French Toast egg, and ham sandwich and a biscuit and gravy my party said the food was OK not the best but good , the restaurant needs a little work, but we never judge a book by its cover overall, I gave it a four stars read more
