When I arrived, an employee was clearly visible inside, but they completely ignored both the drive-thru intercom and my knocking on the door. I called the store repeatedly--no answer. After waiting for AN ENTIRE HOUR with hungry kids heading to a sporting event, we had to leave empty-handed and find food elsewhere. To add insult to injury, we were charged the full amount for food we never received. For THREE DAYS following this incident, I attempted to reach the store by phone--not once did anyone answer. I submitted an online ticket, sent emails, and called Dunkin' customer service. Zero responses from anyone. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Customers deserve basic respect--answering phones, fulfilling confirmed orders, and providing refunds when service failures occur. The (men's) restrooms aren't always pristine, but the rest of the store is usually pretty tidy. In addition to roller grill items, pizza slices, hot sandwiches and cold sandwiches, they have a Subway inside. This is one of their few truck stop stores. They have some parking for big rigs, but not many spaces. DEF is available here for diesel powered rigs of all sizes.
