The place was empty which was very surprising but later I learned that most of their business os appointment only which to me seems less chaotic and less rushed for the person receiving the treatment. Quan started my pedicure right away. She asked what scent I would like for the pedicure package I chose (I picked thr bliss and watermelon scent). She was very considerate about the water temperature and the pressure of her hands when she was massaging my calves and feet. She took really great care of my toes. I can honestly say that this was the least painful pedicure Ive ever had and she got my ingrown out and really cleaned up my toes. They look fantastic. For my fingers I chose the builder gel full set because I want to keep my natural nails and I like them short since I do a lot of typing and yard work. I picked a color an Thuy did a great job matching up my longer nails with my broken shorter nails so they looked more uniform. We had great conversation and I felt really comfortable. I left feeling really satisfied with my experience and knowing that I just found my new nail spot.
