I adore this studio!!! The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and every instructor is absolutely amazing. Don't worry if you're not very flexible--they can assist you in modifying positions so that you get the most out of each pose. I have been pleasantly surprised that the clientele is just as wonderful. Everyone is accepting of each person where they are. I really cannot say enough great things about this studio. I had never done yoga before trying out Flow Yoga in April. I started in beginner class with Veronica and loved it! It was such a supportive environment! I now do the heated classes several time a week. I have really loved this studio! It's very clean, reasonably priced, and friendly. All the teachers are welcoming! Tried this studio out after buying a groupon. I really enjoy the classes and the staff is amazing. Very informative and I felt very comfortable in the classes I have taken so far. The first class I took was the beginners class since the only yoga I have done in the past was Bikram. Loved it. The next class I took was the Hatha class at 6pm which I plan on sticking with for a while. I have lived in Cedar Park for a while and was unaware this studio was down the street but I am so glad to have the opportunity to practice at such a great place. read more

I LOVE this studio, specifically for the heated yoga. Instructors are really nice and there's multiple levels of people in each class that I have taken so I don't feel bad that I'm not as good as others! I only had one class that I didn't like but the teacher had a different style than I liked. Super friendly staff and their labradoodle is adorable! read more

I love this studio. I bought the groupon and will definitely sign up for the monthly unlimited. The teachers are some of the best I've experienced. They are knowledgable, nurturing to a developing practice, and just all around nice people. I travel a lot for work, and have been to studios near and far across the US and rate Yoga Flow at the very top of my list. I enjoy this studio. The instructors are well educated and take the time to build their community. There are some aspects of yoga etiquette that are ignored. The last class I took was packed and yogi's in the class were talking so loud it was hard to focus on my mat. Took a bit for the teacher to settle the class down. Overall, a good place to start! read more

I am currently a student in school as well as a dancer, and Flow was recommend to me by my dance director, and I am absolutely IN LOVE WITH FLOW! As a student, I can get stressed out, but Flow has helped me learn how to maintain a balance in my life. The classes of course are the best! I have taken several yoga classes, but it still kicks my butt every time.. which I appreciate! ( constantly growing! :] ) The faculty is fantastic and always loving, & the studio always has a peaceful energy. I recommend this to anyone, and everyone, at ALL levels! GO FLOW!! :) read more

I have been attending classes at flow yoga for over a year. Started with a groupon, then paid for 10 class passes, repeatedly. I have been to all types of classes, varied hours of the day. Generally like the studio, but notice the weekday morning patrons tend to be a little more 'pretentious' vs. true yogis ( i.e. complain about the following: essential oils, suggest use of only lululemon products, types of current music played during class, etc). I have practiced yoga in India, China, various other countries, and throughout this nation. Recently, I started attending yoga throughout various parts of the Austin area. Perhaps it is the lack of diversity in the area of Cedar Park, or rate of pay per class/month that gives some patrons at this studio a sense of entitlement, but if the feeling of inner peace through the body is what you're attempting to achieve upon practicing yoga (at least in morning weekday classes here) this would not be my studio of preference. read more
