Flower World provided the flowers for my sister's funeral. I ordered flowers for the casket plus 3 standing wreaths. I also told my family to order their arrangements from them. Every arrangement they provided was on time and absolutely beautiful. I was extremely satisfied with both the customer service, and the quality of the flowers I received. We've all been burned by flower stores where you order something based on a picture, and when it is delivered, it looks nothing like the photo, or it's a fraction of the size you thought it would be. That was definitely not the case here. Not only were my arrangements exactly like the photos (no flour substitutions), they were also amply sized, and the stands were well built out of wood. My order was done over a phone call and several emails. I never set foot in the store, because I was ordering from out of town. I chose this place based on its reviews and I was not disappointed. Flower World is now my family's go to florist in the San Fernando Valley. I'd like to thank Flower World for the sensitivity and care they put into my sister's send off.

My friend loved the floral arrangement. She said the fragrance was wonderful. Deluxe was so much fuller with maybe triple or quadruple more flowers than pictured in the website. Gorgeous! My mom ordered flowers for me as a Mother's Day surprise. By the time I got home from work, the floral delivery was not there. Zack, the owner, called me and told me that he would personally deliver another floral arrangement to make it up, which he did. The flowers are so beautiful, fresh, and smell wonderful! And pink is my favorite color. Thank you, Zack, for going above and beyond to ensure that I received my Mother's Day flowers from my mom.

My boyfriend has been getting me flowers from here since we were in high school and I absolutely love them! They are always so beautiful. The best test of any company is how they handle problems. We had an issue with our delivery and they responded so well. They made up a new bouquet quickly and one of the managers delivered it himself. We were so impressed. And the flowers were beautiful. Highly recommended!

I ordered the premium version of the flowers, coming to $103 and they were STUNNING. They even put a "happy birthday" ribbon bc they read on the card that it was my mother's birthday. These flowers are BEAUTIFUL I definitely will be placing another order here when I need to gift flowers again.

What more can I say about an independently owned, family operated business in the San Fernando Valley? These guys know what the heck they are doing, especially on a busy weekend like Valentine's Day. I was able to secure a last minute order for my wife and daughter, and saved a trip down to the Flower District. Now I have a go to flower shop, for all of my gifting needs. Besides the quality, they also have amazing service and offer delivery options too, which makes a huge difference during a pandemic. I LOVE this place. I like that it's not some big chain but rather a mom & pop. I usually go in, tell the nice ladies what I'm looking for and they whip something up quick and affordable right then and there. Staff: Super sweet and friendly At times I'll see a pre-made arrangement that I semi like, the ladies will take things out or add things in right on the spot to my liking so that I'm always happy with what I'm purchasing. The fact that they are willing to do that makes me feel like they really care about the customer and making us happy. Prices: Are great, if you go in with a budget they will create something you will love. Just tell them what you want to spend, occasion, and style you're going for and they will make it happen. "During busy times flower world has a great stock for late comers! Seeing all of the pre-sold arrangements were beautiful as well." If anyone read this when posted, I was rushed as an employee mentioned a $5 discount if a Yelp review was made on the spot. Coming to Flower World as a last min decision for a tiny place the employees were very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. Since today is V-day I would assume that anyone walking through the front door would get the leftovers. Overall, yes this is the case, but for bare minimum you can get something nice. Seeing the pickup orders displayed were nice and I'm sure who ever is receiving those would be pretty happy. I also appreciate the honesty of one employee that was talking to a customer. The customer was asking for an order that was a bit unrealistic for the volume of stock they were pushing. before this flower shop I called five others in the area and they all either were too busy couldn't deliver on time or just overall didn't care. Hands down the best flower shop I have ever ordered flowers from they showed me the whole entire inventory plus give me the option for a custom flower arrangement and A great deal on them they've always deliver on time honestly a 10 out of 10 service can't complain! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Ordered flowers for my mom and grandma for Mother's Day yesterday, during a lockdown it's the only way to surprise them as you can't take them out to dinner. My grandma's flower's was delivered first, it was exactly as ordered in a tiny mug with balloons but the balloons arrived almost deflated. I was wondering why mom's was late, she thought she won't receive anything so I had to ruin the surprise and told her she has one too. It arrived the end of the day, looking as pictured. I ordered a balloon to go with it, but there was no balloon! I know they have to switch out some of the flowers due to some flowers are seasonal but it is no where near what is pictured!!! Also i upgraded to premium because I only want what's best for my mom, but I got THIS! I COULD DO A BETTER JOB AT ARRANGING THIS THAN WHAT THEY DID! I ordered at a local flower shop keeping in mind to help small local businesses at this difficult time and knowing that they will give their best as their reputation is on the line. Today was Admin day and someone from the company ordered flowers to be delivered to four of us Admin people to our homes in different cities because we are working from home. The other ladies posted pictures of their arrangements and when finally I received mine at 8:30 PM (no ring or knock on the door, just dropped on the ground) I was so embarrassed to post mine. There were a few worn out tulips, some of them are so open that the petals are about to fall in a simple glass vase. I wanted to cry. I don't think this was ordered based on a picture. Flower World took care of the flowers for my daughter's wedding and did an amazing job! Lisa went above and beyond any expectations I had. Her and her family were so pleasant to work with and very accommodating. She quoted me a very reasonable price (less than half of what others quoted) and never charged me extra when I needed additional bouquets or boutonnieres. Very quick service. Helpful. Choices are just so so. Would be nice if they had more variety. Came here to get a vase for my in-law's Birthday. She thought it was pretty so it was kind of a win. I thought it was just so so. Flowers are just placed in random orders and cut randomly. But the flowers are fresh and they have a reasonable price. Overall pretty happy with it. read more

I was on my way to a Funeral this morning and I found Flower World on my way to the service. Me and my father walked in and were greeted with a very kind welcome and amazing aroma of beautiful flowers. We asked the woman behind the counter, who's name was Lisa, that we needed a floral arrangement for a funeral and that we were not exactly sure what we needed. Lisa showed us a few pictures and gave us a description of what she can make for us on the spot, and she made an exquisite arrangement for us. It was an all white basket arrangement that stood very tall and stood out with beautiful mixed white flowers for a very great price! Me and my father least expected something so grand and beautiful it being a last minute order. Out of all the arrangements at the funeral, the arrangement Aly's made was the only one that had long stem roses. Before burying my grandfather, everyone was able to take a long stem rose from the arrangement and place it on the coffin. Everyone had an opportunity to participate, and everyone truly appreciated it. We felt so happy that this particular arrangement was the only one that served an extra purpose and held so much meaning for our family and friends. This is what made us come back this year and use Alys. It was not only a stunning arrangement, but it served as a memory for us all.
