We ordered several large flower arrangements for my father's funeral and they arrived to the funeral home beautifully. The arrangements were large and very full with flowers and the ribbons were as we ordered. Service was good, the employee at the counter let showed care and patience as we were quite sure what we wanted. For the price the quality of the arrangements matched up well. We ordered a corsage and boutonniere for prom and we were told to go to the website and order something from there so we did. What we ordered and what we got were two complete different things. The flowers were clearly old and felt very soft which indicated that they were not fresh. They didn't offer to remake it but instead just said we will give you your money back so we had to scramble to order something else at the last minute. So I was looking to place an order for a funeral arrangement that was going to be held on Wed. I called Sunday around town looking for places that were open to possibly give me a price and suggestions, so I could be a head of the game you know :-) As a figured most places were closed on Sunday however I located this place online that was pretty close to the location I needed the delivery to, so the owners wife answered ( it was a plus that they were open on a Sunday) and I told her that I had an arrangement in mind and wanted a price. She told me to text it to her and I did, she got back to me very quickly and said they could make the arrangement for roughly $185, which I thought was reasonable considering I was thinking closer to $200-$250. She even insisted the arrangement would be even more beautiful then the picture I sent. I was very excited couldn't wait to see the final product. Well even though they were professional & courteous... I wasn't too thrilled with the arrangement. I did have the main flowers and colors I wanted however they used these cheap looking flowers that looked like you could pick off from the side of the road and overpass...not very classy and sophisticated as I stated in the text plus the vase was showing and I specially stated no vase to show in the arrangement. I was definitely disappointed, though the flowers were fresh. I more than likely wouldn't order from here again..hell maybe I am just picky, but I do my homework and when someone specifies certain things, usually a place would implement ones requests..just saying. I looked online for places to deliver flowers or gift baskets for Valentines Day. I found Roberts Flower Shop to have just what I wanted when I saw the picture arrangement and the price was reasonable. I am currently away from Texas and will miss my daughters Valentine lunch in her elementary school so I sent the arrangement ordered from Robert's Flower Shop and a card to let her know I was thinking about her and missed her. The order went through without a glitch, very easy. I talked to my daughter at dinner over the phone. She was sad that I did not make the lunch, but worse, did not get the flowers. Since the arrangement was to be delivered to a specific class in an elementary school, it is common sense that they will not be holding classes until 5pm and will dismiss the children for the bus ride home, mid afternoon at the latest. Her school dismissed at 3pm. The flowers arrived an hour later according to the school. It is not the wasted money that bothers me, but fact my daughter thought I forgot her and didn't care through the whole day. I was very disappointed. I cannot comment on the arrangement as it was never seen. I cannot give a top review as I would like because I did not get what I wanted and cannot do it over. read more

The flowers, vase, and arrangement were much nicer that the picture--that doesn't happen very often.
