The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. They showed up with a flat bed within 30 minutes to transport our dead vehicle to the dealer. Chris the driver did a good job of troubleshooting to make sure that the problem couldn't be fixed without the tow. After deciding that the problem was not fixable on site he transported the vehicle to the dealer at a very reasonable cost. While I hope not to need tow services in the future, if I do they are the company that I will call.
