The food here was immaculate! It's a small location, not sure how big the other ones are but the atmosphere is relaxing. The girls working the cash register friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. If you're ever in the area or find yourself near one highly recommend you try the pancakes. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. You can choose whatever milk you like for your matcha and they sell bobba!

Let me tell you the service was amazing. Having never been here the young lady at the register was very patient and knowledgeable in walking us through the menu. I settled upon a black coffee and the jalapeño chicken and pancakes. The coffee was hot, fresh, robust, and served in a nifty coffee cup. The jalapeño chicken and pancakes were delicious. Pancakes were light and fluffy while the jalapeño chicken was well seasoned and tasty. The combination paired exceedingly well. The location was small but clean and well kept. The negatives....I'm very observant and love watching the kitchen. One of the young ladies in the kitchen was eating bacon while fixing plates. Another young lady dropped a cup on the floor and picked it up and utilized it vs washing or using another. My companions food did not arrive all together. A definite return and a 9 out of 10 for me.

Had the special red white and blue fluffy pancakes. They were absolutely delicious. It came with a raspberry refresher that was also so good. We tried the Oreo "craffle" and declared it delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

This is a Japanese inspired pancake house. They do offer salads with waffles, breakfast sandwich and an assortment of drinks but I must confess I came for the pancakes. The pancakes themselves were light and fluffy and not weighted down like so many other places. The chicken, maple syrup and sliced/sauted jalapeño slices was great if you crave mostly savory with a little sweet. A good portion of fried/breaded chicken that was seasoned well. The green matcha was more decadent with a layer of whipped cream in between the cakes and shavings of white chocolate to garnish with. The mango and kiwi pancake is nice if you want a lighter fruity version and the two pair quite well. Underneath is a mango purée perfect to sop up with your pancake fork in hand! The Nutella and banana came with the chocolate separate that you could drizzle on top. So much fun! I don't think you can go wrong with the food choices here. I'll certainly be back to try their drinks and others.

The pancakes are an amazing texture and so dang good. I appreciate that when you order it tells you the timing on the pancakes. Our minus a star moment came when the chicken and waffles came so much later than the rest of our food... like everyone else was done eating late. It did have great flavor and the candied jalapeños were a nice touch, just needs a few more. Overall it was a very cute and yummy spot and we'd go back.

Tin the owner Is serious about trying to please his customers. Even ordering pure maple syrup immediately after we suggested it making sure that it was there for the next time we came. I was very hungry, so I had two entrées, one sweet and one savory the savory one was the chicken and waffles entrée. The waffles were really croissants that they smashed into a waffle iron so it had the waffle look they were delicious! The other one was a sweet fluffy pancake, which was also delicious I will come back again and again! I'm glad someone finally figured out how to make those wonderful Japanese pancakes that I love!

We tried Mango & Nutella soufflés, eggs Benedict w/ avocado (they were out of salmon), boba & cappuccino. The mango soufflé was super good, Nutella was decent. Benedict was good. Boba was decent. It gets really busy on weekends & the soufflés take about 20-25 minutes to be served since they're freshly made. Definitely coming back!

Fluffy Fluffy Cafe I went in excited and left with mixed feelings so here's the honest breakdown. Tiramisu Pancakes -- 0/10 This one missed the mark for me. My pancakes were overcooked, which took away from that fluffy texture I was expecting. The flavor just wasn't there. Jalapeño Chicken & Pancakes -- 8/10 Now this was a win. Great balance of sweet and savory, and the chicken had good flavor. Definitely one of the better items on the menu. Strawberry Matcha -- 10/10 Absolutely rich and full of flavor. No fake matcha taste at all. This alone would make me come back. Free parking -- always appreciated. Customer service was wonderful -- attentive and friendly, which really helps the overall experience. Overall, some hits and some misses, but I still recommend going to try it for yourself because everybody's taste buds are different. If you go, let me know what you order

How lucky are we to have such a unique brunch spot so close?!! This cute little diner offers the most delicious aerated pancakes that, if you're a foodie for real, you've seen on many a-viral video. And then so much more! First, the diner is located in a nondescript shopping center across the street from The Avenue in East Cobb. Plenty of parking, and even a cute locally-owned home decor store a few doors down. There are only a few bigger tables and more 2-toppers towards the back. I'm shocked the line isn't out the door here. You order at the counter, where the ladies there are helpful if aren't sure how or what to order. I recommend checking the menu online before coming in because it can be overwhelming. They warn you that it takes like 20 minutes to get the fluffy pancakes (worth the wait to me). Come when you have time to savor everything! The food comes to your table in good time. Prices are reasonable for the novelty and QUALITY of the food! In addition to the pancakes with typical sweets, they have a selection of savory sandwiches--lox, benedict, etc.--and the amazing "croffle" (waffled croissants)! Both sweet and savory selections again. The display case showed some additional dessert options, which I'm excited to try next time. The service at the table was ok, as one person cleared the tables as we ate but no one seemed terribly happy. The servings were very filling! We can't wait to come back. Buyer beware, you will smell like the griddle when you leave. It's something I notice but may not bother everyone

Fluffy fluffy is an adorable, small cafe! My friend was visiting Atlanta for the first time, and we came by here to try the fluffy pancakes. We shared the matcha flavor pancake, and the serving size was very big--we couldn't finish it, I'd say it serves at least 3-4 people! The interior is really cute, and the service is mostly self service after ordering with the cashier up front. The inside is clean, with cute decor, and there's plenty of free parking in the parking lot. I would recommend trying this cafe out!!

    Tiramisu soufflé - so good

Came here for lunch on a weekday. It's a really cute place. In addition to their signature pancakes they also have typical breakfast food items like egg dishes served with tater tots and salad, eggs Benedict, eggs with cheese, etc. we got the tiramisu soufflé. It's definitely more like a dessert than a breakfast item. But it was delicious. One thing to note is that the soufflés take 25 minutes to order since they're made from scratch, just an FYI in case you're in a rush. they also have specialty coffees, Boba tea and Matcha drinks too. I recommend it. It's clean and bright inside and the staff very nice.

    Raspberry and banana pancake- wonderful!

Amazing! We had heard the buzz about this new place and finally we did. Why did we wait so long? My partner and I split the raspberry banana fluffy... our dessert was made to order and we waited 15 minutes or so for a warm, pillowy plate of lusciousness to be delivered to our table. The staff were very helpful and helpful as we ordered. It was a very pleasant experience! We will return again soon and frequently!

Finally, East Cobb has fluffy pancakes! I love their pancakes--they're super airy and have that rich, eggy taste. The Tiramisu Soufflé Pancake is my favorite so far, but I definitely want to try the matcha one next time I visit. If the eggy flavor gets a bit much, I'd recommend grabbing one of their refresher drinks (like the soda-aid style) instead of the milk-based frappes. fyi, plenty of parking. they also have more seats inside, and kiosk located near counter area

I finally pulled up on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch, and honestly, the sheer scale of this place is hilarious. The parking lot alone is a whole ecosystem, and the inside looks like it can comfortably seat half of Metro Atlanta with room to spare. I came with a serious appetite, so I went straight for the classic heavyweight: the Roast Turkey Entrée (all white meat). Now, when the server started listing out everything that came with it, I thought there was a glitch in the simulation. For starters, you get a soup and a salad. I went with the chicken noodle and a Caesar salad. The chicken noodle hit the spot--properly seasoned, warm, and comforting. The Caesar was solid too, crisp and fresh. But then the main plate arrived, and I'm pretty sure they harvested an entire farm for this one meal. Generous portion of white meat turkey, a mountain of mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce and a side of broccoli (gotta respect the greens). Every single item on that main plate was absolute perfection. Tender, savory, and cooked with actual respect for flavor profiles. My only real critique? The bread basket. Look, I don't know what happened there, but that roll was completely devoid of personality. Tasted like straight oxygen and flour. Unseasoned bread in 2026 is an absolute tragedy, but thankfully, the whipped butter spread saved the day and gave it a purpose in life. Between the massive portions and the endless menu options, this place is an absolute unit. You're definitely leaving with a take-home box the size of a carry-on suitcase and a strong urge to take a three-hour nap. Great energy, fast service, and legendary portions. Just bypass the plain bread and dive straight into the turkey.

Can you believe it's been *ages* since I've set foot in that place? The last time I was there was with my wife years and years ago, so it brought back a ton of super fond memories. And wow, what an experience it still is! Seriously, the service was absolutely top-tier - everyone was so welcoming and incredibly attentive. And the food? Oh my goodness, it was just as incredibly delicious and outstanding as I remember it being, if not even better! Every single bite was a pure delight. But here's the really cool part that genuinely made my night: the same wonderful gentleman who used to greet everyone at the door, probably six or seven years back, is *still* there! How amazing is that for consistency and dedication? It just goes to show what an absolutely incredible and timeless place that restaurant is. A true gem that really holds up over time! My bowl had sweet potato hash, cheese, kale, red peppers, red onion and mushrooms sautéed, topped with two eggs and my added chicken. It was a huge portion and it was really delicious. Perfectly cooked and healthy and loaded - the hash was phenomenal. My waitress was the sweetest and I really just enjoyed a lovely quiet lunch with the patio entirely to myself on a lovely summer afternoon. Couldn't have been better.
