The gentleman that came out this morning to replace my water heater. Anode rod was prompt, professional an even found other problems with my water heater that is almost three years old that should have been installed properly from a competitor whom installed this water heater three years ago. He not only corrected the electrical connections going into our water heater, but , never charge me any extra fees for his professional attention to to this problem. He also fixed a problem with the original home water heater, drain bib. My garbage deposal stopped working and was leaking water. I called 3 places and was told it would be1-2 days before any could come. I called Flush King and spoke to Chris he quoted me the same price for a 3/4 HP deposal for the same price that others wanted for a 1/2 HP. Not only that, but they could be at my house in a couple of hours. They arrived on time and replace the deposal but also replaced all the pipes under the sink at no extra cost. Did not saw cut the concrete, hammered the slab with jackhammer cracking drywall on ceilings and walls. Workers were very disrespectful. Worst job I have seen in 30 years. The first call and tech were very fast and courteous. The tech came out and fixed my issue, the fix lasted 3 hours. I thought I could file with my warranty company for the repair cost but what company would reimburse work that didn't fix the problem. I got the problem fixed through my warranty for their service fee but i spent $200 for this company for a repair which was inadequate. The response and courteousness of this company is 5 stars. Originally I thought the issue was not covered by warranty so I was happy to pay $200 to have it fixed as I thought it'd be way more. The tech didn't actually fix the issue long term and said my warranty company should still reimburse his repair. (If I was the warranty company I wouldn't). Honestly, I think using this company will depend on what your issue is and how much time you have to plan. I wanna like them but I hate losing money on inadequate repair work. **Update** After this review, the business reached out to me and I was told that i got a full refund which is more than I ever expected since they spent time and energy coming to my house and repairing. (All the other companies charge money just to come out and diagnose, this one did not) Good customer service and a company that stands behind their work is very important to me and I would highly recommend any company that has both, such as this one. read more

3 months ago, I had a technician from Flush King come to repair a toilet leak. It took a while, but the job was completed on time and things looked good. Yesterday I was experiencing problems with the same toilet and contacted Flush King about it. Chris made a special trip to my home late in the afternoon and spent quite some time fixing the problem...which was totally unrelated to the original work. I'm not sure what to say except, WOW! I hired Flush King to replace a kitchen sink and faucet. The sink I purchased had surface flaws, which our tech Larry noticed as he was about to install the sink. Instead of just putting it in, he called me out, and showed me the issue. I purchased a second one, but it had similar flaws. Then Larry went to the store on my behalf, and purchased another sink for us. After the final install, we couldn't be happier. I had a flood in my bathroom on a Saturday evening and called them at 11:00 pm. They were at my house by 12:00, fixed the problem and helped set up a restoration service. Three months later, I had a leak in my laundry room wall, and called them again on a Saturday evening. They were there again within an hour and completed the repair. We then went over some of my water issues due to the hard water in Arizona and they came on Monday to fix them all. I am very happy with the services that Chris provided. I am selling my home an inspection revealed some roots in the sewer line from the house to the city service and other debris in the line under the house. I talked to Chris a couple of times before he did the work and he was always available by phone and patiently answered my questions. Finding services in Scottsdale/Phoenix is easy thanks to YELP but you still do not know what you are getting until you experience the service of the company you have contacted. Do reviews help? YES, but can you trust them? That is for the consumer to determine. What I ask you to do is contact me directly regarding this review if you like. Due to the OUTSTANDING service I experienced (and it is rare with plumbers), I will detail more with you. I searched YELP for a recommendation and ping'd the 3 to 4 companies recommended at one time. I received a very quick response from Chris with Flush King Plumbing (AKA Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers). Chris sent a text with a confirmation to call and discuss my job. Small job planned (toilet flange replacement) and Chris responded to my text at 9pm (not expected). Very prompt and clear communication to what I should expect for cost. Sounded reasonable so we booked for the next day. Chris' team member showed up on time, clean, with a C-19 mask and booties to enter my home. Found out the existing flange could be salvaged so I had him put in my new toilet (which I was planning to do). Reasonable cost for the service call. Great install (and caulking) of the toilet. I asked the tech about a plan to replace my water main from the street to my home based on concern regarding the noted sub-par quality of pipe my builder (Monterey Homes) installed during my home construction (1994). Not an issue but a preventative maintenance question as to not come home one day to a replica of the Fountain Hills fountain in my front yard. An expensive preventative maintenance plan but probably time to change due to age. Tech advised I speak with Chris regarding their services for main water pipe replacement. Chris met me at the property (service!) to walk the proposed job and quote based on run. I bit the bullet to change out before a problem occurs and we set a date to schedule the main water line replacement. Date was met with Chris' crew arriving on-time to start the digging and job schematic. His guys were AWESOME! Friendly, answered all my questions and was professional at all times. They worked from 7am to 2pm on the project and finished, cleaned and had my front yard looking like new! What a great and pleasant experience from a plumbing company! Not expected but definitely much appreciated. Chris runs the company and he has real heart and passion for customer service. Flush King is now my GO-TO plumber when I need help! Great job Chris.
