tech arrived to fix a blocked toilet. He presumable saw with hid camera that we had a broken pipe and would need to have our entire bathroom and most of the flooring in our house destroyed to fix it. I would estimate a 50k job. He then called a friend from a "restoration" business---no website or reviews who proposed an insurance scam by "discovering" that our bathroom had water damage (the toilet never overflowed by the way). The claim was the insurance would pay for everything if sign up right away and the restoration guy wrote the claim. All this sounded quite illegal. We had a second company check the system. It was initially impossible for them to see the pipes and they had to hydro flush they system to get a camera in there, Flush King must have had an xray camera to see the extensive damage. Stay away from these scams. read more

I contacted Chris with Flush King at 8pm on a Saturday night about a clog that was preventing us from using any faucet or toilet in our house. He replied right away that he could come out the next morning at 8. He arrive early and has solved our issue before 8:30! The gentleman that came out this morning to replace my water heater. Anode rod was prompt, professional an even found other problems with my water heater that is almost three years old that should have been installed properly from a competitor whom installed this water heater three years ago. He not only corrected the electrical connections going into our water heater, but , never charge me any extra fees for his professional attention to to this problem. He also fixed a problem with the original home water heater, drain bib. I am attaching pictures to this review as I think this tells a lot not only about the problems I had, but how thorough and professional this gentleman was. Yes I would definitely recommend this company to others. My garbage deposal stopped working and was leaking water. I called 3 places and was told it would be1-2 days before any could come. I called Flush King and spoke to Chris he quoted me the same price for a 3/4 HP deposal for the same price that others wanted for a 1/2 HP. Not only that, but they could be at my house in a couple of hours. They arrived on time and replace the deposal but also replaced all the pipes under the sink at no extra cost. This company came out to install a new pipe understand from kitchen to the bathroom it was roughly 16 feet. Did not saw cut the concrete, hammered the slab with jackhammer cracking drywall on ceilings and walls. Workers were very disrespectful. Worst job I have seen in 30 years. The first call and tech were very fast and courteous. The tech came out and fixed my issue, the fix lasted 3 hours. I thought I could file with my warranty company for the repair cost but what company would reimburse work that didn't fix the problem. I got the problem fixed through my warranty for their service fee but i spent $200 for this company for a repair which was inadequate. The response and courteousness of this company is 5 stars. Originally I thought the issue was not covered by warranty so I was happy to pay $200 to have it fixed as I thought it'd be way more. The tech didn't actually fix the issue long term and said my warranty company should still reimburse his repair. (If I was the warranty company I wouldn't). Honestly, I think using this company will depend on what your issue is and how much time you have to plan. I wanna like them but I hate losing money on inadequate repair work. **Update** After this review, the business reached out to me and I was told that i got a full refund which is more than I ever expected since they spent time and energy coming to my house and repairing. (All the other companies charge money just to come out and diagnose, this one did not) Good customer service and a company that stands behind their work is very important to me and I would highly recommend any company that has both, such as this one. read more

3 months ago, I had a technician from Flush King come to repair a toilet leak. It took a while, but the job was completed on time and things looked good. Yesterday I was experiencing problems with the same toilet and contacted Flush King about it. Chris made a special trip to my home late in the afternoon and spent quite some time fixing the problem...which was totally unrelated to the original work. Flush King responded by e-mail and telephone. They were prompt, efficient and friendly, work was completed in a timely manner and their fee was reasonable. I had a flood in my bathroom on a Saturday evening and called them at 11:00 pm. They were at my house by 12:00, fixed the problem and helped set up a restoration service. Three months later, I had a leak in my laundry room wall, and called them again on a Saturday evening. They were there again within an hour and completed the repair. We then went over some of my water issues due to the hard water in Arizona and they came on Monday to fix them all. I'm not sure what to say except, WOW! I hired Flush King to replace a kitchen sink and faucet. The sink I purchased had surface flaws, which our tech Larry noticed as he was about to install the sink. Instead of just putting it in, he called me out, and showed me the issue. I purchased a second one, but it had similar flaws. Then Larry went to the store on my behalf, and purchased another sink for us. After the final install, we couldn't be happier. I called the emergency line after a huge water leak was found in our downstairs bathroom in March. Rich was at my house in 20 minutes and helped get the Restoration Company set up while he replaced the valve to my toilet. I am very happy with the services that Chris provided. I am selling my home an inspection revealed some roots in the sewer line from the house to the city service and other debris in the line under the house. I talked to Chris a couple of times before he did the work and he was always available by phone and patiently answered my questions. He recommended hydrojetting the lines, quoted me a fair price and was right on time to do the work. After the lines were cleared he provided me with videos that I can show to the buyers.
