    I contacted several plumbers through the Yelp app, and Flush King Plumbing was the only company available to provide an estimate on the same day as my request. They maintained communication regarding the plumber's arrival time. Upon the plumber's arrival, we discovered that the water would need to be shut off, which would also affect several other condominiums. I now understand the necessity of installing shut-off valves at all locations within the condominium to avoid seeking permission from the HOA to turn off the water. This will need to be addressed upon my return to Arizona. I am grateful that the plumber was able to come on the same day, but I am somewhat disappointed that he mentioned he would adjust the anti-scalding feature when all the valves are installed, rather than addressing it during this visit.

    I was optimistic about this company because of good reviews on Google and Yelp and Nextdoor. While…read morethe cause of my leak seems to be resolved (at least for now) it did bother me that I took the time to ask several times with the dispatcher "Taneea"(sp) and she said there was no fee to diagnose and I kept asking are you sure because in order to see where the leak is coming from my bathroom upstairs from the shower and where it settling we need to look at the pipes underneath where the drywall is and that involves cutting the ceiling drywall. And I asked her again several times if there's any charge for leak tracing or anything she was leaving out just to look and see before repairing and she said no, there's no diagnostic charge. They get here and tell me it's gonna be $125 just to cut the drywall and I just don't understand how there can be such a disparity between what I verified by phone and what I was being told now. And even if I give them the benefit of the doubt that the dispatcher was mistaken (though that's something very strange for a dispatcher who works for and represents a company to say, if not true) the fact that she did tell me that clearly, you would think to keep a customer they would stand by their own word, so not a great first impression. I still paid them $455 to change the cartridge in my shower, but they would not take five or ten minutes to cut up two 6"x6" holes in the drywall and look inside to see if there's any other extensive damage or leaking. I may just leave it for now and keep an eye for any signs of staining or moisture rather than deal with drywall repair. I still will inspect around the electrical where the ceiling fan canopy is and remove it from the ceiling to see if there's any water damage to the fan and light fixture or if it can be salvaged and still works once all is dry and I can restore power to the room. But they refused to look for any signs below to ensure there were no other signs of a leak unless I paid more. Another thing is with a large hole behind the shower faucet escutcheon where the leak occurred what's to keep another cartridge from failing and leaking right down into the room below and getting into the electrical and drywall and ruining another ceiling fan? I wish they'd have taken the time to tell me how to seal off that wall behind the faucet handle or given me suggestions but they just kind of did their job and left. They didn't offer me any advice or tips to prevent this again or set my mind at ease, and taking the time to do that would have made me feel more "taken care of" and built a rapport as a new customer. They just wanted to do the job I asked and go. So while I have no other complaints so far, they didn't go the extra mile or make me feel reassured at all for such a serious issue. It was just a "job" to cross of their list and not spend a second longer than necessary to show, discuss or reassure.

(31 years in the AZ sun) He cleaned up some damaged wires, and replaced all breakers. Installed a surge suppressor to bring to code also. Not inexpensive, but just bought 30 years of peace of mind! Unfortunately, I've needed them a lot lately with a 30-year-old house I bought almost 6 years ago that has had a lot of old plumbing issues. These guys have been phenomenal from the service on the first phone call all the way through to the confirmation calls, to the pre-call to let me know they're arriving soon, to the service itself, the the immediate follow up to make sure everything met my satisfaction. Every single employee I've worked with has been phenomenal, and just yesterday put icing on the cake of that statement. I thought I'd leave a review finally. Cody came out and visited us first and tested our water. He also made sure the leak was fixed very professionally, and of course everything works great now. He recommended a new whole-house filtration system since ours was old and actually doing more damage than good. Jorge and Victor came out yesterday and installed that system, and as usual, they were phenomenal. Like I said, every visit has been the best, and I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys to anyone I know, as I have done for many people already. Thank you Bumble Bee!
