I bought my house a few months ago and when we had our inspections we were told we had some roots growing in the sewer line from a neighbor's tree and we would need to get the sewer line hydrojetted. Well we knew this was something we had to do but with settling in, work, family commitments, etc, we had not yet done it. So this last weekend, our toilets started backing up and coming into our bathtub. The sewer line was clogged. We called a bigger company who came out that day and tried to snake the drain. They were unsuccessful and said they could get someone else with a camera out the next day and that hydrojetting would cost us about $900. As soon as they left we went online to find someone else and came across Flush Right and their many good reviews. Called them up and they came out the next day. Albert and his crew were friendly, straight forward, and most importantly, honest. They won't claim to be able to do something they don't regularly do just to get business. (I asked about gas, inside plumbing, water heaters). Their focus seems to be septic tanks and sewer lines, but that was what I needed. In about an hour and a half they were done and at a much lower price than what I had been quoted by that other company. They also told me they could replace my sewer line if I wanted to go that route but that with maintenance, now that it was cleaned, it should last for years. So I didn't feel like they were trying to milk me. I hope I never have to use their services again but I will highly recommend them to anyone I know who has to clean out their own sewer lines. read more

I called Flush Right on a rainy Friday morning because I was having problems with my septic tank. They arrived the same day at 11:00 am and the technician Albert was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their cost was about 20% below the price of other companies I had called. I told him that I had my tanks pumped just a couple of months ago by another company and that the seepage pit was full again. He explained why this was happening and suggested I try adding enzymes and hooking up an aerator to see if adding oxygen will help keep the bacteria working in the pit. Flush Right will loan me an aerator to try for a couple weeks to see if that will solve my problem. Albert said there is no reason to purchase one unless they can confirm that this will solve my issue. Other companies I had spoken with immediately wanted to do expensive repairs or complete replacement without knowing exactly what the issue is. I have used Flush Right Drain Cleaning (FRDC) the second time. All I like to say is " FRDC" is courteous, helpful and honest. The first time they serviced my house from afternoon til dusk. Albert the owner and his team work in the dark in the holiday season with their generator cranking until the work was completely done. Flush Right Drain Cleaning are gonna go above and beyond checking your clean outs, vents run the camera to double check before they even start their service. Their prices are very reasonable and with the water jet cleaning u get some type of warranty with it and a piece of mind. Highly, HIGHLY Recommend! With 20 hours before a 150 person wedding event, come to find septic from bathrooms was completely full and had NEVER been serviced or pumped. Had to be the worst service I have had to dealt with for pumping my septic tank, I called them out because they were $100 less than a previous quote. They showed up with an undersized 'trailer' when he specifically told me they have a full size truck! My tank is 1,000 gallons and his trailer is half of that. Best drain cleaner ever! We have a blockage in the main sewer line, we tried snake it, but doesn't work. Another plumber came and tried to snake it for an hour and half, he gave up and left. When that happened, I was like..ahhhh! . Ok, the next cleaner better use something different than snake, otherwise, what was the point of hiring someone who can't do the job and still gets paid??? I called multiple companies, either they didn't pick it up or said they are all booked up. Flush right drain cleaning pick up the call right away, and came over within the hour. He immediately went up to the roof, find the air vent to the main sewer line and hydro jetted the main sewer line. From his arrival, climbing up the roof, set up, cleaning drain, took less than 15 minutes!!! Pricing is competitive, as other companies quote me for $600 and up for hydrojet. I will always call them from now on! So happy I found a company for my future sewer problems.
