I was honestly shocked. After years of coming here, what stood out wasn't just the refusal itself, but the complete relational disconnect -- like customers are just numbers. And beyond the stamp, it was the willingness to compromise principle over something so small. If integrity is negotiable over something this small, what else is? Not worth going back. Update: The guy called back and apologized, which in itself shows integrity. We're all human and not immune to mistakes. That goes a long way. The issue was never really about the stamps, but the principle and integrity behind it. The fact that he took the time to call and apologize redeemed that for me. Because of that, I do plan to go back again.

I hate leaving such a negative review for a local business…read more I went there for the first time for a powder dip manicure several weeks ago, after reading so many good reviews. I booked an appt for Saturday morning right as they open. I was very excited. The place actually looked nice and seemed clean, but the tech was horrible. I believe her name was Sena (or Senna). She was rude, rough, heavy-handed, and rushed, scolded me for moving or not moving my thumb, for not knowing the terms for different nail shapes, etc. She kept grunting the entire time and did not listen to what I was asking or requesting. She was pretty hostile the entire time. Not exactly the spa experience I was hoping for. :(

There have to be at least 100+ dip colors, the most out of any salon in the area. The staff is always kind, however they occasionally run late (but most salons do). Plenty of chairs and always able to take quick appointments. I absolutely hate to rate this place anything less than 5 stars, as a 4.5 would be perfect for me. However, they are definitely not the cleanest salon in the area. I've luckily never had any issues, but you can tell the tools aren't cleaned in between sessions and a lot of tools are very old looking. Overall, it's not enough to deter me from these stellar designs!

There have been several times where I have an AMAZING manicure/pedicure. Limited wait, talented technician, and lasting results. However, I've also had some pretty unpleasant experiences. Even when I've reserved a time slot on their website, I've found myself waiting 20+ minutes for my appointment to begin. There also has been some long wait time in between my manicure and pedicure in the past. Additionally, I've been mildly injured now twice by technicians with nicking and overcutting that both resulted in bleeding. In both instances, I wasn't offered any sort of financial compensation (which I have in the past at other salons). One of my nails was seriously in lots of pain for 2 weeks following it! Overall, I'd suggest coming here for a good pedicure and if only if you make an appointment (and have some wiggle room around that slot). Otherwise, hope for a great technician (like Tony). I've attached a photo of a set he did for me last fall.

I am conflicted on this one…read more.. Came in for a walk in. They told me to come back in an hour or so. Came back told them I wanted a dip manicure. The nail tech I had was named Ha. Didn't talk much but seemed like a very nice lady. What I did like a lot: she went back multiple times with the cuticle nipper. And she went under and around my nails with a small ball shaped drill bit. But as much as I appreciated the attention to my cuticle skin, she often went too hard and hurt me. I had 4 places on my hands bleeding by the end. She also put gel over my dip which is strange to me. I purposely get dip because it's stronger and I need it in my line of work. I also do not like the UV light on my hands. I asked her about it and she said it was normal to do. When I checked out, I asked that girl if they always put gel over dip and she said yes. I travel for a living and I've just never seen that, but maybe is regional? Either way I think it's something that should be asked. At the end of the day, my nails aren't terrible. They look all right from afar, but when you look close, they are lumpy and miss shaped and I have cuts all over. There's so many good reviews that I'm confused. Am I just one of the very unlucky few? Or maybe the bad reviews are just from specific nail techs? I don't know, but I just wanted to give my honest and fair assessment of my experience. (Also no music or anything playing. That's awkward for a nail salon.)
